L’ambiente è curato, la camera pulita e accogliente, ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stata l’accoglienza della signora Ingrid, che ci ha accolto come una mamma accoglie i propri figli: con calore, attenzione e sincera gentilezza. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa. Un’esperienza bellissima, assolutamente consigliata.

The property is well kept and the receptionist helped us in resolving few issues they had with a toilet leaking on the floor, giving us two alternative rooms. The cleaning is not good. The bathroom tile’s joints and the shower tray corners were clearly dirty.

• Ian (8/5): Nice hotel with great staff - Good and helpful communication from Ingrid ahead of our stay (restaurant recommendations, how to access the hotel / room out of hours). The hotel is located c15 - 20mins walk from the Old Town but there are regular buses close by. The rooms are pretty basic but are large with a double bed, small table, sofa and TV (with Sky). Equally the bathroom was large but just with a small shower cubicle (usual for Italy we understand). Breakfast is available for a small fee (5 euros per person) and although there is limited selection (cereals, yogurts, cheese and meat and toast along with tea & coffee) it was enough to set us up for the day. The service from all the team was very good - constantly checking in with us to see if we were ok / needed any help. Some of the rooms overlook a busy street and this can be noisy - it was a bit of a walk to get into the Centre.

• Tbh5 (10/5): Wonderful stay in Trapani, Sicily! - Very modern and clean Hotel. Ingrid is a beautiful and very helpful Host. Everything was absolutely perfect. Big bathroom, little kitchen, balcony and good bed. You are in historic Trapani very quickly. Free parking just around the corner. Sometimes a little noisy at night and in the morning due to the main road close by.
