The owner really cares about the people and their experience at the Hotel as well as experiencing the town and community. Would recommend and would totally stay there again.

• Eric (10/5): Great place to use as a base for day trips - I needed a clean, inexpensive hotel to use as a base for activities at beaver lake. This hotel fit that need perfectly. My stay was great! The room was very clean. There is restaurant and pub in front of the hotel, if you tell them you are staying at Edelweiss you get a 10% discount. The bed was nice and comfortable, the pillows were nothing to write home about, but few hotel pillows are. The owner was friendly, as were the guests I met. I stayed in the back part of the hotel. Each room has a couple chairs outside the door and there was a nice deck at one end. In the evenings deer come out to forage in the back yard. I frequent beaver lake and will use this hotel for all my future trips.

We did not need the ear plugs found it to be a very restful nights sleep. • Michael (10/5): Great Place To Stay - The owner was helpful from the time we arrived, having a good knowledge of the area and the various eating and entertainment establishments. He even walked us to our room and checked it to make sure it met their standard. The room was very clean, in good repair, and incredibly comfortable. It was located in a good area, within walking distance of restaurants and nice shops. What more could anyone ask for?

• James (10/5): - Small, locally-owned classic "mom & pop" style motel with a refreshing welcoming vibe. Super friendly check-in. I think it was one of the owners. Showed us to our room. Quiet overnight but it did seem like the motel was not fully booked. Ample continental breakfast. One of the cleanest motel rooms we've been in lately; anywhere. When we were checking out / leaving we could see why when (again another owner) another room was being extensively cleaned. We stayed for 2 nights in early April 2024 so can not comment on what Summer is like here. Still, would highly recommend this place as a stay. Thank you Robert & Charlotte.
• Mandi (10/5): - Rooms were clean and looked updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was ideal. My only complaint is ashtrays located right outside our doors(we had 2 rooms) I hate smoking and want it no where near me or my room. The area is small so avoid walking through smoke is nearly impossible on the 2nd floor. I appreciate no smoking rooms but feel smoking needs to be away from the rooms doors and other guests. Otherwise nice place to stay and would stay there again.

Always super clean and comfy, the grounds of the hotel are gorgeous with a quaint gazebo adorned with string lights. It was a perfect place to enjoy a night cap and watch the deer play in the field behind the hotel. Upon checking in, we were greeted by Robert and their car Gypsy. Robert had a wealth of knowledge on the best spots to eat in town. It’s just a short drive to all of what Eureka Springs has to offer. Great location! We definitely will stay here again.

It's clean, quiet, and has a very nice deck to hang out on and a sitting area behind. One evening there were 7 deer hanging out. The hotel is away from the hustle, but still very close. on a Trolley route, the Thai restaurant across the street is fantastic. It's quiet for sleeping, very comfortable beds, and the room has a fridge and microwave.

• Theodore (10/5): - After reading countless reviews we chose Edelweiss and I'm glad we did. The property is very nice overall and is well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. It's a small independent motel so it's not perfect, but we were very happy with our stay and the price. One thing worth noting because it was mentioned in a previous review. I booked through Expedia, but my card wasn't charged until we arrived. That's the first time that's happened with an Expedia booking, so I was a little shocked. I questioned being charged during check-in and the owner was very pleasant in his explanation. I re-checked the booking info on Expedia when I got to the room and sure enough, it says payment will be collected at the property.

A comfortable room and simple breakfast taken on the terrace looking out for deer. Take room on the back - the front is is on a fairly busy road. Excellent Thai restaurant right opposite.

Nice gazebo to relax and watch the deer family graze. The gentleman at the desk (owner I believe) was very helpful with local knowledge. I plan to see more of the Eureka Springs area this fall and I plan to stay here. Highly recommend!
• TARA E (10/5): - We had an excellent stay. The location is fantastic. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, we loved watching the deer by the gazebo and playing with the kitties. We felt comfortable and safe on our stay. Would highly recommend.

Owners are extremely gracious and helpful, offering their opinions of local spots to see and eat. Such a fun sisters trip to Eureka Springs! The outdoor gazebo was perfect for evening drinks and fun. Will definitely be back.
