• Rachael (8/5): A nice experience - The trulli is a nice experience, the staff are accessible, helpful and friendly. The nice wine and snacks upon arrival. Wifi worked well. It can be quite cold in the trulli which is a given as they are historic buildings, however I felt the heating could have been improved.

• Kelly (10/5): Really warm welcome - We had the most amazing stay - the property was really sweet and had everything we needed. There were 2 single beds downstairs and a double upstairs accessed via a ladder so not one for mobility issues! The location was perfect - we walked there from the bus station and then it’s just a few minutes from the main trulli zone. There is a Gelateria opposite and a selection of vending machines too which were handy late at night when we needed more water. The absolute best part of our stay was the welcome we received. We couldn’t get a signal and had no access to maps but found some of their properties by accident. I managed to call them from there and a lovely young man came and found us, walking us to reception. He gave us some really helpful information about the area and the trulli and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend!
• Verified traveler (10/5): Wonderful - 蘑菇屋酒店距離車站不算太遠，不過由於是民宿，要自己根據指引攞鎖匙及自己開門。主人已經留下清晰的指引房間內主人留下了一支白酒及當地的小食給我。房間方面有兩層，其中樓上嗰層是要爬樓梯上去的，很有當地蘑菇屋的特色。房間尚算清潔衛生間也算乾淨不過進入衛生間的樓底比較矮有時會撞到頭，不過這個是我大意的問題。

What really made the experience special was the outstanding customer service. The team went above and beyond to make our visit smooth and enjoyable. They offered excellent recommendations around town, kindly arranged a taxi for us, and were always professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. Thanks to them, our whole journey was seamless and filled with wonderful memories. Alberobello is a magical town, and Giardini dei Trulli made it even more special. We are so grateful for everything and truly hope to cross paths again in the future. We highly recommend it. Grazie mille for such a perfect stay!

• Elina (10/5): A lovely little trullo on a quiet side street - This was such a cute little trullo in a quieter location, away from all the tourists, but still very close to the main trulli village. Very easy to find and check in. It was charming and homely, and the little welcome gifts were thoughtful. It's very near the church and I did not mind hearing the bells chime every 15 minutes, that was part of being there.

The staff contacted me on phone and sent me all the details required. The Trullo assigned to me was very beautiful and clean with a nice garden. This was an upgrade to my booking. It was very quiet and tranquil at night and the bed was comfortable. I got fresh towels and my bed made everyday. There was a ventilator/fan provided in the Trullo. The staff is very friendly and quick to respond. I had always dreamt of spending a night in Trullo and this place provided me with my dream experience couldn't have asked for more.

• Ahmet Daghan (8/5): - Trullos are naturally very old and some neglected. You know and accept those things before you come. Hotel is on four different locations; thus some far rooms has no wi-fi. And back yard garden pictures are not true. Because only two rooms has backyard and shared garden.

• NAOKO (8/5): アルベルベッロのトゥルッリに泊まれて満足でした。 - 直接、フロントの方と会うことはなく、鍵のやり取りも非対面だったが こまめにメールのやり取りができて安心だった。メール等の問い合わせにもすぐに返事をもらえて対応がとても良かったです。 行きはバーリ空港から、帰りはマテーラの街までの送迎も快く引き受けてもらえ、送迎してくれた人もとてもフレンドリーで親切だった。 行きはローマからバーリまでの飛行機の遅延があり、約束より2時間以上遅れ、連絡入れたところ、飛行機の遅延はちゃんとチェックしてるから、大丈夫という返事をもらえて安心した。 ホテル自体は、トゥルッリなので、それなりの質素さや不便さがあったが、ホスピタリティが良かったのと、とても可愛い外観と立地が良かったので非常に満足です。 朝食はついていませんが、すぐそばにカフェや24時間オープンの自販機があり便利でした。

Tyvärr blev jag störd av kyrkan som klockade två gånger i timmen hela natten. Det var inte hotellets fel. Jag rekommenderar verkligen det här boendet.

• Carlos (10/5): - A trulo is an all rounded house in which the sheep herding people of Alberobello used to gather for the night, the animals will occupy the floor level, they will using a wood plank flooring sleep on the upper level. Now the structures are transformed using modern material without betraying the original roots, it was an amazong experience for us!

• Scarlett (10/5): A true Trulli experience - The Trullo experience I had was really amazing. I was allowed to check in earlier because it was not occupied the previous night, which was a great relieve because it was too hot in Alberobello in the afternoon. Everything is the same as the photo. It might not up to the modern standard of hotel comfort but it was a very authentic Trulli experience. Giovanni is super nice. Alberobello is stunning in the evening during sunset.

• Jason (8/5): Overall great - Awesome trulli’s and great location. Everything was clean. Only complaint was the bed and showers. Beds were absolutely terrible. Super thin and you could feel every spring and hear every noise when changing positions. I feel like this would be a cheap and easy fix for the property but would make a huge difference. Showers have no lip on the floor and the drainage could not keep up so you have to turn the shower on and off while in there or flood the bathroom. Fix those two things and the place would be amazing. Our friends had another hut with the same company and had the same issues.

Italy transport is on strike 🙏 Appreciated the wine was desperate for coffee but now provided The room I booked was given to another solo traveller but I was happy because I liked the tiny little apartment with its dome roof. No kettle. No coffee 😢😢, no tissues lumpy bed, but a roof over my head

• Stephen (4/5): Disappointing stay - We booked 2 trullis which turned out to be several streets away from reception. At check-in (late Saturday afternoon) we were asked to pay the balance cash in advance! Wifi only available at reception. Receptionist gave us only a very brief introduction to the properties. In one the crockery, cutlery and kettle were in a wooden locker / chest (on which we had put our suitcase) so these were never found. No tea towels. 1 trullo had only 1 mug. Property details stated onsite parking - not true (public car park 10-15 minute away). 1 trullo had only 1 working light in living area. Nothing stopping water flowing from shower across bathroom floor and into dining room. The bathroom door was therefore swollen and would not close. Broken electrical socket in upstairs bedroom (see photo). Both neighbours (from Netherlands) also remarked on the poor standard of their properties. We have stayed in a trullo before and the standard was much higher.

Location is okay not so close but not so far and for that price they do not even have Wi-fi . And there was this ash tray which was not cleaned . They are charging sooooo much for this property . However, there’s no hot water in the shower, no cutlery in the kitchen. And the reception is cold and not welcoming
• Derek (2/5): - The outside of the property is great (its a trulli), but the inside is terrible. It is very poorly maintained. Just about everything is in need of replacement or repair. We booked for 8 days but left after 5 as we couldn't stand it any longer. I would avoid this place.

What a cute place - I booked this hotel last minute and when I arrived at the hotel, I was impressed by the location, cleanliness of the place and room size is huge. Everything is just wonderful as I wish I could stay for another night, this hotel such a good find and I’m so glad I stayed there, less than a min walk, you’re in the center of all the good phots spot. Prefect hotel to stay in Alberobello. Also the guy works in the front desk Alex is very helpful and such a nice humble guy, the business is very lucky to have him. he gave me a tour of the town and took amazing pictures of me. I had amazing stay at this hotel! Will definitely return. Thank you Alex for your incredible service!

• nathalie (8/5): - Séjour dans un trullo typique dans Arobello. Charme de cet habitat. Une gentille attention nous attendait dans le logement. Attention au stationnement, nous n'avions pas vu que c'était payant et un PV à la clé, pourtant avec un 2 roues !

• Verified traveler (8/5): Correct. - Le trulli est propre, bien placé, mais pas dans le centre de tous les trullis, le stationnement n'est pas possible à coté du trulli. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus dans la réservation. Nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude dans le trulli, donc on nous a donné un trulli pour la douche et un pour dormir, ce n'est pas trés commode. Accueil par Alexandro est super ....

• Antonietta (8/5): Una notte in un trullo - Trullo in posizione ottimale e ben organizzato. Accoglienza piacevole. Mancano tv e climatizzatore, per il primo si risolve abbastanza facilmente con pc o cellulare (utile anche avere la Wi-Fi), ma per il secondo non è sufficiente avere i ventilatori, soprattutto in mancanza di finestre e in casi di caldo eccessivo.
• Kim (8/5): Mysigt men väldigt varmt - Det var en rolig upplevelse att bo i ett trullihus. Det är litet, mysigt och trångt. Och varmt!!! AC finns inte, endast en fläkt. Balkongen/uteplatsen uppe på taket var fantastisk. Det huset som vi bodde i behöver dock ses över lite. Det saknas tallrikar och glas. Stolarna är trasiga på balkongen, toalettsitsen är lös.

• Francesca (8/5): Great Stay only minor considerations needed! - Brilliant reception, the trulli were very nice! It was a lovely touch to find a scented candle, a small bottle of wine and tarallucci as a welcome! The only negative note was the cleaning and some of the services! I would have expected the rubbish in the bathroom to be removed and to actually have found a bin were to put it! Also shampoo and and soap to be replaced when missing! In modern days wife and air conditioning is a must and not a luxury!! However, overall it was a very comfortable stay!

Also I had to ask staff if I could have used a hairdryer even though the website said I would have it in the room. No wi-fi in the room it's only in a reception. Your trullo is 5min walk from the reception.
• paoying (4/5): terrible place we have stayed. - the washroom is very tiny. the bed, bed sheets, towers and sofas are very out of condition. we could hear the talking from the next door and the washroom is very very tiny and the water of shower is very very small. NO WIFI, NO airconditaion, NO breakfast, NO Parking areas....
• Cary (10/5): Awesome experience - Loved this town and this hotel. So very quaint and charming. Hotel is a slight walk to the historical part of town but well worth it. Several good restaurants in the area. Keep in mind that it seemed that the historical part of town closes up around 10pm, so explore first before going to dinner. Wish we had more than just one night here. I loved the little shared courtyard behind the rooms in which we made use of to enjoy some wine and snacks before hitting the town. My only two issues as a bigger guy was the small bed and extremely small shower.
• Basilio (10/5): Great way to experience staying in a triullo! - Although the amenities were limited, we truly enjoyed our stay at the trullo. We have never experienced anything like this. Staff was very helpful!
• Cheryl (6/5): - Room and furnishings worn. Beds uncomfortable and bath very tiny. However, incredibly clean, good location, and great staff.
• Cuthbert (10/5): An unforgettable trullo experience - I had a wonderful stay here in this beautiful trullo by Giardino dei Trulli! To start off, Mariantonietta was extremely patient during my check in. I was late and needed help with directions, she helped me a lot. The hotel reception is in a separate area from the guests' trulli. I was welcomed with a nice bottle of wine from Alberobello and some snacks. The trullo I stayed in was so charming and lovely: spacious with a comfortable bed on floor level and a loft bed also. The kitchen had all the necessities like a fridge, stove and plates etc. There was also a bathroom with fresh towels and supplies. I also loved the patio outside which is shared with other guests. Everything was clean and the cleaning service is done every morning. Mari was also very helpful with tips on restaurants (Trullo dei Sapori e Trattoria Amatulli are nice restaurants), the important sites around, and also on nearby cities as I visited Matera, Polignano al mare and the caves. It's in a quiet and peaceful area, so you can sleep well after a day out. There is also free street parking outside. It is walking distance to the trulli zone, restaurants and the look out points. Thanks to the kind service, I had a memorable stay and would recommend to stay here!
