• Sara (6/5): Solo la posizione - La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro. L'appartamento è accogliente. Con il codice d'ingresso non è necessario avere le chiavi Nell'appartamento non ci hanno fornito i set di asciugamani ce ne è solo uno piccolo ma alla prenotazione nei servizi è indicato asciugamani. Con le politiche delle compagnie aeree sui bagagli è fondamentale il servizio. Segnalata la necessità alla reception ci hanno detto che loro ne forniscono solo uno. La prima sera nonostante avessimo una homba piccola ci hanno chiamato alle 11.30 di notte dalla reception per chiedere di aprire noi il portone a dehli ospiti in arrivo.

• Luis (8/5): - La ubicación es genial;el portal está en plena calle Larios y las ventanas dán a una calle perpendicular y pudimos ver las procesiones de semana santa desde allí. La cocina bien surtida de utensilios. La ducha es muy pequeña . No sé porqué no ponen puerta entre la habitación y la sala.
• Happycamper (7/5): Nice but noisy. - Nice accommodation, as described bright and comfortable in a central location. Nice to have a cafe next door which was reasonably priced. There are bins and bottle bins stored directly below the apartment which were emptied between 1am and 3am every night. Extremely noisy and disturbing. The location whilst central is very noisy and loud.
• Robert (3/5): Responsive service, but the apartment needs significant improvements to provide a comfortable stay. - Responsive management team that answers quickly and sends maintenance when needed. Good central location in Málaga. Apartment requires several fixes: unstable chairs, no outlets on the kitchen counter (extension cord needed), electrical issues (bathroom switch inconsistent, ceiling light flickering). Very soft bed. Major issue with the toilet (weak flush and tank repeatedly not refilling despite interventions). Significant nighttime noise caused not by the city itself but by garbage containers directly under the window, emptied several times per night until around 3:30 AM, especially loud with glass bottles.

Nosotros fuimos para ver las luces de navidad y era un espectáculo desde el balcón. La ventana del dormitorio no cierra del todo bien y se oyen muchos ruidos del exterior y el baño es un poco pequeño.

Jó az elhelyezkedés,minden gyalog könnyen elérhető volt Az apartman egy szűkebb mellékutcára nézett,ahol több nagy szemetes kuka volt elhelyezve,melyeket este és éjszaka többször ürítettek,emiatt a szállás nagyon zajos. Az ágynemű huzat kisebb volt,mint a paplan és néhány helyen lyukas és szakadt volt. 3-an voltunk,ágy azonban csak 2 főre volt előkészítve.

• Nicola (7/5): La ubicación es lo unico - La ubicación; el trato de las encargadas de la oficina. No estaba muy limpio, cuando llegamos había pelos en suelo y en la cama. Como que el piso es el resultado de una reforma (de un grande piso han obtenido 3 pequeños) el baño no tiene ni ventana ni ventilador extractor, así que humedad y lo demás sale al cuarto de estar. Todo está bastante descuidado.

• Jane (3/5): Disaster - stay away! - The bed was comfy, the location good The bathroom sink cabinet was falling apart, the shower had mould in and around it, the kitchen was old and wonky, with no socket to plug appliances into, we were asked to return to collect keys, despite being g there on time and then when we got to the apartment the cleaner hadn't finished. No hot water or working TV, and no reply after first correspondence with Jose. When we asked for claims and complaints form we were told it wasn't necessary and we could sort it out with the office on Monday. Several WhatsApp and an email later and they are not replying. The pictures do mot represent this apartment at all.

We arrived very late and the bus to/from airport stopped literally right out the front on the main road so it was very easy. Would stay here again for sure. Thumbs up from me. A little noise from the rubbish truck emptying glass in the morning, however, the noise is only a very minor detail if I was to be really picky given the fantastic location. It was well worth it. Thumbs up! I would stay here again for sure.

• Rebecca (8/5): Excellent apartment in a wonderful situation. - The location was absolutely fantastic. Central Malaga is easy to access on foot. The Christmas lights were on display and they were just wonderful. We have stayed in this apartment before but it has deteriorated since our last stay. The worktop beside the cooking hob was burnt. The dining table legs were loose. The dining chairs were badly stained and one sitting pad was not attached to the chair. This really nice apartment needs some care and attention as it is situated in the 11th most expensive street to live on in Spain. There are no electric sockets at the worktop in the kitchen area. We had to boil the kettle as it sat on the floor.

Great apartment with views of the Larios. - Excellent location, less than 10 min to most places, corner unit had marvelous views of the calle, very bright apartment. Apartment needs work: walls showing wear and tear, quite a few lightbulbs were burned out, window by the kitchenette didn’t close, shower leaked near the toilet and was slow draining. The sofa bed is looking very worn out. Perfect apartment, just needs to be freshened up!

• Claire (8/5): Fantastic central location, everything within walking distance - The office was easy to find. We were a little early so the apartment was not ready. We left our bags while we went for lunch and returned later. The apartment was a 3 minute walk from the office. The only negative about our stay was the fact that the rubbish was collected at midnight and the bins were in the street below the apartment. The apartment is in the 2rd floor and had double glazing but it was still quite noisy. However, this did not spoil our holiday.

• James (3/5): Great central location, however if it’s comfort and hygiene your looking for I would give this one a miss - The apartment is very central so connections to trains and buses were great, also within walking distance of lots of restaurants and bars. - As the property is so central there is a lot of noise from the street below, between 11-1 each night the bins that are directly below for the all the local bars/restaurants would be emptied resulting in and extremely loud clash of smashing bottles and rubbish, the noise from people leaving bars in the street. which is understandable judging by location, however better sound proofing would of been better as the majority of windows don’t close properly so you are unable to block out noise. - The apartment was dirty, the main bed sheets were marked and stained. The pull out sofa bed sheets were covered in stains, hair and bits of rubbish. The sofa bed is old and extremely uncomfortable and if the noise from the street didn’t keep you up turning over in bed makes enough noise to wake the whole building. - The bathroom was extremely dirty, with a lot of the fixtures broke and in need of an update, the shower cubicle is very small and you have to be able to withstand a cold shot every now and again as your unable to bend down and pick up soap with out accidentally knocking the water temp handle. We only used apartment as a base as we are getting married later this year close by and needed somewhere to crash as we were meeting a lot of people for the wedding, we booked for 3 nights but only actually ended up sleeping there 1 as i was so disappointed with apartment.
• Kevin (5/5): Shops and cafes are all very close by. Sleepless nights because of noise - The location is excellent, all the amenities are on your doorstep. Bus routes and taxis are all close by. Because you are so close to the shops and cafés it becomes very noisy at peak times. I would definitely recommend better soundproofing in the apartment, unable to sleep because of night time noise.

Air con not good so had to leave windows open and very noisy outside lots of entertainment and large metal bins being emptied. It wouldn't take a lot of money to rectify problems then it would be a wonderful place to stay. Need new fridge.
