The coordination between teams were slower and they did tend to mix up timings and even didn’t take note of my airport drop time properly when I explicitly mentioned the time several times, although they did drop me at last but things could have gone south.

The staff there are well trained in food and beverage which is evident in how they conduct themselves. The rooftop bar is amazing to spend time after a tiring day. Highly recommend for starters and drinks. Overall a fantastic experience.

- Gurbinder (9/5): Good Hotel, Good People. Pls work on response time and time taken for service. - The Hotel was friendly , staff were helpful and breakfast had good multiple cuisine options. Chef met customers and enquired on any special needs. The receptionist also helped with luggage from room during peak hours. The Housekeeping was a bit below expectation. The room was not cleaned propoerly. There were food crumbs from last night left on table and floor. The laundry services asked for bill settlement upon delivery of clothes, (10.30 PM) whereas a deposit was already made with the Hotel to cover such contingencies. The coffee shop also took 2-3 reminders to bring a club sandwich. The staff were distracted and needed to be approached by guest. 11 AM Check Out was delayed at 7.30 AM. Less people at check out station, and very long bill settlement process. Almost 25 minutes.
