- Nate (4/5): - This motel had only two good things about it. One: The main drag so I could watch corvettes drive up and down the road. Two: The dollar store next door, where I had to go but roach spray to spray my room. Imagine waking up to one crawling on you. Yuck. Not to mention they have people living in this motel, with dogs after they told us, no dogs are allowed in previous years. Plus the floors made our feet black on the bottom, need to at least try and vacuum every time. I think this is our last year at the establishment.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Very noise after dark, kinda run down. A lot of people living there full-time run down vehicles in the parking lot. Will not stay there anymore.
- Misty (2/5): Not Safe!! - Immediately upon pulling in we could see this is no longer a hotel…it is long term rentals. The place was in horrible condition with people sitting out drinking and smoking. I went in and the front desk lady was sweet but no sooner than I came out with a key, a group of four people started screaming, shoving, and fighting. I went back in and told her we weren’t staying. She says my money will be refunded in 48 hours…if not, I’ll update. Please stay safe and keep your vehicle and contents safe…DO NOT STAY HERE!! Hotels.com needs to remove this place as a hotel, it is not!!
- Ernest (2/5): - Property was old and run down. Room was dirty and had cob webs hanging from the ceiling. Bed was extremely extremely uncomfortable. I could see light around the air conditioner unit, plus I had to clean the filter myself. My room did have a nice view. As I was walking across the floor in my room I could feel "soft" spots giving under my feet. In general I was disappointed and feel like the owners have done nothing since it was new. The motel definitely needs updated and some TLC.
- Lindsey (2/5): - Pullin into the parking lot I could tell I had made a mistake. Office smelled musty and old and was dirty. Stair case to room had rust holes all in them and were littered with trash. Room stunk of cigarettes and moldy musty smell. Sheets were stained and had hair on them. Bugs and roaches coming out of bathtub drain.
- sheri (4/5): - I honestly do not know how this hotel could score an 8 to 10 as a lot of the reviews are stating. While I didn't see any actual dirt in the room, it smelled really bad. The carpet was filthy and needs replaced. Like, I didn't want to take my shoes off. We also went to Walmart and purchased pillows because the ones there were flat and yellowish with no cases on them. The mattresses are old and springy. The outside of the hotel was not in great condition and it smelled outside too. There are people living there full time I think. The man who checked us in was nice and helpful, but I do not recommend.

- leonard (4/5): - A roach in the tub and on me when I woke up. It's dated and some things are in bad shape. We had booked 2 nights and left after one night. They did refund the money for the second night.
- Theresa (8/5): - Great view! Didn't get to use the pool but it was very clean., but no pool towels. Room was very clean. Looks like a brand new jacuzzi and shower unit. Need to have extra toilet paper on hand. I personally don't like carpets in the rooms, but it was very clean. Bed was ok. Plenry of towels. A/C unit needed some cleaning. Plenty of towels

- Anita (2/5): Bed Bugs - Checked in after waiting 30 minutes for the clerk to return from lunch. Got in the room, turned the beds back and found active bed bugs in the bed!! Checked back out and had to find Lysol to try to clean off our luggage we laid on the beds.

- Bradley (10/5): Great Value - I’ve stayed at most of the lodges in Eureka Springs, and the Razorback Lodge was possibly the best value of all of them. Staff was friendly and welcoming and the room was what you would expect for ES, a clean comfortable place to lay your head.

- Chris (8/5): - Though this motel is definitely dated and a little rough around the edges, it offered a charming and clean room. We were a little concerned about the well word door knob and lock. (They really need to upgrade to modern, sturdy key card locks.) Check in was seamless and prompt with friendly interaction with the front desk clerk. Our room was positioned along a balcony with a beautiful view of the hollor below. Overall, a great value for this area.

- James (2/5): - Do not stay at this hotel!!! This property is nasty old rundown. The rooms were dirty holes in the floor and up at the front desk. They live there in their house inside the hotel is disgusting. We went in the room turned right back around and left. The owner would not give the money back even though we didn’t stay there I would give this hotel less than one star if I could I give would give them negative stars. Again, do not stay at this hotel.

- andrew (2/5): - The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Woke up every night at 3:00am with back ache. Internet signal was weak and constantly disconnected from the internet. Stains on the carpet, walls in sink area and bathroom area in disrepair. Found roach eggs in bedding with roach crawling on wall and on the bed the final morning, The hotel was so noisy with car noise from the highway almost impossible to sleep. Dirty laundry left in large pile outside first floor rooms next to the office. Several hotel guests were very sketchy, peeping out windows and walking up to you in the parking lot, felt very unsafe staying at this hotel!

- Lori (2/5): - Chose this hotel for the location and price. This is an older hotel in dire need of updating. Mattresses need replacing. Sink drain needed new drain stopper. We had fleas in the room but it was late when we started seeing them and the hotel was full due to convention in town so we didn’t try to get a different room. No one was in the office when we left our key so I left a post it note on our door about the fleas. Will not stay there again.

- Byron (10/5): - Nice bed, good hot water for shower and clean. A little out of date but that really does not affect the stay. Staff was fantastic when our tv didn't work, went to desk and help was there in just a few minutes.
- Melissa (2/5): - The sheets were so old they were completely see through, blankets had cigarette burns in them, pillows had no protector and were grossly stained. However, upon discovering this uncomfortable setting we went back to the office and informed them we would not be staying due to these conditions and they appeared surprised but did give a full refund.

- Crystalynn (2/5): - The property is old and musty. The room we reserved through Expedia wasn’t available for first night and said would have a double queen instead but it was not that either. Old worn loveseat instead of second bed. There were fingernail clippings on the floor and the coffee tray had grime in it, and hair in the ice bucket. I found a spider in one of the towels. Moved to 2nd room as originally booked for 2nd night and the door lock was hard to open. We overslept checkout but instead of calling or knocking, someone just opened the door. Glad I had the chain on but was not decent.

I didn’t see any bugs. it’s just on the run down side and I think a few people may actually live there. The bed sheets were clean and the bathroom was clean. I had a microwave and refrigerator. However, there should be a deadbolt on the door. I’d stay there again for the price. The older man that checked me in was super sweet. I can understand how hard it is with how expensive everything is to keep prices low and places nice.

- Minda (2/5): - I had a large cockroach crawling on my arm the 2nd night, then found more in my bed and the bathroom My daughter had multiple bites after she’d been in her bed, but mosquitoes are busy this summer. But the 2nd night, we’d been laying in our beds and she had far more bites, and I had a few bites. We hadn’t been outside much either day. Presumably, they were bed bug bites. I called the office, and they did refund my money. We couldn’t get away fast enough.

The hotel is outdated and the beds need to be replaced. The toilet sits pretty low. That made it difficult for my mother to get off of with her bad knees. We did find a couple of bed bugs. It looked like they have been dealing with them because the mattresses had a plastic cover on them.

- Anita (10/5): - I loved that when we arrived there was an envelope on the office door with my name on it that had our receipt and room number enclosed. The key was in the room. Easiest motel check in ever! I liked that we had a smoking room. Those don't hardly exist anymore. The jacuzzi tub worked great even though the on button falls off. It was way better than the one in the Cliff Cottage suite I paid over $200 to stay in a couple of years ago. I actually hope they don't update this place because $74 for a romantic suite is awesome! We will definitely be back as long as the price stays low.

- Lawrence (6/5): Just a place to stay - A basic older property, could use some maintenance and upgrade. Was able to get my room changed to a ground floor. Expect the back units would have had a nice view of the wooded area behind the motel. Bed could have been more comfortable.
- Jeffery-Jay (10/5): - People at the front desk who checked us in were very friendly and gave a great recommendation for a restaurant. We stayed in a hot tub room down below. Upstairs seems like an old-school funky Roadside Motel. However, downstairs it’s very similar to a state park lodge. we will be back!
- Teresa (2/5): - There were cockroaches in the room! It was disgusting! We had to go next door to the Dollar General and buy blankets and roach spray. No way were we going to crawl under their covers! Unfortunately, everywhere else was sold out due to craft shows for the weekend or we would have gone somewhere else. Save your money and go anywhere else!

- Larry (6/5): Nice people. Old & Noisy Motel - The Razorback was interesting. It’s ran by an older couple with an autistic grandson. They were really nice but this property is really showing its age in the carpet, plumbing and just in general. The bed in my room could have not of had a harder bed if was made of rocks! The hotel is situated on the highway into town, so make sure you’re prepared for that. The people are nice but it’s old and more run down than I had expected.

- Becky (8/5): - The staff was wonderful! The only problem I had was that the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The entry tile was very dirty; however, most of the other common areas (Like bath sink, toilet and tub) were clean.

- Christopher (8/5): Great place all around - I travel a lot due to my job and found this lodge it was a great find. Everything was clean and nothing was broken. Plenty of clean towels. Everyone who worked there was so nice. Location was beautiful right on the side of a huge hill.
- Rebecca (4/5): - We woke up with bites on us...come to find out there were bed bugs in the room. We found them on our towels alive. Do not recommend. Yeah price is great, but then it could cost you $100s more if you take those bugs home with you.
- Jason (10/5): Great Place - I have stayed at The Razorback Lodge a couple different times now and they always have clean rooms and the staff is always helpful and friendly. The price is right for the area and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Eureka Springs.

- Robert (8/5): - The property is well maintained though a bit tired looking in spots (decking is weathers, slight damage in room that needs repair, trash below needs to be picked up). Outside of that the rooms were clean, the view is nice and quiet on the backside, and shopping is very convient.

There were 3 more in the bathroom the next day While searching for bugs we pulled out the night stand and it obviously had not been cleaned behind it for quite some time
