E quando chegamos não haviam estúdios disponíveis. Tem 2 estúdios, e ambos estavam ocupados. O desagrado foi total. Ficamos num apartamento que não correspondia ao que alugamos. Apesar dos empregados tentarem remediar a situação de melhor forma. Além disso a limpeza só é feita, as 4f e ao domingo.

They gently asked her progress and encouraged me on hard days. Invaluable. I only left to be closer to the hospital. Nothing. It was everything I needed.

Instalaciones modernas, recientemente renovadas, con un apartamento cómodo y bien equipado para una estancia larga (varias semanas en mi caso). Con cocina y lavadora para el día a día. Dormitorio con cama grande muy cómoda y sofá-cama doble en el salón. Muy limpio y con servicio de habitaciones 2 veces a la semana. Muy próximo a supermercados para la compra diaria (M&S, Sainsbury's, Aldi). Bien comunicado, con metro y autobuses muy cerca. El personal muy amable, especialmente un español que estuvo siempre muy atento. Esperaba una mejor ubicación. Está en la frontera entre una zona buena, con mucha casa residencial de alto nivel) y una zona comercial peor y con más tráfico, aunque segura. Yo pensaba que la zona era mejor. El menaje de la cocina era un poco escaso y de baja calidad. Sólo había 3-4 platos de cada tipo, con lo que había que fregar continuamente. Se habría agradecido, sobre todo por el precio, un lavavajillas. La piscina que se menciona en la descripción es un gimnasio cercano, por lo que al final no fuimos. Entendiendo que el precio de los alquileres en Londres es muy alto, la relación calidad-precio del alojamiento es razonable, aunque esperaría algo más por ese precio.

Checkout was at 11am and i got called like 3 times in the morning about my checkout. It was rather bothersome and seemed to be a downer on what had been a beautiful stay.

- Jodi (10/5): Nice Flat, Good location - Staff was very professional. Check-in was easy. The flat was very nice. A/C worked wonderfully as it should, heated floors were pretty cool. The shower was great. Not a lot of shelf space/lighting in the bathroom. The kitchen had a basic outfitting of utensils and dishes and cups. The water and coffee were complementary. There was no dish towel or paper towels. The only complaint we had was the washer/dryer combo was not that efficient. It might have been operator error but I turned on the dryer 3 times for about 6hrs and clothes were still damp. So we asked the staff if they provided a laundry service. They said they could take care of it in which they did. However, what they didn’t tell us was that it was gonna be €79. Location was about three minutes from the tube station, which was also convenient. There were a variety of stores with a block to include restaurants and a market. Would recommend staying and would stay again.

- Oya (4/5): Not again. - It was clean and modern. The kitchen worked well. I had booked a property with a pool as indicated to me while booking. Only after booking, the reception told me upon arrival i should have gotten the information that there was no pool access. Actually, there was a pool but in another building for an extra (high) sum. I totally felt scammed since I took this place BECAUSE I thought I had pool access. Otherwise I would have taken a much more inexpensive place. Also, there was a window. Right behind the window was a brick wall.
- William (10/5): Wonderful, spacious, great location! - Our apartment exceeded expectations. It was spacious, comfortable, with well-equipped kitchen and furnishings. The 24-hour staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location felt very safe and was within a 4-minute walk of the St John's Wood tube station as well as shops and restaurants. There were a few things, though, that could have been better: 1) the beautiful ceramic tile floors in the shower we're extremely slick and with nothing to hold on to could be quite dangerous; 2) the combination washer and dryer was confusing to use and impossible to open once it was completed--even after going online and consulting the user's manual, we had to get help from the staff to open it, which required using an emergency manual unlock procedure; 3) the air conditioning is apparently controlled from the front desk and needed to be set quite cold in order to be comfortable under the provided comforter.

This location was very close to underground stations, bus stops, and even an overground line. We had no trouble with getting around London. Highly recommend this location! Friendly staff Best part is they gave us complimentary upgrade from studio to 1- bedroom which was very comfortable with baby . The only downside was hotel rooms don’t have dishwasher and there is no room service on weekends. Since Our stay was during weekends, it was little uncomfortable with doing the dishes manually with hectic schedules we had.

- gillian (8/5): - Tho this place was amazing to stay at. The staff weren’t welcoming or friendly. I asked could we check in early I was told it would be 100£ extra I told them no. I asked for late check out I was told the same 100£ fee which isn’t realistic to anyone check out time was 11am. I also asked could I get phone call when the apartment would be ready which I didn’t get & 1 of the showers didn’t work. Tho that was fine as there was another shower in the bathroom. It was amazing apartment. It’s such it a shame the staff weren’t helpful.

- Henk (6/5): Efficient stay, if you are looking in Kilburn. Avoid the sofabed! - The apartment hotel is l,ocated in a fortmer theatre. It is very clean and the corridors are very spacious. The lifts worked promptly. The location was exactly what we were looking for. The doormen and reception staff were very helpful and service-minded. The sofabed was absolutely impossible to sleep on. The entire lay-out of the apartment made extremely inefficient use of the available space. It was unfortunate that only two key-cards were made available for a traveling party of three. We did not see any other guests during our stay.

- Jalal (10/5): Spacious apartment for a family of 6, very clean and staff very helpful - Excellent property with very helpful staff. The apartment was very clean and spacious. We were a family of 6 and the 4 bedroom duplex was perfect for our needs. I would suggest that they include much larger toiletries in the bathrooms. The bigger ones which you now find in hotels which are on the walls. When you are traveling you don’t want to be thinking of buying or Bringing these items with you. Also since it’s a serviced apartment and for the price would be ideal if they would I clean on a daily basis.

- Rebecca (10/5): - I booked for Christmas to be close to a sick relative and was pleasantly surprised by how great the communication was before arrival. They offered me a complimentary upgrade which was overly appreciated! On arrival, check in was easy - there is 24 hour security. Lovely property, clean big rooms and had everything could need. Much preferred over a hotel. My only issue was the location of Kilburn isn’t great however it does have great tube access to central.

- LondonUlster (10/5): Top Marks - Honestly the best equipped, plushest accommodation you could ask for. We had a 4 bedroom deluxe apartment. Essentially 2 apartments interconnected. Meant we had a dining room and a living room! Everything you could ask for. Tv channels are limited and no apps on the smart tvs but that’s the only fault I can think of. Staff couldn’t have done more for us. Will definitely be back.

Only suggestion would be some hooks for hanging coats, same for towels in the bathroom and a mirror in the bedroom! Otherwise brilliant place to stay

- Majda (2/5): - I used to stay in this serviced apartment for the last 9 years unfortunately my last sat was not great the management are not helpful at all plus the cleaning service is very bad I stayed for 11 nights and they cleaned the place only twice plus you can’t ask for simple thing like tissue I will never recommend this place to my family and friends with the amount of the money I have paid I am sure I can find better places. Plus the area not safe any more .

- Anthony (8/5): Great place but needs some work. - Everything was good. Except my door lock didn’t work and it took a few days to fix. Also there isn’t regular daily maid services. The carpet in the upstairs room was a bit dirty. And the bathroom upstairs had a strange configuration so it was tough to use the toilet. The water pressure was weak as well. But overall good place.
