Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good wifi - I stayed for one night and the hostel was quite nice. It's actually more of a hotel than a hostel. I stayed here since it's really close to the Heroes stop which is the final stop of one of the airport buses. The bathroom had shampoo/conditioner in dispensers on the wall of the shower. Wifi was secure and worked well. Breakfast was included and in a small room on the ground floor since it was winter, but in the summer the patio is open for breakfast. They had 24hr reception and the building was secure. The only thing that was confusing is the front pedestrian door isn't labeled so it's not obvious that the hostel is there. The pedestrian door from the carport is labeled as a hotel. There was a grocery store nearby and several restaurants/cafes along the main street.
- Ema (10/5): Gracias! - Great little place excellent location friendly helpful staff!
- Michael k (6/5): - Unlike what quoted 250+ sq feet room, indeed less than 160 sq feet. Breakfast simple, nothing exciting..staff very helpful
- Elizabeth (8/5): ehh, only if you want to save money - We stayed here after arriving at 4am from the US. thankfully our taxi driver talked us in the door as we hadn't realized on booking that they did not have 24-hour check in. The couple (?) who run this hotel only spoke Spanish and check-in was challenging as it appeared they didn't know we had a reservation. They also struggled when we wanted to pay via credit card as they weren't familiar with the card reader and what order to enter information. The room was more dated than the pictures exude, but it was a decent place. We didn't take advantage of breakfast, partly due to plans and also forgot about it as they hadn't mentioned it to us. room was decently clean and though small was doable. The city location wasn't bad, though the empty lot full of trash/junk around the corner and the street itself were a bit sketchy. After staying other nights in Providencia, I wouldn't stay here again (mostly for location sake, also for quality of hotel).
- Gabriel (6/5): You get what you pay for. - The hotel was s very close to downtown Santiago attractions. However in a location that is not safe. It has a closed parking that is very good for the area. I believe you get what you pay.
