- MASANORI (6/5): 部屋の設備に問題あり！ - 冷蔵庫はあったものの故障して使えず、またタオルなどは毎日替えてもらえなかった。隣の部屋の物音がかなりした。あと、ホテル周りの治安はあまり良くなかった。 オンラインチェックインは不安だったので、指定されたチェックインセンターへ行ったが、対応はあまり良くなかった。デポジットも仮ではなく、売り上げとしてすでに請求が上がっていたのが不満。

Nous avions réservé un hôtel spécifique, mais à notre arrivée, on nous a envoyé dans un autre établissement, situé dans un endroit complètement différent. Ce fut la première énorme déception. L'hôtel où nous avons été "relégués" était un cauchemar : la fenêtre de la chambre ne fermait pas correctement, laissant passer tous les bruits extérieurs, rendant le repos impossible. La propreté était inexistante : la salle de bain était dans un état lamentable, avec de la rouille sur le châssis de la cabine de douche et une saleté évidente. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, on entend absolument tout ce qui se passe autour. Cet endroit est une honte. Ne perdez ni votre temps, ni votre argent. Fuyez cet hôtel.

- GBCITY (2/5): Cheap for a reason - Honestly avoid this place. first few nights were fine then we had an infestation of flying ants all over our room. we found them at 9:03 pm and the reception closes at 9 pm and there is no emergency number. I’ve had little to no sleep because they were everywhere. when i called back this morning they blamed it on us for using the window or because we had food in the room baring in mind we didn’t have any food in the room. i was telling my issues to the company and the woman said over the phone ‘sorry i have to leave you’ and ended the phone. worst customer service known to man kind
- hampelh2023 (2/5): WORST HOTEL EVER.....AVOID IT - The staff was very rude and unhelpful. Our Air-conditioning in 2 rooms didn't work and instead of finding a solution, the staff told me that it's my fault the AC didn't work because according to her, I "didn't know how to use AC". 2nd night, I begged them to change our rooms. And after about 30mins, they did. In the new rooms also, AC didn't work in both room. We had to sleep in the heat sweating all night. The beds are weak, too low, and too soft. We woke up feeling beat up. We left our artwork in the room on checkout. I sent a message to the ladies to look for it. Without checking and having no effort, she told me there was nothing in the room. Also, I had to have a back and-forth with her until 1 hour when she finally decided to work. And then, she found the painting. The bathroom has a huge tub with an impractical standing shower. The bedrooms have 14 (fourteen) celling lights. It looks like a car showroom when the lights are on. It's too bright to put on, and some red and green mood lights are also too low to see anything. And then you have to pay money to use the lifts. So how are you supposed to take your bags to the 2nd floor? The hotel is too far from the reception. The least they could do is to offer a shuttle from the check-in point to the accommodation. Everything about this company is about making money, but they have no idea what hospitality means. Lastly, on our check-out, we asked for late checkout till 5 pm, which we're willing to pay. The ladies again said to us that we can only stay from 11 am. to 12pm. for €25. In all......PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY AND BE TREATED LIKE A PIECE OF PAPER.
- K9915POsaml (2/5): STAY AWAY - This one of the worst places I have ever had the unfortunate experience of staying in. Do your self a favor and find somewhere else to stay Naples is a beautiful city, this "hotel" will ruin your experience. They are scammers, extremely rude people with 0 hospitality experience. The locations disclosed when you book are where you'll take your keys before you're rudely sent off to another location. In my experience it was a loud and unpleasant neighborhood that I had to walk to by myself with an italian map in hand. If this wasn't problematic enough I have now been begging to get a refund of my own my money for months , while they have once lied the money has been refunded and other times utterly ignoring my enquiry. Read through all the reviews on this so called hotel before you make a reservation unless you don't mind being g ripped off.

- John (4/5): My trip - Booked a room with two beds got there only one bed for two guys to share my phone didn’t work in Italy so had problems trying to contact hotels.com the person at reception didn’t speak English or I think pretended not to speak it when I said about the bed situation just shugged his shoulders which wasn’t ideal we paid a tax as well for cleaning charges and the room wasn’t even cleaned once in 2 days I would be cautious booking this property
- it0029 (2/5): A Dangerous, Dirty, Dump.This is a bad hostel not 4 star. - Avoid this horrible hostel The room was dirty, exposed wiring in the room. Mould in the bathroom. Horrible location. Bed is a cheap ikea special from the mid 80s, No safe. Cleaner did a terrible job pediatric the room. Just terrible. Tiny tv. One chair and small table in the room. Ac doesnt work. The building itself was a wreck, failing apart and unsafe. WI-FI doesnt work. The room was absolutely terrible but the staff who deal with picking up the keys and dealing with coordinates were horrible. Organised chaos, unprofessional and to be honest they were as bright as a blackout. Avoid this company, avoid it like covid. The company are dishonest, unreliable and would steal the filings from your teeth. AVOID THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE DISHONEST. Dont make a choice you will regret, Book somewhere else. This building and company are dangerous.
- 166brendao (2/5): If you like brothel decor, you’ll feel at home - We booked this “hotel” via bookings.com as they were recommended. Big mistake, you check in at another location and they drive you to the room(the driver was nice). The street outside is dirty and the building is old. We had the room with the hot tube, it’s vile. Decorated like a brothel, white glitter walls with dirt marks all over, tacky red lights and a weird bed set up. Theres horrible glass bricks between the bathroom and bedroom and the bathroom picture light doesn’t turn off so the bedroom has light in it all night. The bed is comfortable but they only give you two pillows the curtains are black with silver glitter but not black out. The road outside is busy with constant traffic and people shouting and hanging around. If you want to sleep you stand no chance. I didn’t feel safe in the location or walking around it’s just not what you expect. I’d say pay more and stay in a secure proper hotel or book an AirBnb as that is effectively what this place is. Avoid at all costs as they don’t help you once they have your money.
- MADcroix (2/5): Stay away from this fraud - Apparently this is a remote operated “hotel” You’d only find out after completing your booking and after reading half the bible of information that are mostly written in Italian. After scrolling for ages you’d eventually get to the English information. The reception however is about 1.5km from away from the hotel. They’d ask you to get there to check in. When calling them they are rude and not helpful at all. I cancelled my trip but of course i got no refund because of short notice booking. The Palazzo this so called 4* Hotel is in, is filthy through and through and the receptionist there would yell at you for asking about the hotel. I would definetly expect from a 4 star Hotel group to at least have a proper reception and maybe provide information in English in the first place. Never ever book with this ClaPa Group!!
- Tikoandanchy (2/5): Do not book this hotel!!! - Worst experiance ever. We came to the reception and she gave us the wrong address of the room. We search 3 hours and we did not find the room so we called reception and she said that she gave us the wrong address. She was really rude and we were really disappointed. The room is placed in really poor street and the building is freaking old. Room was also really nasty the hot tub was not clean windows really dirty the fridge did not work. We paid 250€for two nights the worst spent money ever. Please do not book this hotel it is really bad and it has really unprofessional staff. And the location is terrible. No parking spots ! City of good loving people i do not think so arrogant, loud, dirty, rude people.

So far I haven’t been able to connect to wifi at all, the sign in the front can not be the correct name because it does not show up at all. The reception was a little rude. The rooms are clean and it is a very nice place though. I still can’t find the hot tub so far.
- 328debbiel (2/5): Beware!! - My husband and I had booked a week at this hotel from 19th February 2021 to the 26th. Fully cancellable and payable at the hotel. We booked it in March 2020 via Booking.com. On 27th November 2020, Easyjet cancelled our flights due to Covid, my husband immediately emailed the hotel to cancel. Unfortunately, he didn’t cancel via Booking.com, which was an error on our part, but it would have taken the hotel a moment to respond to his email and ask us to do this, but they didn’t. (There was no ‘mail delivery failure’ so they definitely received the email). On 12th February, they took the full payment from our bank account, even though it is doubtful the hotel was even open, and would certainly not have been receiving any guests from the UK. My husband rang them but they said ‘I don’t speak English, only Italian Mister’ and put the ‘phone down. He also emailed them, forwarding on his original cancellation email. Booking.con wrote to them and got one of their Italian speaking employees to ring them, but they denied receiving the email even though it was in black and white in front of them. They would not speak to us to offer a voucher for the future or anything. Please be aware that this hotel will take your money even though they could not possibly accommodate you, which I believe is morally wrong.
- 813alexx (2/5): Credit card fraud WATCH OUT - I made a reservation for three nights. At check-in I was asked to fill in a form in case I break something they can take 200 euros from my credit card. I did not trust this and have said that I am not going to do this and I have not done this. After three nights I checked out and left the room very clean. After returning home to the Netherlands, I noticed that they had debited 200 euros from my credit card. I emailed them and asked why. After three weeks and after many emails, they still do not answer. I have contacted bookings and it appears that they have signed that form themselves. There is a completely different signature. It is clear to see that it is not mine. Today I emailed them and threatened to take legal action. They responded to my email and warned me that if I keep emailing them they will report me and end up in jail. I have traveled more than 50 countries in the world from Cambodia to Canada but I have never experienced this. Be warned. Do not entrust your credit card details to this hotel! It is truly unbelievable for a hotel to do such a thing. I am very angry

- Verified traveler (2/5): Bed & breakfast orrendo - Abbiamo pernottato io e mia madre e già il fatto ke una persona carica di bagagli si debba fare 3km x andare a prendere le chiavi della stanza è una cosa vergognosa, poi una volta giunte alla struttura per prendere le chiavi abbiamo avuto la sorpresa di dover pagare ulteriori 15€ non previste riferite a 5€ pulizie di fine soggiorno e 10€ per il nostro cane di cui avevamo già fatto presente nella prenotazione. A ciò si aggiunge il fatto ke all' atto della richiesta della fattura la voce pulizia stanza di €5 scompare e viene citata come "spese extra". Sì aggiunge il fatto ke tutti i bed & breakfast sono dotati di utensili per poter cucinare essendoci la cucina, ma qui non vi era neanke un bicchiere di plastica pur essendoci il tariffario delle varie bevande a cui si sarebbe potuto accedere.
