• Kyle (9/5): Beautiful, friendly riad in a great location - The riad is beautiful and tucked away from the noise, but still only about 3 minutes walking from the entrance to the souks, a pickup point for taxis/tours, etc. It is very pretty and has a lovely, friendly cat called Khaima. The staff was great, everyone I met was superb and made me feel very calm and at home. The breakfast was simple but plentiful and tasty. There is also a menu for dinner and some snacks like sandwiches and pizzas but I didn't eat in the riad, as I preferred to find some restaurants outside. My room was good size and nicely furnished, and the bathroom and shower were great. It had good wi-fi and a nice terrace. At night the riad was very peaceful. Thank you to the great staff: Ali, Ayoub, Abdo and Abiden! :) If I had to be very picky I'd say the shower took a bit of time to heat up. Not a problem, just something to remember - just let the water run until it's hot :).

• Sal (7/5): Beautiful, traditional Riad - Breakfast was really great and staff are very attentive and helpful. Building is beautiful. The house cat is well taken care of and very friendly, will sit on your lap and sleep. The sewage smell constantly leaks out of the shower/toilet and makes the hotel room smell very bad. Sometimes the staff would not know when to leave us alone and made the women uncomfortable.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much, especially thanks to the amazing staff, their hospitality, smiles.. They have explained us so much about Moroccan culture, history, and Ramadan traditions. The best introduction for Morocco we could ever have (Thank you so much for the "Harira" and other treats. ) The rooms are large and comfortable, as well as the roof garden and breakfast area For us the location was perfect, far enough from very crowdy tourists areas, but close enough to very nice shops, taverns, and cafes. • Riccardo (10/5): Una seconda casa in Marocco - e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato nel riad chems 5 notti. Il riad è molto bello e pulito, con il classico fascino degli edifici marocchini, il cibo era fantastico e sopratutto la posizione per noi è stata perfetta, centrale ma vicino ad una strada principale per evitare di perdersi nella medina la sera tardi. Il vero punto di forza sono stati i ragazzi del riad, gente meravigliosa che oltre ad esser sempre disponibile ci ha fatto sentire in famiglia. È stato un piacere poter passare del tempo con loro, ridere e scherzare abbandonando ogni barriera culturale. Abbiamo sicuramente lasciato il paese con alcuni amici in piu! Grazie di tutto ragazzi, a presto, da Riccardo e Maria.

• virginie (8/5): - Excellent acceuil, très jolie chambre et terrasse. Il ne faut pas craindre la petite rue qui mène a l hotel, c est un peu déroutant au début mais au final c est très tranquille.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, Ali et son équipe sont au petit soin. Le Riad est très charmant, on aime y passer du temps. L'emplacement est parfait. Mention spéciale pour Rhaima, le chat mascotte du Riad. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Might be a little difficult to find at first without help - but staff was happy to meet us at a nearby taxi stand.

• AKirschenknapp (9/5): Sehr schönes Riad mit super Personal - Sehr freundliche, ehrliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter/innen. Gute Lage des Riads am Rande der Medina. Wunderschöner Innenhof und schöne Terasse mit Liegestühlen und Sitzgelegenheiten in den obersten Stockwerken. Gutes Frühstück. Wir hatten eigentlich nichts auszusetzen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kleinigkeiten, wie eine Überforderung der Heizfunktion der Klimanlage (Ende Januar bei ca. 5°C nachts) und ständige Druckschwanklungen beim Duschen (Wassermenge und Temperatur war kaum einzustellen). Alles in allem sind das aber Luxusprobleme.

En la azotea tienen juegos de mesa donde poder entretenerte y pasar horas de lluvia que por ejemplo nos toco a nosotros. El espacio entre la cama y la pared es muy pequeño, lo que hace un poco incomodo el moverse por el lateral, todo lo demás estupendo. La ducha y el cuarto de baño muy bien, con presión y temperatura adecuada.

• Juliane (9/5): - Wir hatten für 15 Euro einen Transfer vom Flughafen gebucht und dadurch keine Probleme, die Unterkunft zu finden. Wir fühlten uns zu jeder Zeit willkommen. Es war alles da, was man brauchte und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Durch die zentrale Lage sind die Wege kurz um sich alles anzusehen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
• Maria (10/5): Funcionários formidáveis, riad fabuloso com ótimas condições. - Funcionários super simpáticos, fizeram sentir-nos em casa, sempre preocupados com o nosso bem estar. O Riad é lindo lindo e tem ótimas condições. O meu namorado quis ver um jogo de futebol e eles ofereceram-se logo para colocar a dar na tv. Pequeno-almoço formidável e saboroso. Ambiente muito acolhedor e familiar. Recomendo a 200% Gostámos de tudo.
• Line (9/5): - Personnelle très sympa , prend le temp d’accueillir et expliquer tout les activités et balade à faire dans Marrakech , chambre propre , emplacement impeccable juste à côtés d’une entré dans le souk pour rejoindre la grande place , parking connue des taxie très facile à repérer . Riad très très calme ce qui faisait vraiment du bien après une journée dans le souk , piscine rafraîchissante et petit déjeuner copieux tout les matin sans devoir se lever trop tôt . Merci encore

• Graeme (6/5): Short & sweet but quite what we were expecting for the cost of the accommodation. - Authentic old style Riad Location, well off of the ‘beaten track’ down narrow winding alleyways but on the plus side only 20 mins walk through the Souk to the main square.

• Niccolò (10/5): - Everything was perfect. It was an honor to be guests of Ali and all the other guys on the staff who run this Riad with love and dedication, away from the chaos of the Medina. We felt right at home and loved everything: the beautiful terrace, the services provided, the excellent food served to us... Until next time, brother!
• Tandy (10/5): Treated like Princesses! - The staff couldn't have been more attentive and helpful. They organised trips for us and ensured we had breakfast before we left for the day regardless of time (4:30am on our departure day!!). The property is exquisite with gorgeous terrace areas. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and hope to return myself.

• Ashleigh (9/5): Fantastic place, highly reccomend. Must stay! - Everyone was friendly and welcoming and if we needed extra services they were attentive. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, the only reason i didn’t rate it a 10 is due to not being equipped with TV, Kettle, Safe and the towels weren’t changed daily. However this was made up with exceptional service.

• David (10/5): Riad para volver - El personal es lo mejor del Riad, muy buena ubicacion, todo muy limpio y genial. Es precioso, acogedor y el desayuno es espectacular. La gatita Khaima es parte del encanto del Riad. Repetiremos! Nada, todo perfecto.

We had an excellent hammam- would thoroughly recommend this. Although the riad was a good 20-25 min walk from Jemaa el-Fna, you’re on the doorstep of the souks & brilliant local markets & shops. The weather was sometimes wet & cold but blankets & heaters in the room & courtyard made it more bearable.

Staff super accogliente, camera ottima, colazione abbondante e sempre varia e Riad tranquillo e molto bello.

The riad itself is beautiful — peaceful, clean, and full of charm. Breakfast on the terrace was a wonderful way to start each day, and the atmosphere throughout the riad is relaxing and authentic.
