Popovic (5/5): A bit of a disappointment - It has a nice bar in front of the building. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen is spacious. Arrangements with the staff is easy. Space is very humid. Cleanliness is a major issue here. Bathroom if full of black mold. Kitchen was not too clean either. The air-conditioning is not sufficiently strong to cool the apartment down. There are actually two apartments listed here and one is I guess better. We stayed in the worse.
Marko (9/5): Great flat in excellent, well connected location. - Great flat in excellent location. Though the flat itself is just slightly outside the town centre, there is a tram just outside and bus nearby - both of these go direct into city centre and make travel very easy and convenient.
Anete (5/5): A lot of room for improvement, especially with the bedding - Location was great, tram 19 takes directly to the Duomo in 30min and bus 90 to Milan Centrale in 30min. You can purchase public transport tickets just around the corner at a cafe. Communication with the host was decent, clear and fast. We collected the keys from a caffe across the street. There were no decent blankets with duvet covers, just some thin bedcovers and a sheet underneath it and it was impossible to sleep well because you had to check all the time during the night it you are correctly under the sheet or is your body touching the bedcovers (quite nasty imo). Pillows were a joke, hard and big bricks, I don't know how people could sleep with these pillows. There were 3 of us and only 2 so called "blankets". Couch was old and not comfortable at all to sleep on. On the second floor it got super hot because the hot air goes up. No daylight and no promised balcony which was marked on the listing. Kitchenware was poor, no decent big knife (on knife was broken and rusty) to cut veggies or fruits etc. No towel or paper in the kitchen, very uncomfortable to manage. No cloth to keep the tables clean... I don't know how people keep the apartment clean if nothing is provided. Sponge was super worn out. No wine classes (this is Italy...). No tea, no coffee. TV remote wasn't working, couldn't put on any music.

hyukjang (4/5): 리모델링 된 시설 그러나 바퀴벌레천국 - 한국분들 혹시 숙박하실 계획이라면 두가지 참고하셔야 할것 같습니다. 첫째 바퀴벌레의 천국입니다. 한두마리가 아니라 2층, 화장실, 부엌등 하루에 10마리 정도는 잡으실 계획하셔야 합니다. 둘째로 조금만 전기를 쓰면 전원이 차단됩니다. 밤새 바퀴벌레가 돌아다니는 방에서 불도 못키고 하루를 보내고 아침에 연락했더니 쉽다면서 지하에 있는 분전함에서 올리면 된다고 하더군요. 그후 3번정도 내려간거 같습니다. 전반적인 시설은 새로 리모델링 해서 무난합니다. 음식도 해먹을 수 있구요. 벌레랑 친하신분들에게는 좋은 시설이라고 생각합니다.
