• Juergen (1/5): - The doormen were very friendly and helpful I had asked for new towels and toilet paper, after a day haven't received it yet, I bought toilet paper myself, also throw the room not cleaned on request, my wife cleaned the floor herself. Shortly before the end of the trip, the process was clogged, I reported that I could not use the bathroom, after 7 hours nothing had happened so I checked out and booked another hotel. I had booked the hotel for the 2nd time but that was the last time, I had booked it for 25 days

• RG Sayson (6/5): - We checked in at 10pm and it was still good. The window view was good. Staff was okay. Low price for the location. Free parking was available. 1 keycard only unless you ask. Cockroach in the room. TV only had local channels and audio was bad. Nothing to eat upon arrival so I went out and walked to the nearby 7-11.

The toilet/hand sink room was on one side of the entrance door, and the shower room on the other side of the entrance door

• Youssef (4/5): Don't expect much considering the price you pay - Location. Price. You can leave your luggage at the hotel and pick it up later. There was humidity. The room smelled so bad. The AC had a bad smell when turned on. The room was dirty and dead bugs on it.

Also the room wasn't private and just connected with another room through a door. I could hear the guy in the neighbouring room breathe and I'm sure he could hear us too.

My stay this time at this hotel was quite disappointing that the aircondirioner was not working, the toilet bowl was clogged, the door is hard and noisy to open and on top of it all I found 2 cockroach on the room. I need to see the room before committing.

• Marianne (5/5): acceptable but disappointed - Location is near the malls and accessible to Edsa Bus way Ive been a regular guest in this property but over the years and noticed a major changes in this branch, I think this property is no longer maintained well, room facilities are not maintained too, water pressure in our room is very low, air-con unit is dusty and has leak, no doormats, floor is dusty and dirty. Me and my husband checked out early and transfer to another hotel. Everything about this property is about money and you need to buy everything to them

• cbtb0701 (2/5): Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended - We had to check in at midnight due to a power outage in our area, and thankfully this hotel still had availability. I booked through Agoda and was hoping for a smooth stay — unfortunately, it was far from it. Upon arrival, the lobby was extremely hot. While I understand it was already late and there were no other guests around, it would have made a big difference to have at least a fan running, especially knowing that late check-ins can still happen. The front desk staff didn’t seem welcoming at all — no smile, no warmth, and looked like he didn’t want to be there. Check-in took longer than expected, as we had requested for the beds to be combined (since a queen room wasn’t available) and we were traveling with a newborn. Once we got to the room, it was hot, but we initially thought it just needed time to cool. After nearly an hour, the room was still uncomfortably warm, with the air conditioning turning on and off. We called the front desk for assistance — he said maintenance would check. After several follow-ups and a long wait, no one arrived. Then, shockingly, the front desk disconnected our call! My husband had to go down personally to follow up. At first, the staff didn’t want to transfer us, but after some discussion, he finally agreed. When we asked why our call was cut off, he had no answer. Thankfully, the new room had working air conditioning and was much more comfortable — but the whole ordeal was stressful and completely avoidable, especially with a baby. As hoteliers ourselves, we understand how hospitality should work — and this wasn’t it. There are many budget-friendly hotels that offer far better service. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this place.
• alyssabL9550EW (10/5): Go hotels giving you the premium relaxation and comfort in your staycation. - The hotel was very clean especially the shower and comfort room. Bed, pillows and the comforter were soft which provided us comfortable stay and sleep. Customer service was very excellent because they accommodate and cater the needs of the customers right away. It was a 10/10 hotel experience. Go hotels has always been our go to accommodation because of their comfortable staycation rooms. See you again soon.
• Mark (6/5): I guess you get what you pay for. Go hotels in the province is amazing compared to this one! - The bed was decent and the A/C was good. Also, we were pretty close to SM. This hotel is probably for single folks who are resting for a night and leaving. No toiletries, no hotel slippers, mold everywhere, and paint peeling off the wall. Additionally, you can’t sleep at night due to the paper thin walls which you can hear everything on both sides. Wifi goes in and out and isn’t that good. Not recommended for families!
