• Wilfredo Alejandro Rodríguez (2/5): - The room was not ready on time. We had to wait 45 minutes because it was still being cleaned. Also, for the check out, they took the water off 15 minutes before to make us leave the room on time. They have to employ more people to clean the rooms.
• Katalin (8/5): - Kamer klein en oud. Wel schoon en een heerlijk bed. Ontbijtoptie op je kamer. Werkelijk op loopafstand van de winkels en het strand. Dit was echt een mega plus. Heel vriendelijk personeel..
• Roland (6/5): - Een betreft een oud hotel dat veel onderhoud nodig heeft. Echter was voor ons het belangrijkste dat het schoon was en de bedden goed waren. Dit was was! Verder vriendelijk personeel en de communicatie verliep ook prima. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding dus.
• Brittany (8/5): - We booked the family room. It was enough room for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable. There was also a table and chairs for eating in the room, but there is no mini fridge or microwave in room. The staff we encountered (I am assuming the owner of the property) was very friendly and helpful! I will say the rooms are not air conditioned, and there are no fans in the room. Our room was very hot, but leaving the window opened at night did help a little.A fan would have been perfect though. The hotel itself is in a great location! It’s easy to walk to the beach and there are a lot of restaurants near by!
• Roger (2/5): - Endroit très peu pratique pour se garé et très mal indiquée. Hotel très vieux et pas propre. Photo mensongères sur le site par rapport au réel. Chambre tres petite même pour un couple et vraiment pas pratique. Très mauvais souvenir de blankenberge en générale. A oublier.

• Izabela Sylwia (8/5): Charming - Maybe it is not the most modern hotel in the town, but it has its charm. Staff is very nice, there is a good italian restaurant downstairs and location is very central, close to the market.

• Bjorn (10/5): - Für Familien urlaub nicht echt geeignet, beim kneipe (circosia) war samstag nacht viel loss, mehrere slägereien und viel lärm. Da kann dass Hotel natürlich nichts vor aber die polizei tut erst etwas gegen Schließungs zeit von die kneipe (05.00u ungefähr kamm polizei mall durch die strasse). Ausstattung war okay, waren nur eine nacht da, konte noch ne wassernapf für denn hund ins zimmer stellen (hotel ist hundenfreundlich beschrieben) Mitarbeiterinnen an die Rezeption und Bedienung ins Restaurant waren gut und freundlich.
• Le (6/5): - was pretty disappointed with the assigned room upon arrival. the images on the app are a bit misleading. the receptionist was friendly and the location is good.
• Anne (8/5): Goed verblijf - Leuke kamer, zeer ruim voor 1 persoon. De kamer was netjes en de badkamer ook. Waterkoker en koffie was aanwezig in de kamer en was een pluspunt. Een groot bureau om te kunnen werken. Alleen spijtig dat er geen stopcontact is dicht bij het bureau. Het hotel is zeer goed gelegen, dicht bij alles in Blankenberge. Enkel het ontbijt is er niet zo goed. Zeer beperkt.
• Laura (10/5): - We were only here overnight (on New Year's Eve, specifically). We arrived late but they have a fancy safe outside which is easy to access your room key. They communicated with me multiple times about some of my questions and responded almost immediately. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was fantastic--not just bread and croissants, but ham and apples as well. It's just a short walk to the beach. We were there in the down season, but there were some bars and restaurants not too far away. We would definitely stay here again!

• Morgane (4/5): - L'hotel est bien situé tout prés de la digue. Les chambres sont loin de ressembler aux photos. Les joints de la douche sont orange et les grilles des conduits d'aération remplies de poussière. Les taies des oreillers présentaient des taches. Ok pour une nuit mais certainement pas pour un long séjour.

C'est une honte ! - Expérience Désastreuse - nuit du 25 au 26 Septembre 2021 - Chambre 207 ! la discothèque CIRCOSIA étant a proximité nous avons passer une nuit blanche ! Un groupe de jeunes faisant un vacarme épouvantable a envahi la rue juste 4 heure du matin et avons été obligés d'appeler la police à plusieurs reprise pour faire cesser ce tapage . La nuisance sonore s'entendait à quelques centaines de mètre ! En outre mon véhicule étant garé en face de l'hôtel, par sécurité, j'ai été obligé de le déplacer étant donné que bons nombre de jeunes se déplacent en vélo titubaient littéralement. A signaler que le 26 à 10h40 la réception n'était toujours pas ouverte alors que l'heure l'ouverture annoncée est 10h30. A noter également que d'autres clients de l'hôtel ont subi les mêmes nuisance. En conséquence j'attends de HOTELS.VOM / Hôtel Franky que mon séjour me soit entièrement remboursés compte tenu que conditions de logement totalement inacceptables ! • Claude (6/5): Für 1-2 nächte Ok - Positiv : lage zum Zentrum und Strand Frühstück war lecker ( nur am 1 Tag wurden wir vergessen woraufhin die hotelbesitzerin sich telefonisch gemeldet hat und sich entschuldigt hat von daher war das ok Bett war bequem und gross Grosses zimmer Pizzeria sehr gut Negativ : hörte alles draussen , viel lärm , teppich im zimmer extrem alt , dusche toilette altmodisch ( nicht wie auf den Fotos ) Im allgemeinen für 1-2 nächte ok , mehr nicht Preis Leistung stimmt nicht …. Zu Teuer
• Tom (8/5): Nice hotel, great location with some limitations. - The check-in was a bit complicated, to be before 6:00 pm. The previous guests were checking in, and it went very slow, to my opinion, as my car was badly parked in front of the hotel, place only to unload. Once checked in my wife came in, and we dropped all the luggage in the elevator, as the room is on the second floor. After parking the car, I came back to the hotel, my wife was standing in the hallway with the luggage. it seemed that the room 204 was two stairs up, and the luggage was too heavy. The room was very nice and specious. Lacking a bit of sound proofing. In the late evening people in the hall were smashing the door (due to the electronic locks) or going into the cupboards in the hall... Breakfast is offered for a supplement, and served on the room. Checkout is latest at 10h30. Besides these limitations, we had a very nice stay in the nice town of Blankenberge where there are nice buildings, the sea, lot's of shopping, and many restaurants.

• Frank (8/5): - Basic net hotel vlakbij boulevard en strand. Van alle Belgische kustplaatsen heeft Blankenberge mi het meeste te bieden voor stelletjes en gezinnen. Het strand is top, de boulevard afwisselend met een leuke pier (incl betaalbaar top restaurant) en de stad zelf staat bol van de art nouveau panden! Parkeer tip: bij de jachthaven (richting reuzerad) stond ik 4 dagen voor €54. Is op 400 m van hotel Franky.
• Nina (8/5): - Wir waren Gäste für eind Nacht und waren zufrieden. Das zimmer war groß, und hatte alles was man benötigt. Einfache,jedoch saubere Einrichtung und nettes Personal an der Reteption.

Le personnel de l’hôtel a totalement disparu, pas de réception, salle des petits déjeuner fermée, plus de télévision ni d’eau chaude. Les clients se sont regroupés pour déposer plainte, la police est venue constater sur place . Nous avons payés 258€ pour 2 nuits avec petits déjeuners inclus ! Nous avons dû aller déjeuner à l’hôtel d’en face ( Tropicana) qui ont été formidables mais 24€ a payer . Nous demandons un remboursement total des frais .inadmissible !

• dirtyharry (4/5): - I know you can't require much for the low price, but even at the bottom of the bottom hotel room, you should be able to take a shower. Not here. My repeated pleads to fix the clogged shower sink were met with condescending ignore.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - De kamer was degoutant vuil! Dikke laag stof op de stopcontacten, water achter het toilet en andere viezigheden, bruine randen aan de douche, vingers op lichtschakelaars, gordijnen die al lang niet meer gewassen waren

I never saw anyone at the front desk, there was no official check in or out even though I was there during stated hours. Both check in and check out were done by getting a key card from a woman in the restaurant and giving it back to the same woman, so signing, no ID check, nothing. Also, I never saw any cleaning staff, nor was my room cleaned during my stay. The area was perfect, close to dining, close to the beach, easy access to transit.

• Pascal (6/5): Redelijk - Ik zat in een heel kleine kamer achterin en had uitzicht op een dak. Het was wel een 1 persoonskamer maar de andere persoon waar ik mee op reis was had een veel mooiere kamer en uitzicht. De muur zat vol platgedrukte insecten.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Leuk hotel met problemen - Leuk hotel maar met goeie ligging maar luide straat. Spijtig genoeg kunnen de ramen niet zo goed toe en is het dan toch te warm doordat er geen airco aanwezig is. Voor de jongeren mensen die weinig slapen zal dit een zeer goeie optie zijn.

• D&B (8/5): Keuken (ontbijt) - Wij kwamen voor de tweede keer ďit jaar. De eerste keer hebben we enorm lang moeten wachten op ons avond eten. Bovendien waren de mosselen veel te veel gezouten. De tweede keer liet de bevoorrading van het ontbijtbuffet te wensen over. Geen fruitsap, omelet en spek. Conclusie lekkere maar trage keuken. Kreeg indruk van personeel te kort of niet op elkaar afgestemd. Prijs kwaliteit is goed Bedden uitstekend

• Jonathan (8/5): Good location, good quality, questionable check-in - When we arrived at 6:30, the hotel receptionist was putting keys into an outdoor lock box. She asked if we were checking in, and then told us that check-in ended at 6pm, and that she had sent me an email. I have not received such an email, and the hotel listing did not make it clear (if it mentioned at all) that reception closes at 6pm. Fortunately, we were able to check in without a problem, but had we arrived 10 minutes later, I fear that would have been problematic. Otherwise, the hotel was in a great location, perfectly clean and well kept.
