Niedaleko przystanek tramwajowy i sklep.
- Roel (6/5): - A special location to visit Prague. 15mins walk downhill to the (cheap 24hrs ticket) tram. This meant an uphill walk back. For that reason we chose Uber taxis for our returns.
The appt has a weird room division, with a double bed in the former living toom? A large baroque wardrobe with nothing in it claimed a big part too. The small bathroom was ok, but another tiny sitting room next was unpractical. Only one small window was the connection with outside. Very quiet at night. We parked our car outside on the street and paid for the weekdays online.
- Therese (9/5): Superb - Excellent. Great communication with the owner. Easy instructions to access property. Nice quiet location with public transport easy and frequent.
- Janina (2/5): Okay if you have no other choices - The property was quite dirty and dusty. The owner tried to make me pay additional 150 euro, falsely claiming that I hosted another person in the apartment
- Yuko (1/5): Don't book - Quiet in a residence area. The owner demanded for the city tax to be paid in the exact amount in cash while, in the booking details, the method of payment wasn't specified and it wasn't mentioned either that it had to be in the exact amount (no one could be possibly present to give you changes). Moreover, his demand was a cash payment of 6 EUR or 300 czk, which should be 6 EUR or 150 czk. I'd like to highlight it is ILLEGAL to double the amount of the city tax and ask someone to pay for it under that name. He insisted for me to go to one of exchange places to exchange the 20 EUR note (I secured from a friend), I attached the relevant comms. I wasn't impressed with his attitude in the text not apologetic, even the slightest, for his prior information not specifying the important points. Luckily, I eventually found someone from the event I was participating who could lend me 6 EUR coins. Totally separate from this, the whole place was dingy with far less natural light due to the only window so tiny; the fridge was out of use as it was switched off (no instruction or plug was in sight to switch it on), no furniture/facilities to hang clothes though there was a bulky wardrobe in the hall but locked; 2 baroque chairs in the bedroom were not designed to be sat comfortably. The whole arrangement of furniture/items was not designed for accommodating comfortable stays and was bazar in my eyes.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tobias (9/5): Superb - The room is furnished with great dedication to the overall baroque style.
At night, it's so wonderfully quiet, that one can easily sleep with an open window. The artificial scent was uncomfortably strong on first entry, but fine after unplugging the evaporator and ventilating.
- Vic (8/5): - Gute Lage, saubere Unterkunft, guter Service gerne wieder!
- Muhssin (10/5): Prague - From Check in to check out Amazing.
- Huixiu (10/5): - It’s a nice apartment, I love the display, it’s classic and also including laundry and kitchen
