Dave (10/5): - Our stay was amazing and easily accomadated a family of 5 in central Paris. The area is fantastic as most of the main attractions are walkable (or easy public transport options if preferred). The apartment itself was very clean and spacious and had everything you could possible need. The check in process was amazing and our host was very informative when checking in on what local restaurants to eat at and places to visit. We will definitely be back and be recommending to all of our friends.

Babak (8/5): - I stayed here with a group of six, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The unit was spacious and well equipped. The only downside was that the interior felt dated, though that’s fairly common for Paris. The location was excellent everything was within a 30–60 minute walk, with plenty of shops and dining options just 5 minutes away. The area felt safe, communication with the office staff was easy, and check-in was a breeze.

Michael (10/5): - What a delightful apartment! Surprisingly spacious for Paris! The furniture was elegant, the amenities were solid, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negatives are that the area is a little noisy (lots of sirens/police activity) and the toilet and showers are on opposite ends of the apartment. But otherwise the Apartments de Louvre is a wonderful establishment.
Verified traveler (10/5): A great family apartment - Very clear and quick communication from the Apartments du Louvre- Le Marais owners. A nice location, very close to supermarkets, the metro and the Westfield shopping centre. About 15 minutes from the Louvre. The apartment was a good size, with a huge walk-in shower, and all of the facilities you'd need. The apartment we had also had a balcony the length of the property, overlooking some of the cafés, which was lovely. Decent secure storage was also useful on our departure day. Definitely a good choice and we'd be happy to return in the future. Paul F

Our apartment was very comfortable, the rooms very quite spacious and the location was very convenient to get to all our destinations. The food options in the area was diverse. We had a very nice time and would come back and stay again if we ever come back to Paris.
Yin (8/5): - A good location for the hotel, within walkable distance from major sites of Paris. Shower room was a bit cold and the toilet was kinda small, though. Overall, it was pretty good nevertheless.
Lisa (10/5): Apartment that feels like you live the Paris Life - This was our best hotel of our trip. The only hiccup was arrival as it doesn’t have a large sign so we had to walk up to the door while holding the taxi to see the plaque next to the door. Once we got in all was wonderful. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. The apartment was large for Paris standards with lovely and comfortable furnishings including the beds. The thermostat was easy to operate as we like to be comfortable during the day but cold at night. The kitchen was fully stocked. One of the best apartments I’ve rented through any app. While the neighborhood doesn’t appear amazing (right next door is an Office Depot) the location is very good with transportation nearby and it is easy to walk to many places. One of our favorite dinners was at the restaurant Tekes, which was an easy 5-10 minute walk. There also is a very helpful guide about the apartment and neighborhood they leave in your room. I also appreciated the bottles of water that could be refilled in the lobby. Why don’t more places do this! I definitely will be keeping this apartment on file for the next time we come to Paris.

There’s only a small elevator which was great for getting all of our luggage up and down. Most apartments in Paris don’t have a lift at all - so this was a wonderful surprise. The location was only a 15 minute walk to the Louvre and a very short walk to several metro lines. We loved staying here and would happily stay here again!

When planning our trip, we did not know the check in times were limited to before 6 PM, but there was a virtual check-in option (which I had to call to find out about) which helped us a lot. Some more information on the front desk hours and luggage storage availability would have been helpful before too. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout. Definitely would recommend to a family in a similar situation as ours.

The only issue I think visitors should be aware of is the size of the elevator (fits 2 people). It is very small so if you are traveling with toddlers and lots of luggage, I would ask for level 2 or 3 max accomodations.

It was tasfefully decorated (in a fully refurbished building) with street balcony windows and was well equipped. The area is packed with restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Check-in / out was done remotely and was easy.

Jennifer (10/5): Family Holiday in January - A spacious apartment,in a beautiful Haussman style building, well located in 2nd arrondisement in Paris- very close to the Metro, close to many Restaurants,supermarkets and Pompidou Centre. There is a lift and gym facilities.Heating in all rooms, well equipped kitchen including nespresso machine. Communication with apartment managers was easy.

Verified traveler (10/5): - Let me start my review from the minute we arrived...Nicole, who I believe is one of the property owners met us at the front door of the apartments. She was very pleasant and after checking us in she gave us a map of Paris and very helpful tips on how to get around. After a brief chat she showed us to the small elevator where we had to take turns taking up our luggage to our room since the elevator is only big enough for 3 people. (Not complaining just a warning) The apartment was very clean and the rooms had nice comfortable large beds. The sofa bed was also a very nice size and comfortable for my liking. I only had to bother Nicole once for extra towels other than that our stay was very comfortable and we quickly made ourselves at home, the apartment had everything we needed. The apartment is perfectly located to walk to the Louvre, the river, Notre-Dame and many other attractions. The streets around the apartment are packed with cafes, bars and convenient stores to the grocery shop. On our day of departure since we didn’t have to catch our train till the afternoon we used the lockers by the front desk and then we went out to finish last minute shopping. Thank you Nicole for the great experience I can’t wait to visit Paris again and yes, I will definitely stay here again as well.
Verified traveler (8/5): - We are a family of five who stayed for six nights in a two bedroom apartment completely fronting the street on the first floor. The apartment’s location is excellent (and I loved Rue Montorgueil). Although a bit small by our Australian standards, the apartment itself was spacious enough for our purposes - which was essentially a comfortable place to rest and sleep after long days exploring the wonderful city that is Paris. The central ducted heating, the friendly and helpful staff, and small but suitably kitted-out kitchen are another three pluses. The only major downside is the low level noise (but sometimes quite loud, such as a police siren) coming from the busy road outside, as well as the noise from the apartment above (you hear everything if they walk with a heavy step). That aside, I would stay again.
Greg (10/5): - A modern, clean, well-appointed apartment within walking distance of lots of major attractions (Pompidou Centre, the Louvre, Notre Dame etc) with dozens of great family-friendly restaurants nearby. Only slight issue we had was that there are more than one location for these apartments and I didn't notice it wasn't the address on Expedia on the confirmation email received from them. It meant we had a 10 minute walk to the other location at the end of our journey to Paris but it didn't matter as we were still close to where we wanted to be (and still within walking distance of the Disney bus transfer pick up!).

Verified traveler (8/5): Nice flat for a family traveling to Paris - Great location. Loved the central air. Very clean apartment. Comfortable beds. Large rooms. Safe area and building. Nice balconies with large windows. Close to Metro. Shower had some missing tiles near the floor drain. Toilet was a little wobbly. Overall excellent value for the money.
Verified traveler (8/5): - Very good. The apartment was very quiet. View on Centre George Pompidou and Eiffel tower (partial at the 6th floor). Be careful of the windows who could be dangerous for a young child without surveillance. Tiny lift, but useful. Well located with quick access to everything.

It is a great location from the subway and was easy to figure out coming in from BIG train station to find way to subway. Even let us leave our bags after checking out since we had time to stil see Paris before getting back on Eurotrain. Highly recommend the place

Niki (10/5): - The apartment we stayed in was charming, clean, well fitted out and in a perfect and central location. There were easy accessible amenities such as laundrette, supermarkets and terrific night-life streets in easy walking distance. Communications with the hosts was flawless and easy. There is an elevator for luggage and tired tourists! I cannot find any flaw with this accomodation, I will be coming here again.
