• Kevin (1/5): - nothing I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent experience we had with your hotel’s reservation and cancellation process.Prior to our planned stay, we called to inquire about the possibility of cancelling our booking. We were assured over the phone that cancellation would not be an issue, which gave us confidence in your service. However, on April 21st, when we tried to check in, we called again to ask if it would be possible to stay for just one night. We were informed that the hotel was fully booked and there was no availability, despite our previous discussion. As a result, we had to book another hotel for that night, incurring additional costs and inconvenience. To make matters worse, we have now been told that a refund will not be provided, despite the initial promise made during our phone conversations.

• Roksana (1/5): Schlecht - Wir hatten Deluxe Zimmer gebucht es war leider aber wie 1 stern low budget Zimmer im Bad Tür Fenster verfault die Dusche war zusammen an der Tür mit Waschbecken und WC zusammen duschen konnte man hinter der Ecke aus der Decke war ein verfaulter rostiger Duschkopf mit minimalem Strahl extrem moderiger Geruch die Wände waren dreckig Schuh Abdrücke schmieren tote Fliegen Mücken Bettwäsche hatte Flecken altes sehr abgenutzte Möbel Wasser kochen der mal weis war komplett fleckig grau extrem abgenutzt leider konnten Wir auch kein andres Zimmer bekommen weil die Anlage ausgebucht war und wir müssten Andes Hotel buchen auf die Schnelle da konnte man nicht bleiben.

The hotel is sat on the road in a corner, so you enjoy the motorbikes and cars passing by twice in a row,no acoustical isolation at all.

• Bridget (2/5): Very tired rundown resort. - The pool area, despite broken and dirty and stained loungers, tables and chairs the actual pool was clean. Cheap nightly rate. Updates are really needed urgently! Tiles and edging around the pool area need redoing-as does rotting decking everywhere. The whole,resort would have been wonderful 20 years ago- just tired and rundown now. Rubbish needs to be removed from the,resirt not stacked in corners everywhere .Very limited food options and limited hours. Wifi poor and limited to reception and pool area onky 10amto 6pm. Shower took a long time to get hot water, rain shower flow was,really poor - forget washing your hair! floor tiles loose in shower floor, mirror covered with toothpaste splatters ( not ours) threadbare towels with holes in them. Gaps around windows and doors meant mosquitoes got in. Location meant taxus were a,daily necessity and cost. No local stores or affordable restaurants around the,resort.

• Sarp Ege (3/5): Its ok but not the best. You can find better places than here. - 8, 10 minutes to chaweng beach with bike or taxi. Thats the only thing we like other than that nothing is good. Staff at the entrance did not help to carry the luggages, its a big deal because there are lots of steps and very hard to walk to your room. Room is not cleaned daily. They just make the bed and thats it. They dont change towels or bed cover. There is no face towel at the bathroom, they give it only for shower. Whole hotel is old needs to be renewed, some of wood parts of walkways are broken which are dangerous. Too much but i mean really too much road and car noises you can not sleep, I will not stay at this hotel when i come to koh samui again.

Would advise staying away from this property at all costs.

• tye (4/5): - the room was nice, the resort looked nice The bath water was yellow, there was almost no staff so it took us ages to check in and there was noone to check us out, resulting in me not being able to retrieve my passport, that they forgot to give me back, therefore missing my flight. the restaurant and bar were closed, the apartment side of the resort seemed void of all staff. the hotel was hard to find and there are no shops nearby.

La struttura è bella, stesa cosa darei per la piscina anche se purtroppo non ne a - La camera familiare che ci hanno dato era particolarmente bella, grande, spaziosa, con 3 bagni, per 4 persone ma ce ne sarebbero state anche di più a mio avviso! La piscina davvero bella. Purtroppo dalla doccia non scendeva acqua calda e per arrivare all’appartamento é tutto un po’ in salita, pertanto diventa scomodo se si ha la necessità di portare su e giù le valigie. Loro mettono a disposizione una macchinina ma essendocene solo una, bisogna mettersi in coda e aspettare il proprio turno.

Très déçu de ne pas avoir pu profiter de la plage qui était juste car pas entretenu, sales. Pas trop de communication avec le personnel.

• Lise (1/5): Fuyez cet établissement ! - Fuyez ! Rien n’est bien ! Tout est à revoir et ce sont des arnaqueurs ! À fuir absolument ! Si vous n’avez pas encore réservé, passez votre chemin. Cet hôtel est une véritable déception du début à la fin Dès notre arrivée, le ton était donné : Nous avons dû patienter 30 min dans le « hall » le temps que quelqu’un arrive. Un numéro de téléphone était affiché pour joindre le réceptionniste mais le téléphone était posé sur la table devant nous.. aucun moyen donc de prévenir de notre arrivée. Aucun accueil, personnel froid et désagréable, incapable de communiquer en anglais malgré un check-in officiellement ouvert. Pire encore, une caution de 1000 baht nous a été imposée en espèces, sans la moindre mention sur Booking. Les infrastructures sont tout simplement indignes d’un hôtel recevant du public : • La piscine est sale, non nettoyée, les transats cassés et inconfortables, et il n’y a que deux parasols pour tout l’établissement. • Le jacuzzi est inutilisable : moisissure et rouille sur les assises, eau stagnante qui déborde dans la piscine. Dans les chambres, la situation n’est guère meilleure : la clim dysfonctionne et provoque des irritations aux yeux, signe évident d’un entretien inexistant depuis des années. Impossible de l’utiliser toute une nuit car elle se coupe sans raison. L’électricité est instable et des lampes s’allument en pleine nuit si on ne les débranche pas !! Le Wi-Fi, pourtant annoncé comme disponible dans tout l’hôtel, ne fonctionne qu’au niveau de la réception, rendant toute connexion dans les chambres impossible. Cerise sur le gâteau, des pratiques abusives et malhonnêtes : un verre déjà cassé a été découvert dans notre chambre alors que nous ne les utilisons jamais (nous buvons exclusivement de l’eau en bouteille). Malgré nos explications, l’hôtel nous a facturé 100 baht au départ, sans la moindre considération. Quant à la localisation, elle est loin d’être pratique : aucune plage, marché nocturne ou commerce (pas même un 7-Eleven) accessible à pied.

Looks luxurious for the most part The lack or unavailability of facilities in a resort like property. Staff was not attentive. Every single residence is built on a hill but the cart service was not functioning. The walk was worse than stair master. I booked a sea view stay but due to tall plants the view was non existent. Moreover the residence right next door was undergoing renovation and repairs so we literally woke up to noise of sawmill.

• Tyson (7/5): Good - Everything was nice The person in the room next to us was was listening to us and making strange noises all night making us uncomfortable. No real soundproofing.
• Cyrelle (10/5): Perfect - The view! The property is a bit run down but for that price it’s still amazing.
• James (8/5): Very good - The rooms were really pretty, comfortable and great value for money. Good location in the midst of everything It was a tad run down. Definitely needs some love but there was nothing I truly disliked about the property, besides the hill when walking back to room

• Tobie (7/5): Good value, nice hotel, little bit dated - Very nice hotel and rooms, great value for money, 2 good pools and really spacious rooms Property is looking a bit dated now, location is a bit on its own but still easy to get around and easy to get to the airport
• Suling (9/5): Superb - Everything was good , nice ocean view , clean room with bathtub , friendly staff , quite location . just the front desk staff English need to be improved. The understanding of english below basic communication . And alot of mosquito 😅 friendly staff (abit communication difficulties).
