Дом расположен в тихом месте. С одной стороны протекает горная чистая речка. Утром и вечером птицы очень красиво поют... Персонал дома великолепен. Чистота идеальная. такого не было

• Julia (9/5): Part 2 of a tour of the island - Beautiful guest house, clean spacious room that included a useful kitchenette. Lush tropical view from the balcony. Very warm, personalised and informative welcome. Housekeeping staff were very pleasant and helpful. Plenty of separate areas to sit inside and out, paperback library and a pleasant small pool with ample sun loungers. The guest house provides a breakfast option (not Sundays) - we didn't use it but the breakfast area looked wonderful. Quiet surroundings, mainly residential. Beach and a couple of minimarts can be reached by foot. Good pavements in this area and there is a promenade that takes you to the major hotel and on a great beach bar. We also shopped at the nearby fruit/veg market which had a better choice than most (you can see the produce being grown plus livestock for the locals!). Also a fish shop but didn't use. Takeaway catering van on the beach - excellent quality and price. We had a car to explore the area but there is a bus stop nearby. We enjoyed the less built up area but some people might find the options limited. Saturday nights seem to be the time for gatherings on the beach.

Rooms are very big and equiped very stylish, there is a beautiful maintained garden around the house, small pool, very friendly hosts..overall AMAZING. We got the room with the big terrace, right next to the pool. Breakfast was delicious as well. Guest house is located on not so turistic part of the island (comparing to Beau Vallon), but for us was perfect - after travelling around Seychelles this was a great place to relax for the end. We rented a car anyway, so we were flexible. /

Große Wohnung, die täglich gesäubert und aufgeräumt wird. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Der Pool sollte weniger gechlort werden. Die Ausstattung ist solide wenn auch nicht modern was man bei dem Preis auch nicht erwarten kann.

• Maic (9/5): Alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit - Uns hat gefallen, dass das Frühstück vor Ort nachbucht wrerden konnte. Jaggart war super freundlich, aufmerksam aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Appartement war super sauber und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Immer zu Zeiten in denen wir nicht vor Ort waren, was durchaus unterschiedlich ausfiel. Als wir dort waren, wa es eine durchaus ruhige Anlage mit Pool. Am Ort, der in 5 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen ist, ist ein Supermarkt, einige wenige Restaurants und Food-Trucks. Dort ist auch der Strand, der alles andere als überfüllt war. Der Besuch ist Nachmittags zu empfehlen, dann spenden die Palmen Schatten. Es ist ein öffentlich zugänglicher Strand ohne weitere Infrastrktur, bis auf die Restaurants, die Supermärkte und die Takeaways. Man bekommt was man bucht, insofern war alles gut. Von unserem Appartement gab es keinen Meerblick. Das ist aber bei der Buchung klar gewesen und deshalb keine Mangel.

La ubicación está cerca de la playa y la zona sur de la isla es muy bonita. La cama era muy vieja, me desperté todos los días con dolor de espalda y si te movías en la noche despertabas a la otra persona del ruido de los muelles. Es algo que claramente tienen que mejorar. El personal accedía a tu terraza mientras estabas igual en ropa interior, un poco más de privacidad hubiera estado bien.

It lacks the charm, hospitality, and uniqueness that characterize the islands and their guesthouses. It looks like any house anywhere in the world, completely devoid of that charming Creole style. The entire place has a strong, unpleasant smell of cleaning products. The social areas resembles a hospital waiting room. There is no sense of hospitality—on our first day, there was actually no one there. It feels more like an Airbnb where communication happens via WhatsApp. We received no advice on where to eat or which beaches to visit, as there was simply no one to ask. The person who checked us in spoke neither comprehensible English nor French. At every other guesthouse we visited in Seychelles, they helped organize rental cars, bikes, and tours for us. Here, when I asked about a rental car, they just scribbled down a name (not even a phone number) on a note and told me to contact them myself. The nearby beach is not nice—actually, it was the only unappealing beach we saw during our long stay in the country. If you want to be alone, with no service, no atmosphere, nowhere to go, no soul…. This is the place for you.

It's located in the central part of the iseland so there is no problem to get anywhere if you have a car (the house provides a private parking). Restaurant and mini market are at a walking distance. We booked this apartment because it had its own kitchen. But the kitchen was very poorly equipped. The room is quite spacious, but is equipped only with a bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. A few chairs and a small table to drink a coffe/tea would be perfect (it's too hot on the terrace).

The beach is close by should you wish not to swim in the swimming pool. And we enjoyed both pool and the beach. Make sure before you go to this GH that you bring in all your personal belongings, especially your food and beverages.

Guidance provided by Ms.Mavis is most informative and very useful for sightseeing. Hassle free and most economical transport arrangements are made by Ms.Mavis that really made our trip very comfortable and memorable. Seychelles is exceptionally beautiful place to visit and Grann kaz guest house is centrally located that facilities very convenient access to all important tourist spots. If I were to have one more chance to visit Seychelles, I would definitely prefer to stay in Grann kaz guest house. We are thankful to Ms.Mavis for making our trip inexpensive by her proper guidance. We also would like to thank Mr.Jagath for his support during our stay in the guest house. It's on a more quiet part of the island but very close to some restaurants and the beach. Would highly recommend and we enjoyed our stay here very much.
• Evgeniy (10/5): Exceptional - Good afternoon, everyone. We rested in this house for three weeks in December-January. 2022-2023. I want to say that the service is at the highest level! Always responsive staff with the solution of any problems at an instant level! The hotel manager will always help with any question! I recommend it to everyone! There were no questions about the neighborhood with other vacationers. There is always a swimming pool nearby, and their cook works wonders in terms of cooking fish! I recommend it to everyone, and I will come back here more than once!

• Gettygal (10/5): Great Guesthouse - Everything about the guesthouse was great. The rooms were so clean and huge (very spacious). The swimming pool was very clean and tidy. The staff were courteous ans friendly. Food was also great. Though we only had dinner (2 times). We didn't get to take the breakfast The guesthouse is a bit far from the airport and city though there is a public stransport bus a few metres away.

• Petra (9/5): Excellent stay - Very clean and spatious room. Very friendly and helpfull staff (our flight left at midnight and as the room was not booked the next day, we could keep it to leave our luggage and still enjoy the last day). Breakfast was delicious (apart from usual continental breakfast, lot's of fresh fruit and homemade banana bread). Nice and very clean pool. The water temperature in the shower was not always very stable.
