• Philippe (10/5): Parfait - Très agréablement surpris par la qualité de l'appartement (style, aménagement, propreté, grandeur) au delà de nos attentes...immense chambre avec lit double et 2 lits simples, 2iéme chambre avec lit double et lit double dans le salon. Emplacement parfait dans le vieux Prague, Vieille Place à 5 minutes...Notre meilleure location d'appartement à ce jour. La réception ( à qqes minutes à pied) nous a réservé le taxi retour et propose un service de bagagerie ( un peu cher, 5 euros par valise/sac).

• Noémie (8/5): - Le logement est très bien placé et spacieux 15 min de marche entre la réception et le logement avec les valises on est bien loin de 5min comme annoncé. Un sommier n'arrêtait pas de tomber au sol et la propreté sous les lits laisse a désirer.

• Indre (6/5): - Perfect location for exploring the city, amazing building. Your are right in the middle of touristy Prague. I filtered booking with parking, however there is no parking. I was offered 30 euro per day parking and a 15 min drive away. It defeats the point. You can find cheaper parking closer to the flat. Heating was not working. It was hardly 19 degrees inside. The apartment is facing a loud street, so you will hear night life until 4 am and then bin men from 7 am. Not recommended with small kids. Not good for two couples and rooms are joined up.

• Jasmin (5/5): - Zentral gelegen. Wir haben nicht das bekommen was wir gebucht hatten. Es war KEINE Küche vorhanden, KEIN Esstisch. Es war kein Apartment sondern ein ganz normales Hotelzimmer. Einfach enttäuschend! Da wir aber nur 2 Tage dort waren haben wir darauf verzichtet uns zu beschweren oder nach einem APARTMENT wie es auch beschrieben war zu verlangen.

Penoso y triste, porque la cobertura de datos también es pésima. No se si la culpa es la massificaciónde gente por navidad, pero hoy en día este servicio es primordial en mis destinos. Una lástima.

• Eyvazlı (2/5): - location is good — and honestly, that is the only positive thing about this place. First of all, the staff was extremely rude and unwilling to help. When I asked why an additional deposit was being charged, nobody could give me an answer. This information was not mentioned on Booking at all — it only appears after you complete the online check-in, when the payment is already made. If you don’t have an extra €200 on your card, they simply won’t let you into your room. This is a serious risk and has a huge negative impact on customer satisfaction. The room did not match the photos shown on Booking. The building is very old, and you can hear absolutely every noise in your room. Forget about having a quiet night. The boiler/AC unit in the room also made a constant loud noise, and overall the room felt very old. The room was extremely dirty. Even the towels had hair on them, most likely from previous guests. In conclusion, I do not recommend this property.

• Camille (9/5): Je recommande - L’emplacement, le logement en lui même. Il était beau, spacieux. Situation idéal. À deux pas du pont de Charles Ce n’est pas réellement que je n’ai pas aimé mais attention vous devez aller récupérer les clefs à la réception qui se trouve à 10 minutes à pieds. De plus, pensez bien à ramener café ou thé ou autre car il n’y a rien du tout.

• Paola (3/5): - La ubicación pero no es la que figura en booking, ahi te hacen el check in, te dan un código y te avisan que tener 15' a pie hasta el departamento. Hasta llegar a la habitación tenias que poner un código de 8 dígitos (poco practico), llegamos y el departamento no son las fotos de booking, el baño muy incomodo, ducha, extractor, limpieza en 5 dias no estaba incluido, la calefacción la activan solo de noche y casi ni se siente. Mi departamento no tenía lavarropas y bidet como muestra en las fotos. No volvería elegirlo ni recomendarlo.

• Ruth (8/5): - Fantastic 3 bedroom penthouse apartment. Staff at the office were very helpful, especially speaking English and responding to enquiries. When booking it should have been made clearer that the key pick up, parking and accommodation were in 3 different places. Not very far apart but a bit difficult when arriving in an unfamiliar city.
• PIERRE (8/5): - L'appartement est propre, grand pour 2, bien équipé et très bien situé pour visiter Prague, on peut tout faire à pied. Les photos ne correspondent pas et nous avions des velux donc pas de vue mais c'était très lumineux et très bien.Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Je recommande Une bouteille d'eau dans le frigo serait bien lorsqu' on arrive après un voyage. La fiche d'entrée traduite en français serait bien aussi. Une grande couette serait préférable pour le grand lit

Mi era stato comunicato che ci sarebbe stato il cambio delle lenzuola e delle asciugamani mai eseguito per tutta la settimana. FIN A ver por dónde empezamos… nos dicen por Mensaje que hagamos el check-in online en más rápido y cuando llegamos a recepción nos dicen que el apartamento está a 15 Minutos andando desde allí …. Al llegar al apartamento vimos que no coincide las fotos con el apartamento que habíamos reservado ( no aparece en las fotos del anuncio, publicidad engañosa ) Efectivamente tenía dos baños pero en uno solo ducha y lavabo y en otro el wc, la cama que esta en la habitación no tiene ni 10 cm a cada lado ( tienes que saltar literal por encima para acostarte) y de altura otros 10 cm. Y el colchón 5 cm ( imagínate lo cómoda que puede ser). La cama que está junto al comedor tiene las lamas del sumier sueltas. El lavabo cuando llegamos la primera noche estaba perdiendo agua ( lo arreglaron al día siguiente, pero al llegar nos encontramos con que la puerta del apartamento estaba abierta con todas nuestras pertenencias dentro ). No había ni gel ni champú para la ducha. El grifo del fregadero estaba anclado a un cartón, 3 pastillas de lavavajillas para 1 semana ( teniendo 4 platos ), las toallas tuvimos que pedir que nos la cambiaran al 4 día, sino no la cambian y la limpiadora vino por primera vez el 5 día, y estábamos descansado, y le comentamos que viniera más tarde o al día siguiente y nos dijo que si ( sorpresa !! no vino en toda la semana ) Hay aire acondicionado pero no hay mando y cuando pregunté me dijeron que no había aire en el apartamento. No teníamos nada para limpiar el suelo, barrer, ni para limpiar los baños, nuestra estancia allí fue muy desagradable. Nada recomendable.

• Nusret (4/5): Location is good was the rest is not good espacially for a family with kids - The location There is 15 mins walking distance between the reception and the apartment. This is not clearly indicated on facility policies. There is a beer spa at the basement of building and cause a humid smell in the apartment The furniture is very old and espacially beds are very uncomfortable The stairs to the apartment is very narrow that not even possible yo carry the luggages to upstairs. No lift available. There was cleaning problems with bad matresses.
• Sarah (8/5): Very central apartment. - The apartment was very central so perfect for nipping in throughout the day. It is very easy to get public transport from the apartment. It is easy to store luggage at a local hotel for free, if you arrive before check in. I purposely booked an apartment with two separate bedrooms, but we were put in a studio, open plan apartment. We arrived at reception to check in, to find out that the apartment was a 20 min walk away. This was not clear that this would happen when booking. If I had any mobility difficulties, this apartment would not have been accessible as on the third floor with narrow stairs. The staircase in the apartment was a bit scary as slippy, narrow and steep.

• Vildan (1/5): False Promises and Terrible Communication and Stressful Stay – Would Not Recommend. - Location. It was just close to the square. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Early check-in was not allowed, and we had to leave our luggage at another hotel they were partnered with, for an extra fee. Instead of sending a proper location, they manually typed the address via WhatsApp. When we arrived at the property, we discovered that the elevator wasn’t working — and our room was on the 4th floor. No real assistance was provided. When we asked for a room change or a refund, both were denied, with the excuse that a working elevator was never guaranteed. In response, we told them that if they had informed us in advance that the room would be on the top floor, we could have made our decision about booking accordingly. This was a significant lack of information on their part. When we asked them to bring our luggage, we were rudely told “go get it yourselves” and informed that “we’re not obligated to bring it.” The staff made no effort to solve anything. Throughout our stay, they kept telling us the elevator would be fixed — they even told us the day before we checked out that it had already been repaired. However, on the morning of our departure, it still wasn’t working. First day we checked in, while retrieving our luggage from the other otel ourselves, we could only get someone to carry it upstairs with a lot of pressure and insistence. On the day we checked out, we again requested help carrying our bags down early in the morning, and were told someone would come in 10 minutes, but no one showed up. We had to carry everything down four flights of stairs by ourselves. No one followed up, and no apology was ever offered. I definitely do not recommend this place !!!!!
• Chloe (7/5): Good - Amazing location, very spacious, Full kitchen, easy to access as everything was done through a code they sent The building we were in was under construction - there was no lift and one of our group members struggles with mobility meaning the 5+ flights of stairs were very difficult. The shower door also didn’t close properly so water leaked all over the floor.

• Block (7/5): Good - Clean, spacious, easily accessible, quiet. It was a bit confusing to find. It would’ve been better if there were extra towels, pillows, and a working TV+AC (we weren’t able to turn either on and are tech savvy).
• Darcy (8/5): Very enjoyable - Very spacious and great location. Correspondence was very good. Could defo do with more towels for a 3 night stay. Shower would be good too ....even tho the bath and shier hose was nice.
• Matviy (2/5): - Photos of proferty reflected on their page during reservation process are totally different from reality. Curtains are broken and they don't work - from early morning the light enters the room and it's not possible to have a good night of sleep. Light switch is broken in the living room/kitchen, bath tube which is some sort of jacuzzi type, it starts on its own periodically evey couple of hours making a lot of noise and dirting the bath tube with very strong smell in the bathroom everytime it starts . Basically this is a short summary of my experience with this properly.
• Kimberly (9/5): Great location and value for money - Communication with the property, prior to travelling and on arrival was smooth. They accommodated our early arrival by allowing us access a bit earlier than planned.

• Yuliia (5/5): Passable - The apartment on Michalska 2 should not be offered for woman with a kid, I didn't feel myself safety in it. Besides apartment has rather unpleasant smell despite the fact that repair is rather fresh. I booked and paid for three nights but none of them stayed in this apartment, luckily I had a chance to stay in apartments of my friends. When I addressed reception they refused to return money.
• Caixia (10/5): - Good location, large rooms, nice and comfy
• Haj (10/5): Exceptional -
• LAURA I VEGA (8/5): - Great location, amazing accomodations, would give 5 stars if elevator/ lift was in conditions. Apartment is on the 5th floor, and after a long day of walking then you have to workout with shopping bags, stroller and everything else. Highly recommended for young people with a lot of energy.
