- Robinson (8/5): - Easy check in,great staff only thing was stains and a white substance on the couch in room
- Tiffany (10/5): - Nice
- Fidel (10/5): - Clean and quiet.
- Rory (2/5): - The owners weren’t very friendly. We had to ask for extra clean towels. The room above us was so noisy we couldn’t sleep. When we did ask for towels, we got dirty looks and then they would come back and get them. They booked our parking spot with cones, in the pouring rain. We won’t ever give our $ to this establishment again.
- Tammy (6/5): None - Rooms were clean, the only issue way towels not fresh smelled like a wet dog!!!!had to buy my own.
- Mary (8/5): Good hotel, inconvenient location - We booked a 12 night stay to cover our trip to Houston. The first room we stayed in was not suitable, the next morning I spoke to reception and we were immediately moved. The room was spacious and had good facilities, a microwave and fridge cut our food bills down a lot. The air con was great and well needed as it was very warm when we stayed. The housekeepers were great, nothing was too much trouble and we enjoyed our stay. The only downsides were the traffic noise, as the hotel is right on the motorway it was very loud, ear plugs definitely recommended and the lack of public transport. We did not hire a car, so had to order an Uber each time we went out, which soon racked up. You can walk to local stores and restaurants, but only along the motorway which does not have any pavements, so is a bit hairy. Overall the hotel was good and the staff were nice, its just not very convenient
- Keyla (4/5): - Bad customer service
- Kirk (4/5): - bad service
- Lisa (2/5): - Service was horrible bathroom never cleaned, no food offered like it said to many Drug atticis broken, toilet seat handle asked for non smoker room stuck with a disgusting room.. would not recommend it to a pet
- José (8/5): - Very good service
Staff very friendly
- José Moises (10/5): - Nice
- Leslie (8/5): - Cable tv , clean room ,
- Martha (10/5): - It was reasonable and clean. Nobody bothers you and very helpful. Can walk to eating places. Will stay here again
- Sirrena (10/5): - Nice stay. Nice staff.
- Ryan (6/5): - The stay was okay. Paid for a non smoking room, but due to a possibly overbooked property, I was moved to a smoking room which I initially had no issue with until I got into the room. It smelled heavily not only like cigarettes but also literally like burnt plastic that I could not get over. The walls were dirty and stained with what looked like spit stains, the bed and blankets had cigarette burns, there was a golf ball sized hole in the wall near the bathroom which had a couple roaches come in and out of, 3 lights in the room did not work, and the AC vent cover in the bathroom was broken with dust falling directly onto the toilet.
It was about $250 for the weekend which is why I’m not too upset, as I was just glad I had a place to sleep during my visit, but still wish it was a little better. Oh well, maybe it’ll be worth the extra money to just stay somewhere I can expect the comfort level advertised
- Verified traveler (8/5): It's generic and decent - Rooms are always clean and stocked no roaches and help but slightly rude staff not the worst but not the best either
- Budd (6/5): - Worth the money. I wouldn’t bring my wife here but for a one night due to work it’s worth the money.
- Yelitza (10/5): - Closer to the mall, easy localization, good service
- Davey (4/5): - Staff was way too inquiring about the goings on of their guest felt more like a lock up than a hotel
- MKTracing (8/5): - Close to everything
- Kimberly (10/5): - Its cheap so again you get what you pay for
- Charles (8/5): - Not too expensive, comfortable and its quiet... well quiet as far as the property. My only gripes was the tv having issues and highway road noise, but I would stay there again.
- Monica Alise (10/5): - Best stay in the area for the price.
- Shelia (10/5): - Everything i thought it would be
- Alejandra (10/5): - Service was quick. Very attentive all times.
- Eduardo (10/5): - Good 👍👍👍
- Kimberly (10/5): - You get what you pay for.
- Jesus (6/5): - Is was ok is very close to the freeway so kinda noisy
- Moises (4/5): - Desk clerk told me no rooms were available. I told him I had a reservation and he said it wasn’t in their system.
- Gil (10/5): Loved it! - I am extremely satisfied with my visit thanks to superb customer service, and an immaculate room. Keep up the great work!!
- Edisleidys (10/5): - Good place
- John (10/5): Good stay. - This was a small motel but very comfortable for the size. The only thing I found bad was the comforter was really thin. Bring your own comforter if you want to stay warm
- Travis (10/5): - Needs more parking outlined
- Brandy (4/5): - There was no shower head and water got everywhere. There was supposed yo have been breakfast and there was not. The beds were uncomfortable and the blankets were super thin.
- David (10/5): - I liked everything it was clean
- Idalia (8/5): - Clean / and plenty of space , would stay there again .
- Irene (2/5): Do not stay - I will not stay at this hotel again. You have to pay to have people over because they only allow 2 people per room. You can’t take your breakfast to the room( cereal or fruit is what they offered). I just find it ridiculous
- Trochie (2/5): No staying no more would not send any remediation - No microwave no refrigerator the where broke
- Gwendolyn (8/5): - Location great for traveling through Houston, and for staying in Houston near eating places, shopping, and fuel stops. Located off the interstate.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I paid for the room through Orbitz for my driver and when he got there they told him he had to pay for the room again even though I had given him a receipt for the room along with the reservation I am severely pissed about what happened and will never use Orbitz again!!!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Refused to honor booking with expedia rude staff and dirty
- Yolanda (8/5): - A used towel was left in the bathroom
- russell (4/5): - not great
- Denise (8/5): - It was quite tho packed . Staff was friendly . I would stay there again .good value for the price
- Scottishinn&suites (10/5): - Stayed here it was wadm & inviting great ,location stores w/-i walking distance

- Verified traveler (10/5): - My stay was awesome i have no complaints about anything
- Anthony (6/5): - I don’t like the fact that visitors are not allowed. Everything else is ok.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I enjoyed the comfort and queitness. It was great.😀😃
- Natalie (8/5): - This hotel has a new name of Scottish Inn. I was only looking for a bed and some quiet. Got both! The breakfast was pretty slim when I stopped by. Some prepackaged danishes and some cearals. Overall my stay was decent.
- Lamont (10/5): - Lady at the front desk.. Extremely professional, kind and helpful. Room were clean... very happy
- Verified traveler (8/5): Would go back - Got there front desk clerk was nice I had reservations for a smoking room at that time they did not have she assured me that she will talk with the manager first thing in the morning when a room is free smoking room that is they will move me to so they was good on their word I was moved to a different room quiet stay
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I booked a room online for my driver, but front desk personnel wouldn’t let me pay for it over the phone or with authorization sent via email. I got him a room somewhere else.
- Daisy (8/5): It was just for a quick stop - I stayed at that hotel before but it was under another name , so . . . I knew where it was , but when I arrived the hotel had a different name. The bed was like sleeping on rocks and the linen was dusty like they had not changed the bed since I was there last.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Room served its purpose - I picked this location because it was near the school we were visiting. The front desk gave us a courtesy call to make sure we were coming since it was late and we were coming from Florida. Beds didn't have comforters just sheets and thin blankets. The "breakfast" were dollar tree cinnamon rolls so don't expect much more than that. Overall if I had to visit here again I would and will bring an extra blanket
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great stay
- Verified traveler (8/5): 1 night getaway - Ok ,the price was great for what I wanted to spend since I was only going to be in town one night .Room was nice n clean n the shower heck I didn't want to get out
- Jill (8/5): Worth the stay - Very nice place I will definitely return at this hotel for the comfort, cleanliness, price of this hotel. The only disappointment about during my stay was their very lame Continental breakfast - coffee machine broke, served stale cereal and nearly soured milk. So you had 2 choices of prepackaged donut or Honey bun and that's it. No nearby restaurant open for breakfast.
