• Jeff (6/5): Pleasant - Place is not bad but not value for money. It was the last hotel on that strip I hadn’t visited and for sure there’s better value for money elsewhere. Considering room price the drinks costs were a bit exorbitant. Pizza in the Alacarte restaurant was brilliant though. Buffet was better than average. Close to lake. The initial room was very disappointing. We complained and got upgraded. the room in the photos is apparently nonexistent, according to the staff. Not much in terms of activities other than the lake.

Choice of food on the buffet was initially very poor until I made it clear to staff that it was disappointing and the following day it was much better.

• Eva (8/5): Nice grounds and rooms, terribly slow service - Comfortable garden rooms, nice size, separate sitting area and outside balcony. Common living area/full kitchen outside our room so convenient for family who are booked in 2 rooms can share common outside space for entertainment and meals. There were conferences happening while I was there and that was the consistent staff excuse for the extremely slow service. Ordered two drinks and maybe 20-30 minutes later one drink would arrive followed then by another.
