- sinde charles (8/5): L’acceuil à mon arrivée n’était pas comme cela se doit. - Le petit déjeuner était compris dans le tarif mais à ma grande surprise on m’a facturé un petit déjeuner 🥞.
- Kadiatou (6/5): - L emplacement et le calme Au moment de partir j’ai voulu régler par carte ce ne fut pas possible alors que c’est marqué à l accueil paiement par carte. Le seul moyen accepté est l espèce ce qui est aberrant de nos jours. On a pas forcément une somme en espèces importante sur nous
- Jürgen (4/5): Die Bilder sind besser - Ich wollte den angebotenen Flughafentransfer in anspruch nehmen und schrieb das Hotel mit meinen Flugdaten an. Daraufhin kam auch promt eine Antwort mit der Frage nach meinen Flugdaten fie ich wiederum sendete. Danach kam keine Antwort mehr. Ich schrieb das Hotel noch 7 mal an. Dazu noch zwei mal per Mail. Auch habe ich drei mal versucht anzurufen. Alles ohne Erfolg. Nach meiner Ankunft am späten Abend wurde auch gleich mit mir mein Gepäck auf das Zimmer gebracht. Dort roch es furtbar muffig und die Klimaanlage ging nicht. Die Reparatur wurde mir für den nächsten Tag versprochen. Am Mittag fragte ich dann auch msl nach und jemand stellte dann fest, dass die Klimaanlage defekt ist. Daraufhin bekam ich ein anderes, viel kleineres Zimmer. (Besser als nichts, dachte ich). Als ich mit dem Handtuch die Pfütze vor meiner Dusche aufwischte wurde das Handtuch richtig schwarz vom Dreck den man auf den ersten Blick gar nicht sah. Nach dem Frühstück fragte ich nach einer Flasche Wasser weil auf dem Zimmer keine war. Diese bekam ich dann auch nach berechnung der Kosten. Fand ich sehr unüblich. Die Liegestühle waren ohne Auflagen. Hier bin ich mir im Nachhinein nicht sicher, ob das nicht sogar besser war. Zum Schluß versuchten sie noch mir das Frühstück zu berechnen und ich musste beweisen, dass das im Preis auch dabei war. Eben wie der nicht erfolgte Transfer.

- Nosipho (4/5): Disappointing - The air-conditioner was perfect & the WiFi speed was also great. The breakfast was also not bad. The shower doesn't work properly. The fridge can't be plugged as no twin plug was provided same with their electric kettle, I couldn't boil water for tea. The towels were dirty. Their pictures show that they have a gym but when you enquire it's a different story & that is very misleading. The bath tub is pealing off, and the paint inside the wardrobe is also pealing off. There is no stopper for the bathtub. As a result, one can not take a bath but only a shower inside the tub. They said the beach is 2 km walkable distance, but that is a lie. You need to take a motorbike to get there. I honestly don't know why this hotel is expensive.
