- Heather (9/5): Once you get settled and figure out how the resort runs it is a great experience. - The resort was very clean. The food was excellent and the staff friendly and very attentive. The check-in process and restaurant booking process wasn’t great. Due to our flight time we arrived at the resort around 12.30pm. We couldn’t officially check in until 3pm. No problem but we couldn’t make any reservations until then. By 3pm our “personal concierge” had gone home for the day and there was only one restaurant reservation time available for our entire stay. Also this is a very big property. There are carts to take you from one section of the resort to another but not for transportation within each section. In the process of finding our room and personal concierge we had to walk back and forth to the main lobby and it was very frustrating just after arriving.

- Noémi (10/5): - Gyönyörű palmafás kert, és strand nagyon szép az egész hotel. Minden pillanatban fotózni szeretne az ember , olyan egzotikus az egész kert. Minden autentikus, háncsos bungalok, napernyők, bali ágyak. Imádtam! Szuper a kiszolgálás, több bár és étterem van, némelyik bejelentkezős, volt hely mindegyikben. A japán étterem elképesztően jó mindenképp ajánlom! Koktélok, italok prémium italokból is elérhetőek. Autóbérles esetén ingyenes parkoló áll rendelkezésre. Junior Suites szobában laktunk ahol néhány dolog már felújítást igényelne, de nem vészes dolgok ezek, kényelmes jó méretű a szoba. A jakkuzit mi sosem használtuk, a tengerparton voltunk mindíg. A hűtő néha zúgott és a WC-ben mozgásérzékelős lámpa volt, ami fura elgondolás, néha nem gyulladt fel, vagy időközben lekapcsolt. Kevés lámpa van, miután besötetedik ha mindent felkapcsolunk sem lehet túl jól látni.

- Sarah (8/5): - Insgesamt war der Service sehr gut. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war sehr gut und die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet und sauber. Zu Beginn hat sich der Concierge vorgestellt und einem grob erklärt wie der Tag im Resort abläuft. Täglich gab es kleine Programmpunkte. Das Essen in den verschiedenen Restaurants war gut, jedoch nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. In einem Restaurant (Seaside Market) haben sie die Mitarbeiter besonders viel Mühe gegeben, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Unverträglichkeiten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das More Inklusive Angebot. Die Ausflüge sind sehr schön und das Buchen klappt ohne Probleme, der dort inkludierte Eintritt in den Waterparkt macht, meiner Meinung nach, für ein Erwachsenenhotel wenig Sinn. An unserem ersten Tag wurde uns Mitgeteilt,dass unser Zimmer noch nicht bezugsfertig sei. Daraufhin hatten wir für die erste Nacht ein anderes Zimmer welches von der Ausstattung sehr alt war. Am zweiten Tag konnten wir dann in unser eigentliches Zimmer , welches Modern eingerichtet war, jedoch für diesen Preis den wir gezahlt haben noch etwas baufällig wirkte. Der Housekeeping Service wurde im laufe der Zeit schlechter( fehlendes Wasser, nur ein Handtuch, nicht aufgefüllte Seife etc.) Als es Anfang Oktober etwas voller wurde, war es um halb 8 schon nicht mehr möglich einen Platz am Pool zu bekommen. Natürlich waren die Liegen nur mit Handtüchern (welche auch vom Hotel bereitgestellt werden) reserviert. Auf Nachfrage bei den Mitarbeitern hieß es, man könnte die Handtücher ja auch eigenständig wegräumen. Finde ich persönlich etwas schade, schließlich will ich mich erholen und nicht noch Stressen durch unnötiges Liegenreservieren. Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub, jedoch kam im laufe der Zeit hin und wieder das Gefühl auf für den Preis und die Hotelkategorie „mehr“ erwarten zu können.

They also have many activities so you wouldn’t get bored . A lot of seaweed in the sea , as that was the season , but not the fault of the hotel

The service at th pool bar next to the buffet in the palms side was so amazing! Didn't love the Vegan restaurant but the banana split was delicious! Highly recommend !

- Kimberly (10/5): - First of all, Humberto in guest services was AMAZING! He was always there to take us to wherever we needed to go and so happy and friendly. Everyone was sooooo friendly. The resort is somewhat spread out but once you find out where everything is it gets better and they have several golf carts to take you where ever you need to go. The night activities were great! We did have a mishap with Lomas travel which is where we booked excursions through and they were less than helpful but the resort staff was trying everything they could to rectify the issue. Eating at Klay Talay is a must!! They do have a lot of wildlife but they do not bother you! Overall it was a great experience and would highly recommend. The resort cat, Patches, was the icing on the cake!

The pools were very nice, the poolside bali beds were a nice touch. The food varied from good to great, not a lot of options but we were satisfied with everything we had. I really liked the fact that their food options were more on the health conscious side. The staff was really friendly except from one employee at the excursion desk that was giving us a hard time, so we decided to go to another lobby and the person responsible for the excursions there was very nice and efficient unlike his colleague. I would recommend.
- Ray (6/5): - The area was beautiful and the service was fantastic. The pools and bars were all nice and taken care of. The beach kind of sucks. This is definitely a budget hotel. Faucets had mineral deposits all over them. Mini fridge was wobbly, I adjusted it. Mirror fixture in bathroom was loose, I tightened it. Light fixture near bed was loose, I tightened it. Glowing number on air conditioner would not turn off. Electrical outlet behind fridge looked burnt and was unusable. I had to rearrange how things were plugged in so we could even use the coffee maker. Outlet near bed was loose. Faucets and fixtures in the public bathrooms were loose. One of the toilets near the bar wouldn't flush, I fixed it. A public bathroom had 2 rolls of toilet paper jammed into the dispenser so neither one would roll and you couldn't get any toilet paper out. Almost all the food was mediocre. The only great place was the Italian place. The Asian restaurant couldn't make any of the cocktails on their menu. I was told about free stuff at the concierge, I turned down the presentation. I was called about the same thing 2 days later. I went down to the concierge and was told it was the same thing with the same presentation. The paper map and the online map both had multiple errors on locations and times of operation. I scheduled a trip on my own and my taxi was not allowed into the gates because it wasn't booked through Lomas. They told me no straight to my face.

- Caryn (10/5): - Beautiful resort with lots to do. Many different restaurants. Make sure you check with your concierge on your first day there to try and schedule dinners that require reservations and any excursions you may want to go on. Reservations book very quickly. All restaurants are closed daily from 230 to 4. We found out the hard way upon arrival and had to wait for room service. Room service is the only food that is available 24 seven. The beach barbecue is definitely one of our favorites for lunch. The alcohol was plentiful. The choices of vodka were great goose, kettle one, Smirnoff. No Tito’s. Several choices of bourbon as well. If you don’t like the drink, order something else ~it’s all inclusive!

The food on the other hand needs a lot of work - some restaurants weren’t open for the WHOLE WEEK we were there. The food quality wasnt great, the two restaurants you have to make reservations for have the smallest portions. The unclear signs for the restaurants and locations also were not great. Overall, the staff was great but the food and location itself needs help

- Emil (8/5): - The property is very good and has a lot to offer. There are two issues that I have with it. 1. We book this place because they advertise free transport from and to the airport. However this only applies to Cancun airport and the resort is in Tulum. We flew in to Tulum and had to pay $320 out of pocket for the transport. The property was not willing to offer any sort of compensation or credit. Issues 2. You will primarily have Mexican food even though they advertise internationally. The Italian restaurant is great and so is their pizza. Lastly, the best is not grate at all. It was covered in seaweed but there are tons for Bali bed for your to choose and so real issues there.

- kurt s (10/5): - Extremely well manicured property. Two hotels in one stay with use of their sister property adjacent. Easy beautiful walk, but shuttles are available. Loved the swings at the bars, very fun! Assortment of international cuisine, order off menus and buffets. Eggs Benedict was my favorite but the arifettis restaurant made an excellent omelet. Tacos Al carbon in the plaza by reception were available most nights with live music. Fridays was Mexican fiesta on the beach, they had a fire show too. There are three main pools, one was used for activities and the other two were more played back. The swim up rooms, very worth it, very romantic, and a bar is nearby all the swim ways. There are 2 things slightly negative. Silly things really, but soft drinks everywhere except your room were from 2 liter bottles and often flat by midday. And shame on us we went to a "presentation" to get discount for additional trips but it ranged from $29k to $59k for 10 year commitment. Too much for us! Otherwise everything was delightful.. Simply marvelous.

The grounds are beautiful and you can see animals and birds native to the region. Overall it was relaxing, food and drinks were great. Staff was friendly and helpful

- Allan (3/5): Nice resort, but be careful of the buffet restaurants as it caused significant food poisoning. - Nice location, service staff great and overall presentation of resort was nice. I suffered with terrible food poisoning whilst there which meant I was unable to utilise the facilities, food or drink for 70% of the time. I have travelled to Mexico 6 times and never been ill. I take all of the precautions and am well aware of the general sicknesses that can happen. I had stayed a week prior in the sister resort El Dorado Royale and was fine.

- Lelannia (10/5): - This was an amazing property! Staff are all friendly and always helpful. We had two rooms. The rooms are CLEAN!!! The sports bar and included restaurants were a little hidden and main lobby is far but the golf carts take you anywhere. The beach is cleaned all day everyday and the food is so good! The excursions were fun and very fun. I wish we had more time to spend there but hopefully I can come back again.

Pools, beach and food are just a short walk away, or get a ride on a golf cart if you dont want to walk. Lots of pretty bird's and some lizards and small creatures. They said the beach was full of seaweed but ai didnt think it was bad, just normalnfor the ocean.

Everything else about this resort is great. We will be back but later in the year and definitely a different room! They do not even try to honor room requests. Food and staff were excellent.

We traveled with friends, and wanted to have rooms next to each other and located in a specific area of the resort and although they could not guarantee that our rooms would be in that specific location, we got what we wanted!!! Amazing staff throughout the entire resort and will definitely be back for the 4th time!! Thank you for an AMAZING week!!!

Their app is so user friendly and super handy. Lots of places to go for walks and the room was spacious and well-appointed. We stayed in the villa type area and our view was beautiful and private. This was our first time here - we talked to a handful of others who said this resort is the only one they come to now. Can't wait to go back!

Setting was beautiful with plenty of loungers and Bali beds to go around. Most relaxing vacation and best for couples looking for quiet getaway. Lots of delicious food options especially love the Mexican restaurant - the octopus is not to be missed. Transportation to and from was well run. Our driver Willie was so friendly.

- Katherine (3/5): Beautiful resort but such poor management practice that it makes the value of the hotel very poor. - - Nice availability of cabanas and pools around the area - Great lunch options with the wood fired pizza and taco station - Beautiful resort overall but very poor management constantly trying to inflate their ratings - Not allowed to book dinner reservations without a room number but a room number is only provided after 3PM check-in and the personal concierge leaves before 2PM. - Restaurant staff couldn't find our dinner reservation and didn't help at all with finding somewhere to eat. No recommendations on what to do next, where to go; simply we don't see your room number so figure it out. - Pool bars are very much understaffed, only 1 bartender per pool bar and there are long lines to get a drink. - Had to reach out 3 times to the front desk to confirm our airport transfer. No willingness to move on the best time for your flight, they only do 1 shuttle per day to the Cancun airport. - Impossible to book for evening restaurants (2 are reservation only) and the rest had a 1+ hr wait time --> leaving only buffet options - Bathroom door was broken, hot tub in the room didn't work - staff ask you to leave a 5 star review for the entire hotel on google maps with their name recommendations after each activity (e.g. clay pot painting). I suspect they are commission based on when their names are mentioned and it HIGHLY inflates the hotel rating

They were miserable, rude on multiple occasions, at night at main bar often ignored woman wanting a drink this was not just me many of people were saying this too. It was disappointing. I got told no shots every night only tequila because they didn’t want to put in the work of making them as they were too busy. Ignored woman for long periods of time as we ordered more complicated drinks and they were too busy. But the rest of the staff was amazing. But I paid a lot of money for an all exclusive so not happy about that. Other resorts that I stayed at the bartenders were so fun and friendly and nice and happy to make us drinks

We were surprised first by an incredible upgrade to a premium suite since the trip was for celebrating my partner's birthday. But the pleasant surprises did not end there - everyone was incredibly friendly and kind; the beach was beautiful and the grounds were well maintained; the food was great quality especially for an all-inclusive resort; they did not cheap out on drinks at all, no watery cocktails made with cheap liqueur; there were all kinds of cool wildlife we saw on the grounds (watch out for the super cute coatis that climb up coconut trees, iguanas, frigate birds, pelicans and grackles); entertainments were appropriately fun and chill (beach volleyball, foam party and mexican night!); the room itself was also well maintained and furnished; the more inclusive package was also amazing, with our excursion to Aktun Chen making the holiday extra memorable. Special shout outs to Angel, Axel, Cinthia, Fernando, Gabriella, Isai, Luisa and Lucio for giving us an unforgettable experience. Everyone here goes above and beyond. You are all phenomenal, and your hard work and kindness do not go unnoticed. One potential downside is that it is a drive away from Cancun airport (close to 1.5-2hrs ride with the shared transportation making stops) but in my opinion, it's well worth the extra time and distance.
