• Mark (10/5): A wonderful small, boutique hotel in a perfect location - The location and the staff made this a wonderful stay for my partner's birthday - and to celebrate getting engaged. 2 minutes from Opera metro station, and a 5 minute walk to either the Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, cathedral, and the Royal Palace. We walked everywhere and we only needed to use the once to get to an event at the Club de Campo Villa! Nothing we didn't like but, as with every trip, there are always compromises. The location right in the heart of the city meant that facilities in the room were small but were clean and perfectly adequate. The bed was very comfortable and I imagine that the air con is perfect for the summer months.

• Mª Luisa López Morales (8/5): Moderno establecimiento muy céntrico y a precio ajustado - El personal de atención al cliente, que reservé habitación individual y me hicieron upgrade a una doble, gratis y además muy atentos siempre. La ubicación es muy buena, pero no para llevar coche (no fue mi caso). Instalaciones modernas y limpias Dormí muy bien, sin ruidos. Precio muy bueno. Pasé un poco de frío en la habitación porque por su orientación parece que no le da nada el sol y al poner la calefacción salía aire, pero no caliente. La iluminación de la zona del espejo y lavabo es mejorable.

I don't know his name, but he was rude and notvey friendly. He kind of looked like Jerry Lewis. The front desk guy i mentioned above. Also, the cleaning staff was not great.

Bed was very comfortable. Wifi fast. The coffee shop in the lobby serves delicious cold brew coffee. Would highly recommend staying here.

• Miriam (7/5): Zentral gelegenes Hotel ideal für Sightseeing und den "kleineren" Geldbeutel - Die Lage des Hotel ist für touristische Zwecke sehr gut. In der Nähe Plaza Mayor und Palacio Real. Sehr gute öffentliche Anbindung. Eine Vielzahl von Restaurants und Geschäften. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit, die Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt und man kann sein Gepäck dort noch den ganzen Tag aufbewahren lassen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sauber und frisch. Ein Fön wurde auf Anfrage gebracht. Trotz der Größe des Zimmers gab es kein Badezimmer im eigentlichen Sinn. Es gibt einen Waschtisch im Zimmer. Dusche und Toilette sind abgetrennt. Man tritt sowohl aus der Dusche als auch aus der Toilette direkt ins Zimmer und zwar nur 50 cm vom Bett weg. Man sollte sich gut kennen und mögen für diese Konstellation. Die Toilette ist auch schwierig für große Menschen. Wir haben leider noch Haare von einem/einer Vorgängerin gefunden.

• javier (8/5): - la situació és immillorable. la neteja és correcta i l'estat de les instal·lacions també. la dutxa i el bany eren com un armari a l'habitació. la dutxa no tenia telèfon, la qual cosa causa problemes a les dones a l'hora de no haver-se de mullar el cap. I per cert, l'habitació no té cap armari ni moble per deixar la roba.

I didn’t realize when I booked the rooms they were like this. The hotel could have warned me about the festival that blocked off access to the hotel that weekend. Value for money was not good.

A localização é ótima, fizemos tudo a pe como planejávamos. O atendimento do Desmond foi um diferencial também, flat com estrutura de hotel, gostamos bastante. O ar condicionado não funcionou, pois era central e estava na função quente mesmo em Abril.

• Larissa (9/5): A localização é EXCELENTE! Ficaríamos novamente no local - Acomodação com espaço suficiente para 2 pessoas. Local para organizar mala e roupas e ambientes bem divididos. Funcionários super dispostos a ajudar e bem humorados. Sem nenhum problema de comunicação. Amenities ótimos também (inclusive secador de cabelo ótimo). O ar condicionado não funcionou como gostaríamos. Tivemos problemas quanto ao barulho e tinha limites de temperatura (18 graus como mínimo).
