- Claire (10/5): - Hôtel très propre, service client très réactif (réservation à la dernière minute, un jour férié), literie impeccable et très confortable. Un salon dans l’hôtel avec une bouilloire ou un distributeur de boissons serait un gros plus, car peu de choses sont ouvertes le soir dans Villeneuve sur Lot, et c’est vraiment la seule chose qu’il manque à cet hôtel.

- Christelle (10/5): Un hôtel étape confortable - Mon arrivée autonome a été parfaitement mise en place, j'ai eu un contact téléphonique avec le responsable qui est très sympathique, les explications reçues ensuite par SMS pour accéder à la chambre en toute autonomie étaient très claire. La chambre est propre, confortable, équipée d'un ventilateur. Le petit déjeuner, très copieux, nous a été servi dans un hôtel partenaire juste à côté, avec beaucoup de chaleur, de convivialité. Le parking est un parking public, payant la journée en semaine, gratuit le soir, les week-ends et jours fériés. Pour faire une pause au cours d'un long trajet, c'est parfait, je recommande !

La chambre est suffisamment spacieuse pour 4 et comporte une jolie salle de douche propre et qui semble avoir été refaite il y a peu. L'option petit déjeuner était à 8€/personne, ce qui est un bon rapport qualité prix car très agréable, copieux et varié. Dans le cadre de la Covid19, vous repartez avec ce que vous n'avez pas consommé pour éviter tout gâchis.

Petit-déjeuner un peu onéreux (10€), mais, ne l'ayant pas testé, je ne peux juger. En résumé, une bonne étape à Villeneuve-sur-Lot, pas de mauvaises surprises à l'arrivée !

- Lucas (2/5): Je n’y retournai pas et je déconseille. - Les premières difficultés on commencé au pied de l’immeuble j’ai dû me rendre à 400m avec ma valise à l’hôtel récupérer mes clefs. Je n’ai été prévenu ni par mail ni lors de mon coup de file 3h plus tôt. Arrivé dans ma chambre grosse déception appartement dans un mauvais état générale et propreté douteuse, sol porte mur électricité délabré, tv ne fonctionne pas et je n’ai pas réussi à faire fonctionner le wifi. Impossibilité de fermer la porte du balcon. Je n’y retournerai pas et je déconseille.
