Rawan (2/5): Meh. - Only the location The room smelled. The bedsheets didn’t smell freshly washed. The bathtub didn’t have curtains nor glass doors which inevitably caused water to flow onto the bathroom floor during shower. I didn’t feel I got even cleaned after the shower. There were no shampoos! What kind of a hotel doesn’t provide shampoos and with this price. I paid 236 euros for two nights only!!!! For a smelly room with three beds and my reservation was for one person. I reached at night so didn’t bother to look for another hotel honestly otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed there.

Mitchell Hop (7/5): Goed verblijf op een top locatie! - De locatie is echt top! En vriendelijk personeel, dat je graag helpt. De bedden zijn wat aan de harde kant en de kussens wat dun, maar verder was alles helemaal prima!
Marta (10/5): To był bardzo udany czas, także dzięki Hotelowi Liliova - Lokalizacja: w centrum najpiękniejszych uliczek, blisko do głównych atrakcji starego miasta. Wystrój jak na zdjęciach, wnętrza zadbane i czyste. Bardzo korzystna cena w tej lokalizacji.

Při ubytování bylo vše v pořádku, poté co jsme se ale vrátili z divadla ve večerních hodinách, kdy již nefungovala recepce a nebylo možné se s nikým z personálu domluvit, jsme v koupelně zjistili, že strop je celý promočený, ze stropního svítidla tekla voda, promočený byl i strop v ložnici. Nemohli jsme využít koupelnu, natož si v klidu rozsvítit, když jsme chtěli využít toaletu. Nedostala se k nám omluva, natož příslušná kompenzace.

Klińska (9/5): Polecam - Cały hotel uważam za wspaniały pod kątem lokalizacji, czystości, pięknego wystroju, widoku z okna, trzeba zdać sobie sprawę że hotele w samym centrum zazwyczaj są w zabytkowych budynkach, trzeba liczyć się z klimatem, niektórzy mają wyimaginowane oczekiwania stąd zaniżona ocena hotelu. Ale zdecydowanie to bardzo dobry przestronny hotel który szczerze polecam ! Jedyny minus to brak parkingu dlatego daje 9 a nie 10 hotel powinien zaznaczyć że go nie ma, a w ofercie jest napisane, że go posiadają to błąd, jednakże wygodny podziemny parking jest 500 metrów od hotelu. Ogólnie mogę tam wrócić. Brak parkingu nawet na czas rozpakowania i spakowania, miejsce jak się trafi pusto to jest jak nie to nie. Hotel powinien wykupić jedno miejsce od miasta dla gości na 10 minut właśnie żeby się chociaż wypakować.

Petit déjeuner qui n’a rien d’exceptionnel.1 seul grille pain vieillissant. Pas de plateau bouilloire dans la chambre, aucune boisson chaude/froide, frigo vide. Température froide le soir dans la chambre. Quasiment rien dans la salle de bain pour poser les affaires.

The room was nothing like pictures advertised, the room has pealing wall paper and smells like damp mould, air conditioner says at the temperature the hotel set, which is basically the same as if you left the window open so, is pointless. There is no way this hotel could have a 4 star rating if there were a standards compliant certification. There is no one on reception until 9.00am so you have to let yourself in and out through side door, more like a low rent apartment setup with inadequate security. Breakfast is charged extra but it is not mentioned until you get there.

The property was listed on Booking.com as a 4 star hotel. The description did not accurately represent the age of the building, interior, furnishings or amenities.
Szilvia (10/5): Kifogástalan egy pár napos tartózkodásra. - A szálloda kiváló elhelyezkedésű, az óváros kellős közepén van. Minden látványosság pár száz méterre található. Egész nap és este is tele túristával, nyüzsgő tömeggel, étter,ek, üzletek lépten nyomon. Pár napos városlátogatáshoz tökéletes hotel választás. A szálloda tiszta, rendes és a reggeli is elegendő volt. Az ágynemü álapota nem volt a legjobb, cseréjét javasolnám. De más negatívumot nem tudok írni.

David (1/5): A nightmare - Nothing It was almost inaccessible from the street; the common areas were shabby and dirty; there was no restaurant; the elevator, which is accessible only from an outside garbage collection area, only takes you to half the floors, requiring that you drag your bag up half a flight of steps. The halls are dark and dingy. The room was dirty, shabby, and smelled very bad. Other guests were rather sketchy, and it felt unsafe. We left and booked another hotel, requiring that we spend more for a last-minute booking. We tried to resolve this with Booking, but had no success. DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL unless you are a penniless student looking for a hostel, and even then, take some antiseptic spray.
Janne (6/5): - Utsikten fra rommet var fantastisk mot Karlsbroen! Hotellet lå veldig sentralt. Harde senger, svært lytt mellom rom og gang osv, badet luktet ikke bra. Frokosten var ikke god, lite utvalg og ikke godt brød. Resepsjonist overså meg totalt og snakket med sine venner hele kvelden.

Jasmina9974 (7/5): Odlična lokacija, smještaj prepuručujem samo za kraći boravak u Pragu. - Lokacija je odlična, centar grada, svi sadržaji u blizini. Ljubazno osoblje, soba je gledala na dvorišnu stranu, pa nije bilo buke. Oprema sobe (namještaj, kupanica) bi se mogli renovirati. Odvod u kupaonici nije dobro radio, upozorila sam na to, ali nisu popravili. Doručak bi mogao biti bolji.

Tobias (8/5): - Location. Breakfast in Swedish hotels is always a level 2 experience so wasn’t surprised it didn’t live up to that standard. I hav had worse down on the continent. Nothing special.
Prisagjanec (7/5): Awesome location, extra helpful staff, everything you need is nearby (Albert - 10min, Sephora, Zara, Mango, Rossman, Pri - The location was phenomenal. Only 1 min away from Charles bridge. 10 min away from Vaclavske namesti.
Eduardo (10/5): Great location at a good price - The location was great, just 2 minutes on foot from Charles bridge. The room was confortable and clean. At the moment of the check in I asked advice for good restaurants and I had good recomendations.

Eric (5/5): - Emplacement et accueil tardif Le petit déjeuner: incomplet, pas de café 2 jours sur 3, pas de lait pour les céréales, pas de yahourts le 3ème jour ni de jus d'orange, pas d'oeuf un jour... Incomplet la plupart du temps et très bruyant à cause d'un frigo vide en plus.
