- Cindy (10/5): Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. - What an amazing view. The place was beautiful and cosy. The room on the bottom floor had no door which was a little weird.

- Saleh (1/5): Very bad - The pictures on booking which were not like the reality at all I don’t know where to begin from, first i had to pay for a late check in only for the staff member to keep me waiting. Then i walked into an apartment that smelled like a toilet. Then i find out that there is no air conditioning on the two bedrooms on the second floor so the property misrepresented itself. Then the lady tells me that someone is going to come to do something about the smell but no one came.
The living room furniture is so old the leather couch is so uncomfortable. The floors are dirty. The washing machine is outside. The balcony is so dirty. The downstairs TV doesn’t work. And the neighbours kept us awake they’re so loud. Oh and the drive up is like a roller coaster. Finally not even worth the location its so bad.

- Umesh (1/5): Unfortunately, the poor condition of this unit resulted in a disappointing stay in the city of Cape Town. - The elevation , the sea views and the island views. The property is poorly maintained and the appliances did not work.
The 6 patio chairs were all torn and could not be used by us for the entire duration of our stay.
The DSTV news channels which I required for business use never worked and could not be fixed for the entire duration of my stay.
The washing machine was repaired on the penultimate day of our stay and as a result we were unable to wash the towels or our clothes for the entire duration of our 6 night stay.
Notwithstanding the above, our hostess did did manage to fix the oven on the 3rd day and the leak leak from the shower door during our stay.

- Orna (5/5): A nice appartment with terrible management - The location is excellent, the view is fantastic. First and foremost, there is a feeling that the operating company is stinging on everything that can be skimped on.For example: There are power outages of 4 hours every day, they supplied 4 people, in a 3-story apartment, with a single device for emergency lighting (in other places we got 5).
We got 1 set of towels for 4 days.
There was no soap for the dishes and only 2 tablets for the dishwasher for 4 days.
There are no shelves neither chests by the beds.
There is a terrible smell in the down floor, which they have tryed to mask on the first day. We read about it in another review.
The house needs remodelling:Rocking tiles and parquet, a couch with a broken leg, dampness in the walls, an electrical outlet attached to the wall with adhesive paper, broken glass in the balcony door.We didn't get things we got in the other apartments we stayed in. Worst: Aggressive staff who make you feel like you work for them. Also there was a fault with the electricity, they sent a maintenance man and charged us for it. without notifying in advance that his arrival will be charged a fee. The fault is due to the power outages and the level of maintenance of the house. Even the idea of charging a deposit in advance indicates the attitude, by the way, two weeks have passed and the deposit has not yet been returned.

- Lusanda (8/5): Beautiful gem, needs some polishing - The apartment is absolutely beautiful with high end furnishings. It has a mid century vibe with a gorgeous kitchen and appliances. The location is unbelievable and offers ocean views. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished and clean. There are minor things that need to be addressed. Loose tiles in the living room, some spots missing curtains, broken couch and TV in the main bedroom.
- Anton (5/5): Stay was good but CTHA the booking agent pathetic - The view Booking agent only told me on arrival that there is a R3000 security deposit! They said I could pay this by debit card which I did. It the took 30 days before they refunded me and they deducted R225 for banking fees. I find this ridiculous. I will never book anything through CTHA. Their systems suck, bookin is lengthy and refunds even worse. Definitely don't recommend CTHA

- Mirjana (10/5): Prachtig appartement met sunset view - Prachtig appartement, laat niets te wensen over. Alles is netjes, verzorgd, compleet, schoon, veilig en gezellig. Alle kamers en de terrassen hebben een mooi uitzicht met 's avonds zonsondergang. Ligging is goed, communicatie verliep goed. Kortom; super verblijf!
