- Bernd (1/5): - Top Lage und das man für 10 Euro zusätzlich einen Parkplatz mieten kann Und natürlich der Preis Es ist leider kein Hotel sondern nur ein Zimmer in einer bewohnten Wohnung. Den Schlüssel zur Wohnung müsste ich 500 Meter entfernt in einem Cafe (die Arbeitsstelle des Vermieters) abholen. Dort habe ich auch die 10 Euro für den Parkplatz bezahlt. Am Miethaus angekommen fand ich ein Recht sauberes Zimmer vor, allerdings war das Badezimmer sehr fragwürdig. Haare in und um der Dusche, Zahnpasta Reste am Waschbecken, ect. Das Bett war oke. Das Fenster ließ sich gar nicht öffnen... Die Zimmer Nachbarn schauten mich sehr entsetzt an, als ich frühs das den Rollo öffnete und mich ausgefertigt machte. Sie dachten wohl das Zimmer sei unbewohnt. Der Briefkasten war so voll mit Post, dass der Schlüssel gar nicht mehr rein passte... Glaube nicht das der überhaupt geleert wird. Kurz um.... Booking. De sollte sich in Grund und Boden schämen, das auf ihrer Plattform überhaupt zu zulassen! Für 6 Stunden Schlaf war es halbwegs oke. Fazit... Nie wieder! Alle schlechten Bewertungen stimmen!!!

- Iryna (8/5): - Room was big with balcony. It was clean in the room and bathroom. Didn't use kitchen, but looked nice as well. Good value for money. Breakfast is not far, 5 min walking. Also near there is bus to Venecia SL, no need to go to train station. Would like more cups in the kitchen. Bed looked tiny in the middle, was afraid of broken it.

- Laura (4/5): Personal desagradable - Buen cuarto de baño No parece 3 estrellas. Solicitamos 1 hab con 2 camas y nos dieron 1 cama doble. El recepcionista nos maltrató. Nos gritó y entregó una llave rota. Otro pasajero alojado nos ayudó con el reclamo. No indicó el lugar para desayuno.

On top of that, the staff would come and stand over your head reminding you that it was already check-out time. Because of this, I really didn’t like this aspect of the hote

- Sachiyo (7/5): 最高です - 今回の旅での初めての個人部屋、部屋がほとんど ベッドだが広いし上の段もあるから別々で眠れてよく眠れました。狭いがいつでもシャワーも浴びられるしトイレも快適でした。毎日掃除してくれるし。 アメニティーは、トイレットペーパーしかないが、手持ちで過ごしているので問題ない。 交通の便が悪いくらいかな。Uber使わなかったので電車まで歩いて土地勘が付くまで時間がかかりました。近くにウッチャンスーパーあるし、ケンタッキーもあるので困る事ないがまぁまぁ何処へ行くにも歩きます。 入国した時にはすでにドバイ攻撃されていたので観光の時間を取るのに手間どってしまった。 帰りの航空券をとってなかったのだ 自分は、この後、フランス観光したが、相方は4日に帰国した。 毎日、帰るとキーが開かないので毎回フロントへ行くことになる。それと非常ベルが必ず鳴ります。それも毎日、夜中に鳴る！ 私達は、1階だったので不安になりました。日常茶飯事すぎて意味がわからない。改善もされない。 事前に口コミ見てたが直前すぎてこのホテルを取りました。 シャルルドゴール空港からバス便しかない。22:00以降の到着便には、向いてない。 バス停からの距離があるし、交通量のある道路をつっきらないといけないし。ロータリーが一方通行気味で通れない。フランス語読めないし、荷物は重いしてんやわんやで0:30近くに到着したが、フロントの人がいて助かった。24時間居るっぽい。 市内で泊まろうと思うとランクによるがもっとひどくなってゆく
- Ronny (3/5): Pésimo servicio y estancia - Nada en general todo muy poco higiénico En general la falta de higiene, la cocina es bastante sucia y es imposible utilizar la nevera, la cocina igual y adjuntare fotos, a parte el encargado del Airbnb vive en el piso y en la publicación dice claramente.ente que se puede llegar a la hora que quiera lo cual te hacen reclamación por hacerlo , y quiere decirte a que hora se debe dormir en las habitaciones, no especifica que es lo que se puede usar y lo que no, te dice la publicación que tienen tendedero pero no te dejan usar la lavandería la cual esta en el baño y las formas del encargado de decir las cosas no son las correctas. En conclusión una pésima experiencia, y del desayuno ni pierdan el tiempo no vale la pena

Le petit déjeuner insuffisant et le peu est industriel, pas de lait, pas de pain, pas de chocolat pas de fruit, ni d'omelette ni de bacon ni de céréale donc contexte à revoir. Endroit un peu bruyant car situé à un carrefour.

- Marcin, PL (7/5): - Blisko Wenecji (ok. 20 minut pieszo z dworca), wygodne łóżko, wysoki sufit, duża przestrzeń pokoju (chociaż niewykorzystana), śniadanie w pobliskiej kawiarni w cenie (croissant + kawa), taras z widokiem na kwieciste rondo. W gorące dni przydatny wiatrak sufitowy. Dobrze wyciszone okna. Brak umywalki w pokoju, zimna podłoga i brak dywanu. Podczas deszczu krople z dachu uderzają głośno w blaszaną obudowę balkonu i trzeba w te miejsca położyć ręczniki. Prysznice na korytarzu wymagają odgrzybienia.

Considering the price-to-quality ratio, everything was excellent. It was quite clean. The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood. There is a very lovely park nearby. I didn’t use the kitchen, but it seems there isn’t much cookware. Overall, I am very satisfied.
- Andrzej (8/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, duży pokój w starej kamienicy. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Łazienka w miarę czysta, ręczniki nowe, są też dostępne pralki. Klucze odbiera się w barze 600m od hotelu. Kamienica jak i pokoje swój wiek już mają, ale za tą cenę chyba nie jest źle.

Banheiro fora do quarto não fica claro no anúncio,cozinha imunda sem a menor chance de uso,estacionamento pago sendo que não é isso que diz o anúncio. Proprietário mal educado.

- María Alejandra (9/5): Unas cortas vacaciones en Venecia + Mestre - Facil de llegar en bus, casi 4 rutas sirven para llegar. El desayuno incluido en la panaderia es delicioso. Muy limpio con entrada autonoma, piso limpio y ducha limpia. Lo recomiendo sobre todo si no quieren pagar un precio altisimo en Venecia, conecta muy bien y el bus solo cuesta 1.5 eur por trayecto.

- Vitalii (4/5): Ремонт - Паркинг внутренний закрытый! Грязно, общий туалет и ванна! Холодно, отопление включали только вечером а в туалете и ванной только утром. Общий коридор холодный! Кухня просто антисанитария! Завтрак- это круассан и капучино, детям сок и круассан! Замок в дом и квартиру плохо работает! Звукоизоляции совсем нету, окно только для красоты!

- Eleonora (2/5): Not worth it for the money, better spend little more but at least you can sleep - I arrived they were cleaning the floors so I thought it was going to be good, when I entered the room I straight change my mind… The bed had yellow spots on the frame, the covers were very light so when I opened the cabinet to look for more something heavier it was full of dust and dirt. The balcony had empty cans of beer and cigarettes butt all over the place. Has it was cold I turned on the heating which started to leak on the balcony for the entire night and kept me awake. The curious thing was the tv remote turned upside down with just one battery, like they were waiting for me to put the missing one…. I understand is 30 euros per night but a sanitizer spray cost 1 euro just use it guys.
- OLGA (10/5): Весьма шумно ночью.если это важно, то лучше обратить на это внимание. За то рядом разные магазины продуктов и множесть - Удобно находится. Приятный управляющий. Тепло. Есть теплые батареи ночью. Очень не понравился персонал уборки. Не смогли пользоваться общими помещениями во время уборки ( несколько часов утром, когда всем надо собираться). Все время открывали окна и двери, из-за чего в общих помещениях было невероятно холодно. Принять душ утром было невозможно, т к отопление уже отключили, а персонал открывал зимой окна настежь. Готовить тоже не было возможно нормально, так как дверь на балкон все время была открыта. На кухне очень мало посуды. Ложки, вилки и стаканы пришлось купить себе, так как на кухне их просто нет. Для нас это было очень важно, потому что искали объект только с кухней. Это было принципиально. Именно это оказалось весьма неудобным.

- Stefania (6/5): soggiorno senza troppe pretese... - Nel complesso e' stata un' esperienza positiva: ero di passaggio per Venezia ed ho trovato camera enorme, wifi, bagno grande con docce: discreta pulizia e colazione buonissima; l' unico suggerimento che darei e' di curare di piu' la biancheria del letto...... L' ho già scritto precedentemente: la cura nella biancheria.....
