Dolaplar büyük ve askılar yeterli. Biz iki kabın bagaj ile gittik. Odada ağır gider kokusu vardı. Camlar çok küçük olduğu için havalandirmada zorlandık. Gece caddeler çok sesli. Oda aydınlatması iyi değildi, çok loş.

The room was larger than expected and the interior of the lobby has luxury vibe and the staff were warm and professional. My only concern was the absence of free bottled water in the room.
- Rodica (8/5): Für zwei Nächte war ok, für längere Zeit wäre mühsam - Für zwei Nächte war der Unterkunft ok, sauber und schlicht eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Frühstück sehr gut. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr klein, die Lage war auch in der Nacht sehr laut von draußen.

- Sari Helena (8/5): Hyväsijaintinen keskustahotelli kaupungin sykkeessä - Hotellin sijainti oli täydellinen ajatellen lomaani. Retkipysäkki lähellä sekä hyvät liikenneyhtedet lentokentälle ja juna-asemalle. Hotelli myös siisti ja hyvinvarustellut huoneet. Kaunis vanha rakennus. Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä ja monipuolinen. Hyvä englannin kielen taito. Saimme mukavan huoneen, jossa oli kiva kaupunkinäkymä. Asiakaspalvelu ei ollut mielestäni kaikilta osin ystävällistä. Aluksi kommunikointi ennen matkaa nopeaa ja sujuvaa etenkin yhden virkailijan kanssa. Hinnassa oli pientä epäselvyyttä aiemmin saamaani hintaan, jonka päälle tuli talvella ilmoitettu kaupunkivero. Silti veloitettu summa oli mielestäni yllättävän suuri, mikä kuulemma johtuu valuutasta. Aiemmin en ole näin suurta etoa huomannut. Pyyhkeet olisivat saaneet olla suuremmat. Ensimmäisenä päivänä olivat.

Pokoje i łazienki wymagałaby odnowienia, małe windy, maksymalnie na 2 osoby z bagażami, ciężko znaleźć wolne miejsce na śniadaniu, druga sala była zamknięta.

- Florian (9/5): Great location and a very solid hotel offering at a fair price! - Excellent location in the middle of town, overlooking a small square and within reach of some of the best restaurants in the city. Breakfast was overall good. The room was nice and sufficiently modern. Staff was courteous, our parking spot was cleared by security whenever we returned to the hotel. Throughout a 2 week trip we have stayed at 6 hotels in Romania, ranging from 3-5 stars, and only a single one of them served 100% fruit juice for breakfast. Here, we got sugary, watered down fruit juice you'd expect at a school canteen. I don't understand it - it's one of the most visible and tangible places to save money for the hotel.

Un angajat de la Tiger Security, de serviciu in data de 1 mai (data sosirii noastre la hotel), foarte nepoliticos! Ne-a spus că nu ne poate rezerva parcarea daca plecăm de la hotel, chiar dacă am plătit 50 ron/ zi taxa de parcare! A doua zi s-a putut, pe altă tură! Un punct in minus pentru asa hotel frumos, din cauza personalului de la paza parcării!

Habitacion amplia con camas cómodas, buen buffet de desayuno. El hotel tiene delante 4-6 plazas de aparcamiento a buen precio/día. No se pueden reservar con antelacion, pero como nosotros viajamos en abril, y no eran días de fiesta pudimos aparcar en esas plazas y a buen precio, además hay un vigilante siempre delante del hotel. Tambien muy agradable el restaurante y la cafetería para comer o cenar. Todo OK

- Doru Razvan (7/5): Un sejur plăcut. - Locația excelentă, foarte bună pentru un city break. Hotel în stil vechi, cu un bar cochet unde am savurat o cafea bună. Locurile de parcare. Foarte puține și pe o stradă îngustă și aglomerată. Se parchează un pic haotic în acea zonă. Am fost nevoit să-mi caut un loc într-un parking public.

- Lusine (9/5): Två mycket nöjda kvinnor - Hotellet var mycket centralt och promenadavstånd till allt. Fanns restaurang på hotellet med bra mat och även bra frukost. Fanns morgonrock och tofflor också, mycket bra feeling. Fanns även terrass som var fint. Mycket bra service i receptionen. Vi fick även ett mycket bra rum. Eftersom det mycket bra läge och centralt, hörde man trafikljud och något med oljud från stan.

- werner (8/5): Lage super, Lärm stört - Super Lage, nah der Altstadt und 5 Minuten zum Universitätsplatz wo die meisten Tourbusse abfahren. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist okay aber nichts besonderes. Vom Abendbuffet rate ich ab, verkochtes Gemüse und zähes Fleisch. Der Straßenlärm ist sehr laut und bis spät nachts im Zimmer hörbar. Die Fenster schützen nicht. Die Zimmer sind außerdem sehr hellhörig. Man hört die Gespräche aus den Nebenzimmern. Schlafen ist so nur mit Ohrstöpsel möglich.

- Heli (10/5): Mukava hotelli hyvältä paikalta. - Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huoneessa oli mukavan lämmin ja hiljaista. Ilmoitin ennakkoon erikoisruokavaliosta (gluteeniton) ja se kyllä toteutui tavallaan kylmän paahtoleipäviipaleen muodossa. Kaupoissa näytti olevan gluteenitonta ihan hyvin, ei olisi ollut vaikea vähän panostaa.
