• Doris (9/5): Für unsere Urlaubswoche eine nette Ferienwohnung - Der Empfang war sehr freundlich mit umfangreicher Einweisung. Die Unterkunft hat alles geboten, was man braucht. Die Lage ist zentral, unweit vom Bahnhof und Vaporetto. Wir haben dort schöne Urlaubstage verbracht. Das Problem mit der Müllentsorgung könnte anders gelöst werden..
• Annett (6/5): Schade - Die Lage war sehr gut. Zum Frühstücken konnte man auf der Terrasse in der Sonne sitzen.7i Nette Einweisung der Räumlichkeiten. Die Wohnung war sauber. Es gab einen Ansprechpartner bei Problemen. - im Badezimmer hing die Farbschicht massiv von der Decke - bei Ankunft war das Waschbecken verstopft ( wurde am nächsten Tag behoben) - der Terrassentisch war sehr alt und defekt - die Kaffeemaschine war total verkalkt und nicht benutzbar - Die Warmwassertherme war undicht und tropfte auf die Küchensteckdose, dadurch fiel die Sicherung raus. Das Problem wurde übermittelt, aber nicht behoben. Wir haben dann einen Topf darunter gestellt. - Türschloss vom Hauseingang hakte und ließ sich nur schwer öffnen Kein Preis-Leistungsverhältnis !
• KA YI (3/5): The overall stay was very disappointing and far below Airbnb’s usual standards. - On the first day, the host mentioned that a technician would come the next day to check the boiler, but at that time I was not yet aware that there was no hot water in the apartment. I only discovered the issue later that evening. On the second day, the host arranged for a technician to enter the apartment with my consent, and the issue was fixed that same day. However, on the fifth day, the host again requested to send someone into the apartment for additional maintenance while I was still staying there. This was completely inappropriate and showed a lack of respect for guest privacy. I refused entry, as such actions seriously violate a guest’s right to comfort, safety, and privacy. Maintenance should always be completed before or after a booking, not during a guest’s stay. In addition, although a cleaning fee was already paid, I was still told to take out the trash myself, which is unprofessional and unreasonable. While the apartment itself was acceptable, the way the property was managed made the stay stressful and unpleasant. The host’s handling of these issues fell well below basic hospitality standards. I strongly urge Airbnb to review this listing to ensure future guests’ privacy and comfort are properly respected.
• Georgia (7/5): A good property, very quiet and safe - location is not great as there isn't much around. - The gentleman who handed over the keys and welcome us into the property was very polite & efficient. The kitchen was well equipped, however i had some safety concerns over the only plug socket which was loose in the wall. The little balcony is perfect, but the neighbours are nosey. The property address on booking.com was completely incorrect. 10 minutes away from the apartment. If i had known this at the time of booking, i probably would have booked somewhere else, as i was under the impression that we would be central and next to a nice square of bars and restaurants, but this was not the case. The bed comprised of 2 single beds pushed together with a second mattress on top to prevent the beds from separating - the bed posts of the single beds were therefore in the middle of the foot of the bed, my partner kept kicking the posts in his sleep and broke his toe - Not a lot of storage as the wardrobe and TV stand are full with supplies.

• Stephen (9/5): A spacious studio with a great location for a Venice connoisseur. - For a studio the apartment is very spacious and close to Piazzale Roma for arrival. I’m an “ old hand” at Venice and I prefer the relative quiet of San Polo or Dorsoduro. The San Rocco location is perfect, not too far from the Frari, Tonolo or the jazz club. I had hoped the little terrace overlooked the neighbouring canal but it doesn’t. It is overlooked by a residential block but this was a minor problem.

• Vanessa (8/5): Nice apartment in a good location. - It was in a great location. Easy to get to from the station. Was set up well and next to a quiet canal. Close to cafes, bars and restaurants. Difficulty with the front door lock but learnt the trick.

• Eric (1/5): Don’t go there - The worst welcoming moment that i’ve never experienced, the guy (Federico) in charge of giving you the keys thinks you are at his disposal, he treats you like a dog, Federico made it really bad, don’t gonthere, don’t spend your money there, there are many other places where you will have a better treatment

• Corrine (5/5): While the location was good and we enjoyed the neighbourhood the suite itself was lacking. - It was close to cafes and to walk to Sam Marco Square and Piazza Roma. The bed and pillows were terrible. We were given 10 minutes to meet the person who was there to give us the keys. We only had 2 towels each for five nights (one bath and one for the face). The broken screen from the patio didn’t open and let in mosquitoes. And finally we asked for hand soap for the bathroom and we’re given harsh green soap. No shampoo no conditioner and no regular hand soap was provided.
• Leonie (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was neat and clean and was in a great area that was easily accessible to the train station and close to great bars and restaurants. A close walk to st marks square and other great tourist attractions. I would book this apartment again. Earnest who met us to check us in was so helpful and gave us great tips on the city of Venice. No complaints

• Iraj (8/5): Good location, very large and clean room, large bathroom - 1. Good location. 2. Very large and clean room. 3. Large bathroom. 1. Struggled to get to the apartment from the train station because Booking.com has District and not exact Street address listed for this apartment. Wish there was exact STREET address and NOT the District address TO BEGIN WITH. Ask for the STREET address if you're booking this apartment. 2. We were provided with only 2 large and 2 small towels for 4 days / 3 nights. Washing machine was broken and we couldn't use it. 3. This is one room (studio) and not one-bedroom apartment. P.S. One-bedroom apartment generally refers to 1 bedroom + 1 leaving room, which this apartment is not, so this is one room / studio apartment (although very large).

• Ollie (7/5): Good location, fairly standard accommodation with some improvements needed. - The location of this apartment is brilliant - very secure and quiet. Our host Freddy was very helpful and informative. The balcony was a lovely place to sit and relax. The front door to the accommodation was very difficult to open which meant we spent 30 mins each day trying to open it. Also on our first day the boiler wasn’t working which meant we had to have cold showers, it was fixed later on in the day. The shower itself had good pressure, but the shower head is faulty and it sprays in all directions, making it quite unpleasant to use. There were mosquitoes in the room and this meant me and my partner got a few bites during our stay. We were told initially that we could do a self check in, but when we queried where to collect the keys the night before arriving we were told that it was no longer offered, meaning we had to rush from the airport to get there before 8:30pm to avoid a late check in fee of €35.

Only complaint was the shower had pretty poor pressures and the recycling was meant to be picked up daily but they only came once during our 3 day stay
