- Dominique (8/5): Bien - L'accès à l'hôtel est catastrophique et aucune info reçue de l'hôtel. Nous avons dû marcher 2 km à pied pour contourner le chantier. Alors que nous aurions pu recevoir des infos d'accès par mail et surtout autour de l'hôtel sur les barrières du chantier

- Maria (7/5): Charmant pand maar van binnen totaal niet de luxe die je voor deze prijs zou verwachten. - De prijs per nacht was naar verhouding de accomodatie veel te hoog. Bagage moest je zelf via 2 smalle hoge trappen naar de kamer sjouwen. Hotel was te voet niet te bereiken vanwege werkzaamheden, slechte bewegwijzering. Per auto helemaal niet bereikbaar. Oudbollig interieur in het hotel, hotelkamer en badkamer waren netjes maar met een zeer kleine douchecabine. Voor de prijs (208 euro voor 1 nacht) had ik meer verwacht.

- Nacho (6/5): No volvería - La localización es perfecta dentro del pueblo. Por motivos ajenos al hotel, la plaza llevaba cerrada unas semanas, lo que hace que la entrada sea muy complicada. Eso no es culpa del hotel. Pero no informaron ni de la situación de la entrada ni de los caminos alternativos, obligándonos a andar más de 700m con las maletas por cuestas empedradas. Un poco mas de atención hubiese estado muy bien. La habitación era bastante incómoda, encajada en una buhardilla con el suelo en pendiente.

Central location but… The square infront of the hotel was blocked off totally, leaving only one cobblestone street to reach the hotel and unfortunately, the particular street is also blocked for driving in to unload luggage.

Die Entfernt zur Park/- und Entlademöglickeit beträgt 500 m und wurde vom Hotel erst nach der Festbuchung mitgeteilt. Booking ist nach meiner für eine richtige Darstellung mitverantwortlich. Kann Ich dem Buchungsportal weiterhin vertrauen. Siehe Baustellenprobleme

- Paula M (9/5): Great hotel; beware of construction - The hotel is situated beautifully in the heart of Honfleur. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast buffet has a good selection. Being a tea drinker in a world that caters to coffee drinkers, I really appreciated the kettle and tea bags in the room! Be mindful of the narrow staircase. If you have large, heavy luggage or mobility concerns, be aware. We knew and didn't mind it at all. Found it very charming in a very old historic building. There is a large construction project underway right outside the hotel. IlYou cannot pull up in your car to drop luggage off, as was communicated in the booking. It is advisable to staff that they inform people arriving by car of this before they arrive. We spent 45 minutes trying to drop off our bags. Had we known it wasn't possible, it would have saved us a lot time and frustration.

Le petit déjeuner vraiment pas de bon rapport qualité/prix. Les jus étaient très cheap et sucrés et je pense qu’un jus de fruit pressés serait moins cher et meilleur. Pour 17€ c’est cher. Merci à l’équipe d’avoir été bienveillante malgré s tout.

Breakfast option was well worth it with lots of choices. Hotel was difficult to get to due to the square in front of the building closed off. Not the property’s fault but an update on how to get there would have been helpful.

Breakfast really quite good, with sausage, egg and beans as well as the usual French offerings. The picture advertising the hotel was miseading. Although that building carries the name, the reception is a few doors round the corner and rooms further up the street. No complaints about the service, rooms or food, but we were expecting to be in a quaint old building, which is what made the hotel stand out. Had the description been more accurate, we would probably still have booked because of the location.

- Nicola (5/5): Parking too far away, roads closed, no info given pre our stay which was a shame as one of our party had disability issu - Staff v friendly, helpful. Location should be great, that’s why we chose it. Narrow staircase, small for the deluxe rooms! Tiny bath towels.
- Claudine035 (7/5): Centraal gelegen hotel - Ligging van hotel Eerst kregen we heel lelijke kamer op gelijkvloers van ander gebouw, met 1 raampje van 1 m2 en deur gaf uit op een doorgang naar andere kamers en een muur. We kregen de dag erna andere kamer, eerst volledig uitchecken smorgens , bagage laten bewaren en pas in late namiddag een andere kamer. In de 2 kamers waren geen gordijnen, enkel rolluiken. We reserveerden eerst 1 nacht en pasten dan onze boeking aan naar 2 nachten. Vermoedelijk daarom die overschot-kamer gekregen. Erg ontgoocheld. Wellicht krijgen mensen die rechtstreeks boeken betere behandeling dan via booking? Personeel bleef vriendelijk maar niet ok om zo'n kamer te verhuren zonder ramen noch uitzicht

- Renato (10/5): O hotel é o lugar perfeito para curtir Honfleur. - Um excelente café da manhã e funcionários super atenciosos e simpáticos. Nos sentimos em casa. O hotel disponibiliza um box (pago) para estacionar o carro bem próximo ao hotel. A localização é perfeita. Gostamos muito. Entendo que as construções antigas não comportem elevador, já era esperado. Apesar disso tivemos ajuda dos prestativos funcionários para subir com nossas malas.

- Per (9/5): Sehr schön! - Das Hotel befindet sich in einem historischen Fachwerkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe zum alten Hafen. Da der Ort selbst nicht sehr groß ist, ist alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind etwas beengt, aber bieten alles was benötigt wird. Das Frühstück wird als Buffet angeboten. Kostenlose Parkflächen sind oberhalb des Stadtzentrums auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz vorhanden. Fußmarsch zum oder vom Hotel ca. 10 Minuten. Alles OK. Kein Grund zur Beanstandung!

- ellen (7/5): - Very central good location. Rooms were really small, it definitely wasn’t sound proof, the bathroom was tiny and the carpet really needs replacing in the rooms which are very tired. However clean sheets and comfy beds!

- Julie Heyvaert (6/5): - We hebben genoten van Honfleur in het eerste zomerse weer. De 2 slaapkamers waren prima. De aanwezigheid van thee en water was attent. Er was minder lichtinval dan op de foto´s. De weg naar het hotel en errond was afgezet en onbereikbaar. We hebben meer dan 20 min met onze valiezen moeten sleuren. De indicaties waren niet voldoende duidelijk. Wat planten op het terras zou het geheel naar een hoger niveau kunnen tillen. Er is onbenut potentieel. Wegens het zetelbed hadden we het gevoel dat er geen woonkamer was. We zijn haast niet in het huis geweest daardoor. Het lijkt ons beter daar geen bed meer te voorzien maar dit te verplaatsen naar de slaapkamers. Die zijn voldoende ruim.

- Anna (8/5): - Ubytování bylo příjemné, pokoj ale velmi malý, zatuchlý, dveře do koupelny nešly pořádně zavřít. Pobyt jsme si nicméně užily, snídaně byla dobrá - ale spoustu věcí bylo studených.

- Marie (7/5): - L'accueil est tres agréable. Personnes souriantes La chambre mériterait un rafraîchissement. Moquette à éviter, car pas hygiénique du tout. Douche minuscule. Fenetre Ch 3 donne sur un espace toit très laid.
- Katrine (8/5): Flot gammel bygning midt i Hornfleur - Beliggenhed midt i Honfleur. Fin morgenmad. Bemærk nogle værelser er i en anden bygning. Vi (familie på 4) blev splittet op i 2 forskellige bygninger. Det er først muligt at checke ind kl. 17, vi kom præcis kl. 17, men vores 2 værelser var først klar 45 minutter senere. Vi stod ude på fortovet og ventede indtil de var klar. Der var arrangement ved receptionen/ opholdsområdet, så vi kunne ikke være der i ventetiden, som vi ikke vidste blev så lang. Dog fik vi flyttet vores bil et par gang pga max. 30 min parkering foran hotellet. Indcheckning kl. 17 er sent i forvejen og du skal være ude kl. 10, og så tilmed ekstra ventetid… ærgerligt.

- H6512CRchristianp (10/5): Perfect place in Honfleur - Comfort, friendly service, warmth. Very clean rooms. No noise. Good value for money. Great view on the church square. Perfect location in the centre of Honfleur, once your car is parked, you can visit the whole place on foot.
