- Martina (9/5): Schönes Stadthotel mit Frühstückspotential nach oben - Bis auf den Frühstückskellner war das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die zentrale Lage ist gut. Die Tiefgarage für 4,- Euro pro Fahrzeug (! - Motorrad Fahrer aufgepasst!) ist akzeptabel. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das Frühstück fällt zu dürftig für ein Hotel dieser Klasse aus, hier gibt es noch viel Potential nach oben! Das Hotel ist nicht ausreichend gekennzeichnet. Man muss bei der Anreise höllisch aufpassen. Nur die Hofeinfahrt lässt erahnen, dass hier ein Hotel ist....Hausnummer stimmt. Google und dem Navigator vertrauen (Hotel liegt in der Einbahnstraße auf der rechten Seite).

- didier (8/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix dans le centre de Sassari - L’emplacement de l’hôtel dans le centre de Sassari est un plus , de plus le parking au sous-sol à 8€ la nuit est super. Le personnel a l’accueil très gentil et serviable. La literie très confortable. Le prix compétitif , environ 100€ la nuit. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très, trop simple avec des produits sans saveur. Le personnel du petit déjeuner est tout juste sympa.

- GIUSEPPE (9/5): Un notte a Teatro - La posizione, la cortesia del personale e la pulizia della stanza. Servizio garage, utilissimo. Le stanze andrebbero rimodernate e meglio insonorizzate.
- Cora (7/5): Praktisch gelegen, sauber. - Fußläufig zur Innenstadt, zum Dom und zur Universität. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage unter dem Haus. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber und im Bad funktioniert alles. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war sehr gut und auch die Qualität der Speisen beim Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war zu warm (obwohl es draußen kalt war), die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Die Betten sind schmal und die Matratzen fallen am Rand ab. Das Kissen war durchgelegen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück schwankte sehr von fast nicht vorhanden bis gut. Das Hotel ist schwer zu finden, weil weder an der Straße noch am Haus der Hotelname steht.

- Marco (5/5): Posizione centrale e struttura pulita. Hotel da rimodernare e colazione da rivedere - La struttura è centrale e tutti i principali siti di interesse di Sassari si raggiungono a piedi. Disponibilità di parcheggio e camere pulite. In generale l’hotel è un po’ vecchio per quanto riguarda l’arredo e gli spazi comuni. Terribile la colazione. Arrivati nella sala dedicata entro gli orari stabiliti, non abbiamo trovato più cibo e posto. Ci hanno fatto accomodare su un divano della hall molto scomodo e solo dopo parecchi minuti ci è stato portato da mangiare. Chieste le dovute spiegazioni ci hanno detto che erano stati presi d’assalto da una comitiva di turisti. Possibile che non avessero prenotato?

Tendaggi copriletto vecchi. Mancano prese per poter ricaricare il PC il telefono. Camere e non insonorizzate porte non visualizzate, sembra che dalle camere accanto ti entrano nella tua camera porti ancora la chiave ti sbattete e non ti fa dormire. Colazione misera e scadente

- Joao (8/5): Uma estadia agradável - O Hotel é uma construção vintage muito bonita, estacionamento coberto (cobrado à parte) fácil de se acessar conduzindo automóvel, perto do centro histórico de Sassari que é uma cidade linda! Nos indicaram no hotel um excelente restaurante (Il Cenacolo). O café da manhã é muito simples, não condizente com a boa impressão que se tem do hotel, na chegada, nem também com as boas instalações internas. Poderia ter frutas no café da manhã.

Lenzuola belle.wifi. posizione L'hotel deve essere stato un bellissimo hotel venti o trent'anni fa. Ora è in abbandono. Camera grande col frigo bar rotto e l'aria condizionata che non funziona. Nell'armadio, con l'anta rotta, stampelle di tipo diverso. Pulizia precaria. Nei corridoi luci guaste. Anche in camera le luci tremolanti che stanno per fulminarsi. C'è una complessiva idea di precarietà confermata dalla sala colazione,nonostante il personale squisito. È un hotel che oggi è senza pretese ma che per una notte veloce può bastare per chi non ha grandi aspettative. Il prezzo, per quel che offre, è corretto.

- Luciano (5/5): It may have been nice a long time ago. Avoid breakfast - There is nothing special that I would like to mention about the hotel. It was not what I expected also according to the reviews which were definitely too kind. I am not giving a very bad mark only because the reception staff was nice. I'll start with the room. It was run-down and in need of some cleaning and remodeling. No electric sockets available and the furniture needs some renewal or some cleaning (see pictures). No kettle inside the room either. What shocked me the most was breakfast: I can't believe they make you pay for that. It was just some frozen croissants, some salami and that is it. No eggs or nothing special. Some biscotti which were taken out of the bag and put on a bowl for all to touch. Very unsanitary and very disappointing as a paid breakfast
