Guest Reviews
- Hunter (2/5): - dirty and poor service
- Jeffery (2/5): - It sucked the AC didn’t cool and the beds were hard. Had roaches crawling on the walls. Just dirty and filthy.
- Mark (2/5): - Musty old need renovation and to high for it’s condition
- Ashley (10/5): - Great place!!!
- Dora (10/5): - Staff was niceRenovations were done on the room but ac wasn't on & itwas extremely hot. Outside is less than desirable. Looks like it needs to be condemned. Not worth the price bc i can't even open sliding door to go out of my room. Won't stay here again
- Joe (4/5): - Old issues with tv bathroom property rundown
- Alberta (6/5): - Dark and not enough light for me to close in area to walk
Love the bed
- Sebrina (4/5): - There was no fitted sheet on the bed. There were 5 roach traps in the room. Not all of the lights were working. The staff were friendly.
- Jeremy (4/5): Don't - Everything is molded and the bugs are everywhere. Heater in the room was shorting out. We left when my wife found a roach in her coffee cup.
- Richard (4/5): - The first room was filthy. It had no light bulbs in the lamps. The toilet leaked around the base. We pulled the sheets back. Found remnants of bed bugs. The TV got one channel.
The second room was cleaner. The TV worked. No signs of bedbugs. It had light bulbs in the lamps. Found no water leaks. The room wasn’t spotless. But it was at least cleaner. We did see 2 cockroaches.
The staff was more than willing to accommodate us. Found a better room than the first one.
The entire building. The hallways and rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. Even though these were non-smoking areas.
- germainp2025 (2/5): horrible ,scary, sad,no kind of any heart felt anything there this place use to be wonderful until these people come her - the people don't like black people but we hung in there ,half of the motel wifi stays down and so I call the company says it on there end meaning they give people of there color all privileges but the other half are black so they don't get treated like others a worker named Erica and don't remember the other methhead name was stealing out my room and there are alot of roaches here and old dirty sheets they don't clean well and they don't have phones are any fire equipment that works and black mold is everywhere they say I cant have a do not disturb sighn up are they would put me and my dauhter out
they will not try to help you and that sad for anyone needing somewhere to stay as of this moment 1/6/2025
- Paula (2/5): Do not use Hotels.com - We did not stay here. They said there was no reservation for us, so we paid for a room (in addition to what we paid on hotels com. The room was moldy and had bugs, so we had to get a room in another hotel. We will never use Hotels.com again.
- Roland (2/5): Expensive price for an nasty room - The room was dirty with mildew in the bathroom and fridge frosting over the top surface as the top side was cracked .
- stella (10/5): Hidden Gem - Extremely clean ! New furnishings !
- Pavel (2/5): - The place was dirty and the guest next to me extremely noisy, loud music loud talk.
- Ricci (4/5): - The outer property was unkempt. Grass was 8-10 inches high or higher. Towels and linen were ragged and stained. Beds were disheveled. The curtains were falling off the rod. The room had sliding glass doors that looked out on a ratty, overgrown court yard. Carpets were old and frayed. I did not really feel safe and would have left but the were no other rooms available in town. I also had an extremely hard time understanding the gentleman that checked me in.
- Cruiser300727 (4/5): Small town motel. No frills, did the job, but wouldn't stay here again unless I could not get into the B&B down the road - Simple hotel. Nothing fancy. Staff was very pleasant. This place is not new. The room was clean, but had an odd smell. It did in a pinch, as we had to stay the night in Woodville, & I would stay here again, if I needed to stay in Woodville, but if I could stay in a different town, I would drive a bit further to Beaumont.
- Dominga (2/5): - This place was horrible! I asked for a non-smoking room. It smelt like an ashtray when I walked in.. Plus all the roaches everywhere. Worst experience ever literally left right away.
- Perry (6/5): - It appears that this use to be a pretty big and nice hotel. It is now beginning to show age. The only real complaint was it had some bugs. Everything worked and was at least adequate but nothing super nice. It did have a nice fridge and a microwave but no coffee maker.
- Tiffany (2/5): Nasty. Smelly. Never again - Room was stinky. Unclean. Carpet was dirty and sticky. Turned my white socks brown. Bugs in the hall and in the room. There was tape on the wall trim from the last time they painted the walls. Someone’s eyelash extension was on my bed comforter.
- Cecelia (8/5): - It was better than the reviews post. Little out date chairs. I was impressed the rooms had both microwave and refrigerator BIG plus. And the bed were comfortable
- Ronald (2/5): Run Down - I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN
- Rickey (2/5): - This place looked disgusting! Didn't even stay.. looked very unsafe for my family! For almost 100 per night you would think they could do some cleaning and repairs!
- Kasey (2/5): - I paid for a double room and got a single king .
- Aleksandr (2/5): - Yep
- Aleksandr (2/5): - Yep
- Deborah (4/5): - Nothing really good to say.
- Firldeal (8/5): - Hotel was pleasant and enough to meet my needs for an overnight. I was pretty sick so this was fine
- Matthew (4/5): - The only choice in town as everything else was booked up. Lady atdesk was very nice, but roomwas in bad shape, mattress had old blood stains on the side, mirror had broken glass in bathroom, tv did not change stations, carpetwas in bad shape. Hallway outside room was not air conditioned and doors were left open to outside, so no sense of security. Beer bottles on interior steps in the morning.police station across the street. This hotel needs a facelift.
- susan (10/5): - Great hotel- super staff- great price- a little older but right downtown by all the restaurants- across from the police station so safe- nice clean rooms
cable tv microwave and fridge and balcony
- Drew (2/5): - Room was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned.
- Stefany (6/5): Woodville Inn - The bed was super comfortable, the AC worked well. We used the Jacuzzi in our room which made everything damp in there.
- Becca (2/5): - DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Myself, my husband, our three kids, my dad, my sister/her girlfriend reserved 3 rooms as one of my sisters was getting married in another town close by, staying here was a HUGE MISTAKE. The staff or owner will literally just walk into your room, my husband & son were in our room before they left, & a member of the staff or the owner used their own key to just walk in. It was at 9:30am & checkout was not till 11am. The person then walked into my dad's room which was across the hall about 9:45am, again using is own card. Our family has stayed in many hotels over the years, & this one was the worst of the worst. For starters, the blankets had holes in them, the blankets, pillow, towels, & washcloths were all stained. The carpeted floor had not been vacuumed in who knows how long, it was so bad that I refused to allow our kids to be barefoot. You could feel the dirt and grim caked onto the carpet, the kids feet turned BLACK within 3 mins of having their shoes off. There was a full size fridge in the room which took up space as the room was already small, but that isn't to big of a deal. The real problem with the fridge was how dirty is was, it also had not been cleaned in who know how long. My husband watched the "housekeeper" go into my sisters room with only a trashcans & a couple towels. He spent 3 mins in the room. The bedding was not removed, he did not clean anything. I would sleep in my car before I stayed here again. The place should be shut down.
- Jennifer (2/5): - We have stayed here twice before last yr. We complained about it. The bathroom had hair an dirt in tub dirty floors , the whole place was dusty we found other people dirty socks under the bed used food containers under the bed. The pillows flat hard i was a housekeeper for yrs an this is totally exceptionally disgusting. I will never go there again. The stagecouch inn is ten bucks more an cleaner well kept
- David w English (10/5): - Treat them like you want to be treated and you will be surprised with kindness
- Valentin (2/5): - Would not recommend this motel to anyone , it’s very old motel , dirty , found food on my fridge when I checked in to my room from someone else . Microwave dirty . Sheets dirty towels dirty . Please stay anywhere but here . You will regret staying here . Bugs and roaches everywhere
- David (8/5): - Friendly reception. Old building. And long distances to walk for ice and Vending
- Joanna (4/5): - This is the only place to stay at in Woodville. They room smelled like dog pee . There was a random toothbrush left behind from the last guest, no trash bag I. The trash can. The bathroom mirror was very dirty. And to top it all off , the fire alarm went off at 5 am , woke me my husband and my kids . So thank you very much.
- Carl (6/5): - The property is more like a dorm room. The shower knob was coming off and the toilet was the same kind you would find in a public park. Dead cockroach in the corner of the room obviously not cleaned carpets. The motel is in a safe neighborhood and the police station is across the street.
- Thomas (2/5): - Nothing good. Was only place in town and very fired. Should have slept in car. Did sleep in cloths. Blood discovered on sheet next morning in daylite, room missing lighting. Wall piped Toilet sprayed out the door with a flush. We left asap. Do not do not stay here. Oilfield worker kind of place.
- Virginia (4/5): - The staff employee was being rude talking too much shi she is Indian I think old n is a female
- Reita (4/5): - The bed was comfortable
- Leila (6/5): Very Old Place with Very Needed Updates - Well our sliding glass door to the room gaped open at the top, and my son had to put a handle in it to try to keep it closed. We called my daughter in law and said, "What kind of place did you put us in!" Needless to say we did not have any problems, but I would pick another hotel next time.
- Charlene (2/5): - Very dirty in the entire place. There was a dead cockroach in a drawer, bulb was burnt out in the bathroom, floors were not clean and countertops were filthy. Very dissatisfied and didn’t even stay. We stayed at a hotel down the road instead.
- Sonja (8/5): - The room was clean and it did it’s purpose. The staff was accommodating. I called and let them know I would be late checking in. They held the room. It was quiet.
- Twila (4/5): Just Deplorable - Property is in very shoddy repair. Peeling paint and decrepit plywood that has clearly been there sometime on large swaths of the front and side of the building. What happened there? Clerk was cordial but struggled to find our prepaid . Room smelled musty and moldy. Carpet was old and seemed filthy with what looked to be a large burn mark. The bathroom door had large chunks of wood gouged out of it. At least one lamp and one electrical outlet did not work. Mold or mildew on the tub grout. Furniture was scratched up. Will say bed and linens seemed clean and we were comfortable enough. We inspected our self each other and our belongings for perceived or real vermin. I don't understand why Hotels.com lists this property but was screwed with being out the money for it. Hotels.com does not care about its clients or something. I do think this property could be charming if anyone gave a damn to update and fix it up. I am seriously revisiting my association with Hotels.com in part because of this occurence and will not be recommending them to anybody.
- Velinda (2/5): - The property was dirty & reeked of smoke.
We couldn’t stay, & left to go somewhere else.
- Alexander (2/5): - Very old broken sliding door to outside had bar to lock in place. Was not clean old and dirty shower. Left without taking a shower. Surroundings felt unsafe.
- Richard (4/5): Stay at Woodviile Inne - The accommodations were fair it wasn’t anything special. Did not have a fridge or Ice available, room was fairly clean though, and no bed bugs. It looks a little run down. The stairs to the entrance to the room could use a cleaning and there was an odor that smelled like mould.
- Meghan (2/5): - Sheets were not clean, beds were unmade. Room was not clean, debris on the floors and in other areas around the rooms. Both rooms looked as though they had not been cleaned in days/weeks. Linens were dirty, and covered with stains.
- Joanna (6/5): - The beds were very comfortable. But the room was very dirty and it smelled a lot like paint .
- Courteney (8/5): - A little dirty. But $60 for a stay, you can’t be too picky.
It did the job. It was fine :)
- Melissa (2/5): - Wasn't worth what I paid, at all! I was uncomfortable all night and I was afraid to walk bare foot. The floors hadn't been vacuumed and I couldn't tell if the sheets were washed.
If i could have reversed our reservation and gotten my money I would have. Better off sleeping in your vehicle.
- David (2/5): - This place is disgusting. Looks like they’ve never used a vacuum and smells that way too. The bed linens may or may not be clean. There’s way better options in neighboring towns.
- maria (2/5): - Doors to hall way unlocked anyone could just walking. No clear direction for parking area.
- John (4/5): - Price was right, beds comfortable, but amenities spartin, such as no water cups for drinking water.
- Kayla (2/5): - This place was nasty. We only stayed bc we were running from hurricane ida. Do not stay here.
- Shane (6/5): Great staff, not so great room. - We came here for the evacuation of Hurricane Ida. The TV had cable issues at first, missing wires. Receptionist quickly fixed, not a problem. Noticed the desk, ty stand, and end table had dust. Carpets weren’t fully vacuumed, sheets and blankets had stains and burn holes (even though non-smoking room). Bed itself had a slight smell, fiancé described it as “someone just slept in here” type of smell. Shower head wasn’t fully together, didn’t spray very well. Bathtub didn’t drain accordingly. Took a few minutes to drain after taken a shower. Microwave barely work. Some of the buttons weren’t able to press to heat up a specific time.
All in all, was grateful for this because heard another room didn’t have a TV or a microwave. I wasn’t stressing solely bc it was a last minute reservation for us, from a evacuee from Louisiana.
- Danielle (4/5): - The guy that checked us in was very nice. However, there was hair all over the bathtub and old soap left in the shower. The hotel itself is in horrible condition but the bed was comfortable. The fridge and microwave worked well. Our feet were black from the dirty carpet and the bathroom floor was sticky. Cleanliness is not a priority there.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very quiet and friendly staff
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The property is in very poor condition, A/C struggles to cool, not very clean. With up- grades hotel would be nice. This should be a 55.00 night hotel. If I knew the condition first I would have sought another location.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Very poor maintenance and cleanliness
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Go somewhere else
- Verified traveler (4/5): - This place was a disappointment. There was mildew/mold on the bathroom ceiling. The sliding glass door kept sliding out of the tract. The carpet was dirty. The tv had a poor picture. The pillow cases were dingy. When we notified the manager about the sliding door, we were told not to open it anymore. No masks were worn by any of the staff. It is not easily handicap accessible.
- Evacuees2times (4/5): - This was a last minute booking for an evacuation from hurricane Delta and that was pet friendly, so my standards were already minimum. We arrive to check in, the main lobby is not inviting furniture piled on top of each other. We go around to the rooms in the back. There was no peephole just an empty hole in the door which bugs can access the room. We stuffed a paper towel in it. We enter the room and it's ok. Carpets need to be vacuumed badly. Bathroom door, walls, toilet and floors need to be cleaned desperately. There was a shortage of towels. They had to wash yours before they could give them back to you. They never came to clean the room or at least empty trash. In room phone did not work. Cable went out. WiFi was extremely slow. Beds were good and bedding was acceptable. We had a balcony which was nice but all the gutters were non-existent so when it rained water was all over the balcony. There was nothing but coffee offered in the morning. The whole thing needs a serious remodel inside and out. The best thing about staying at the Woodville Inn was the proximity to the Magnolia Grill & Everything U Coffee Shop which were both fantastic!
- Carolyn (2/5): DON'T stay here! - We booked with Woodville Inn due to evacuating from Hurricane Delta. After checking in and finding the conditions Deplorable, we would have left had we been able to secure a room elsewhere. The floors were filthy, our feet were black after walking on the carpet barefoot..
We had asked for a handicap room, they had none, nor did they try to assist, I had to go to Walmart and buy a raised toilet seat so my husband could use the toilet. The wi-fi was a joke at best. The towels and washcloths were sparse and were stained so badly, I wouldn't use them, also purchased these for our use. Very noisy, the tv worked poorly and generally a shabby place. They should have paid us to stay there. I would have complained to management, but there was no one in the office when I turned in the keys.
- Rev. Edward (4/5): needs work - The people are nice to the guests and helpful to the extent possible. The place needs a serious overhaul, however!
- 644debe (2/5): Would not recommend this place - The room smell very musty. And there was broken windows and debris lying around. We stayed there as evacuees from Hurricane Laura and there was no other place we could find. Outside doors had no door knobs and the rooms had no secondary locks or extra security. There was no evacuation plan posted on the inside of the door in our room. We had a half a roll of toilet paper for three people and when I went to the lobby and ask for an extra roll I was told I would have to talk to the manager. We stayed Tuesday night and Wednesday the owner shut down the motel and told everyone they had to leave because of a mandatory evacuation. He told several guests to her standing there in the lobby that we would be refunded the money the next day. It has been 3 weeks and we still have not received the money back for the second night and no one will return my calls.
- Alyssa (2/5): - The check-in took an hour, he acted liked he had never checked anyone in before. He tried to charge me twice and charge me $20 a day for pets even though their website says $5. The rooms were filthy. There was a roach in our bathtub and our feet were black from the carpet. The a/c didn’t work and it was unbearably hot. There were people roaming the halls at night knocking on doors but you can’t see through the peephole because it was stuffed with toilet paper. There were stains on the towels and the view out of my room showed several other rooms where the glass had been smashed in. No WiFi. The ife machines were rusty refrigerators on each floor. DO NOT STAY HERE. I would sooner sleep in my car.
- Brandon (6/5): - No
- Verified traveler (2/5): Don't!!? - No wifi, bad tv reception very run down
- Marczeno (4/5): - Room had mold on floor and walls and smelled terrible (room 102), got transferred rooms and the stay was ok
- 535staceyj (2/5): Avoid this motel - Rooms were musty smelling. Glass sliding doors faced the dark side street in our room and I felt unsafe. Pulled stained covers back and found bugs in both beds. Front desk refused to refund our money or change our room!! Would sleep in my car before i stayed here!!
- Donna (8/5): - I liked the location. Close tp everything. Staff very friendly
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This is a rundown property. Very poor condition.
- David (2/5): - I arrived to my room which is room 107. There was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom. There was also numerous spots in that bathroom that had either holes or serious discolorations on the wall. It looked like they patch them with paint or sonething that was not the same color. Air condition blowed cold air but looked to be very old unit and not in best condition. I only stayed for about a hour and left and drove the remaining 2 hours to my home. Will not be staying there again regardless of the cost of the room.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Absolutely disgusting property. Filthy! No reason to be, we were the only patrons. Beware! Just don’t do it.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - There wasn't any cable TV and no wifi connection, but with that being said the place was clean and the bed was comfortable and after being on the road all day a comfortable bed is really all I needed.
- Ronald W (2/5): Disaster Inn - This hotel needs to be torn down. It is in terrible condition. Microwave was dirty. Refrigerator did not work. Stayed there only because it was cheap. Glad its over.
- 174billc (6/5): Basic lodging - We stopped here on a cross country motorcycle trip. The facility appears to be in some sort of suspended renovation. It apparently was a La Quinta in a former life. It has faded significantly from its former glory with minimal maintenance. Quiet rooms with parking in front of the room, cold A/C, comfortable beds, and hot shower meet all the basic road warrior criteria.
- BKern07 (2/5): Don't Bother - Unless you're stranded and have no other choice, don't stay here. The proprietor wanted me to sign his hand-written receipt before he tallied the actual total and run my card complaining that if it was off by a couple cents it was going to come out of HIS pocket. It became apparent when we went to the room that his tightwadery is proving detrimental to the facility.
The room had a balcony, but the door had a note on it that said, "Do not open window." Turned out the rollers on the door were worn out and the proprietor just didn't think it useful to replace them. the outer doors have security locks but they don't lock. There was a noticeable film of dust on everything in the room which smelled dank and shut-in. Overall, with conglomerated parts which told the story of repairs dating to the 1980s or 90s, the place lacked any welcoming air.
Unfortunately, this is the only place in Woodville willing to take pets of any kind. We discovered on this trip that Texas in general is not a pet friendly state. This place charged $20 for my mini schnauzer to stay. Supposedly, this a standard de-lousing fee (which is not stated in Texas law anywhere that I could find, contrary to what a proprietor of a hotel in Galveston told me). Ironic for a place that does't see fit to pick the trash up around their property. The grounds aren't well-kept, even provided for the abundant growth grass suffers in this area. The grass had not been cut in about two weeks and there were plenty of anthills all over the courtyard.
I've stayed in much nicer places for $80+/night which charged nothing for a pet. Plus, if you are nervous about security, don't stay here.
- 589janies (2/5): The worst hotel I have ever stayed in! - I was working Hurricane Harvey and this was the only room available. Which is the only reason I stayed a week! The minute I could get in the other hotel in town I was gone. The entire place is filthy! The hall doors don’t even have door knobs Anyone can walk in at any time! No deadbolt on the room door. Didn’t feel safe here! They rarely clean the rooms. Just toss some towels in the bathroom if you’re lucky. The owner treated the evacuees like dirt. When someone complained he would say if you don’t like it leave! Knowing there was no other rooms available anywhere! The absolute worst hotel!!
- 770lc (2/5): Horrible - Could not enter door without getting terribly sick, did not want to even sleep in room rather sleep in car. Did not stay at hotel due to bugs, and mold and mildew and room not clean in a while. They had to jump over counter to get people checked because door was locked. Do not stay here
- G5232YIdiegoc (4/5): Property Looks Abandoned For Years - Let me start by saying had we not prepaid we would have kept driving past this dump. We seriously thought the property had been abandoned for years. Grass was 2 feet high in most places and obviously no attention to any landscaping, sweeping, painting, maintenance in years. The inn keeper was nice enough and assured us the room was safe, comfortable, and clean. To be fair the room was in Motel6 condition with micro/frig, flat screen with digital signal. The water was warm and good pressure. The beds were comfortable and clean, as the room in general was. But the property itself was in embarrassing bad shape. See photos.
- revjohannesm (4/5): Motel Really Going Downhill - I stayed here last year and the motel has gone downhill a lot. The room that I got was in a building in back with inside hallways. You need to ask directions to your room because there are no signs on the buildings. Safety concern. The door into the building didn't shut completely and didn't have a lock. The hallway was musty and some of the ceiling fixtures were falling down. The room would have been okay except for the large rusty refrigerator instead of a mini-fridge. Several of the walls had large vertical cracks in them and needed to be repainted. The door did have a deadbolt but there was no security chain. Room did have a large flat screen tv and there is wifi. No mention of breakfast.
- ChrisN33 (4/5): You Get What You Pay For... - I stayed at this hotel previously, many years ago, and it was not a good experience then. Since that time, it would appear that it has changed ownership and some minor improvements have been made.
The hotel grounds are not kept up. Landscaping was overgrown. Beer Cans/Bottles littered the entire property. I understand they have many "Tree Crews" staying there, helping to restore things after sever storms. However, that's no reason to not clean the property.
The rooms themselves have had a fresh coat of paint applied since my last stay. The Mini-Fridge and Microwave was a pleasant surprise.
This hotel is in much need of some Heavy Duty Cleaning and TLC.
I'll look elsewhere during my next stay in the area, until those things are addressed.
- Penguingirl73 (8/5): Great room for the price. - My family and I stayed here one night. The free breakfast was a little sparce, but the service was great. Very friendly people. The room did have a musty odor, but the beds were very comfortable.Clean facilities.
Would stay here again.
- Txangl04 (4/5): This place should be condemned - The rooms are horrible. There was cigarette ash on the floor when we checked in. The sheets had semen stains. There was no railing on the patio. But on the bright side, you can enjoy the view of the police station and Dollar General when you walk out your door. Maybe even have a beer with some of the local drunks that hang out in the parking lot at 8am
- DaleH512 (2/5): Don't go there ever, especally in the summer! - I went up to Woodville this summer,2012, to do some clean up at my deer lease. Anyone that knows Texas knows you aren't going to sleep outside in a tent in this weather. So I stop at the middle priced hotel, 1 of 3 in woodville, the woodville inn. Keep in mind all I really want to do is shower and sleep. After 3hrs of work at the lease in 100 degree weather I check in to hot(hell). My first clue should have been the no refund sign at the front desk. My second clue should have been the 5 plus minute wait for someone to come to the desk. So I check in and drive around to the rear of the motel. The hallways are intense with heat. No a/c, no draft, no fans. Upon opening the door to my roomI step over a mouse or a roach that ran into a crack. Ahhhh the room, I'm exhausted and want to shower and go to sleep. Not so fast, no a/c on in the room. Really!? Ok pump up the a/c and by the time I shower I should be good to go. Go into the bathroom and their are no towels or soap. Back to the lobby, five plus minute wait again plus the five minutes I waited for him to find the towels and soap, oh and I got attitude. Back to the room, a/c not even close to cooling off the room. So I decide to shower and go grab some sheets at Walmart and a bite to eat at the only bar in woodville. I get back 2hrs later room still hot but tolerable. Strip down the bed change the sheets and then I decided to quarter turn the full size fridge so the a/c would circulate in the room better, success!
All I'm saying is spend the extra 20 and stay at the more expensive place. Not that woodville is happening, but have some respect for your guests that visit. Shut down and remodel. This place is worst than sleeping outside on the dirt in the middle of summer in Texas!
- rosemary033 (10/5): high staderd with low rates - very nice renovated nice pillow top bed we all enjoyed in breakfast thanks to new manager
- HappyChic35 (10/5): Great night sleep - The beds at the hotel were great . Everyone in my group slept great .
The front desk girl was the best
- mrsewalk (2/5): the worst hotel - very dirty, housekeeping does not knock they just walk in you tell them to come back later and they come back when your in showers not knocking just walk in.no double locks on the doors.no parking.very bad motel.no internt
- LisaKa (2/5): Go on to Livingston if you can - This motel has really gone downhill. While the mattresses and the TV were new due to damage from Hurricane Rita, the rest of the furnishings were quite shabby. The room was very small and the table & chairs were unusable in their location. The bathroom counter, sink, and tub were all stained or had cigarette burns. There was traffic noise from 18-wheelers all night long. This motel no longer has a restaurant or a pool. The halls smelled like mildew, the ice machine is outside, some vending machines were out of service, and the grounds were littered with trash. Go on to Livingston and get a much better place to stay for not a whole lot more money.
- Global30017 (6/5): Clean and reasonable - I wanted to let anyone know who will be staying at the Woodville Inn that it is a place my husband and I enjoy staying at. We have enjoyed the kind staff and warm atmosphere. We are renovating a house in Woodville and we seem to make excuses to come down and stay at this hotel. We make sure we stop in the Lounge to play a game of pool and enjoy others company.
