- Arpik (8/5): - The overall hotel is very good with nice and polite staff. Yet, there are some areas for improvement. For instance, there was a noise if you choose certain type of rooms, which you are not aware of while booking the room. The staff though did its best to swap the room. The other major issue that on the website it is announced that the breakfast is inclusive, but when you book the confirmation came without breakfast and you had to pay additionally in case you opt for breakfast. It would be good if the hotel itself reaches relevant websites, e.g. expedia, booking to resolve this.
