When we arrived to apartment the stovetop was on, there were no linens and the bathroom was dirty. Someone else had the code to the apartment because people walked into the apartment while we were staying there.

• Julio C (2/5): Ruim e com casas de prostituição a volta. - Quando chegamos parecia ser tudo maravilhoso, ao entrar no apto e deparar-se com a vista para a montanha foi maravilhoso, ao tentar abrir a porta do banheiro não consegui e quando chamei o responsável ele falou que ainda era minha culpa e perguntou se eu não tinha travado a porta. Fiquei surpreso pela tratativa... Enviaram alguem após 40 minutos e eu com um bebê para dar um banho após a viagem, ficaram quase 1 hora para resolver o problema e ainda fui destratado. QUando anoiteceu deitei na cama e ela cheirava a mofo, desci para pegar uma pizza e me deparei com 2 casas de prostituição, uma na frente do prédio e outra na lateral, onde as pessoas chamavam na rua para entrar. No outro dia tentei uma saída com o responsável que falou que se eu quisesse ir embora que fosse mas ele não devolveria o dinheiro por que ele resolveu o problema da porta quase duas horas depois. Sai e fui para outro hotel. Ele não devolveu o dinheiro e o Hoteis.com também não cobriu o prejuizo, mesmo com todas as informações passadas. Evitem... É fria, tanto o quarto quanto os responsáveis...

Unfortunately the way to check in and receive keys to your apartment was unclear and difficult to figure out. Would be the only complaint I have.

• Jack (8/5): - The company’s office/reception is located in a different building and the “reception” at the actual building where the apartment is located in lacked English speaking staff most of the time. That said, the receptionist at the office was helpful and allowed me to leave baggage to collect later in the day during the day of my department. The amenities were basic the view at the top of the building is stunning. I would recommend staying just for this reason.

O apartamento possui ar condicionado. Todas as solicitações eram atendidas prontamente pelo George Romero. Para receber uma nota excelente faltou apenas o aquecedor e uma garrafa térmica.
• Renato (8/5): Apartamento muito agradável e bem localizado - Fomos surpreendidos logo na recepção pelo Francisco, muito atencioso e educado. Ao chegarmos no apartamento outro boa surpresa. Um lugar com cheiro de limpeza, harmonioso e aconchegante. O Francisco nos reservou um apartamento no 23º andar, com uma belíssima vista da cidade e das montanhas com os picos nevados. Me perguntou através de aplicativo, como estávamos, como estava a limpeza do apartamento, e se colocou a disposição para nos ajudar no que precisássemos. A pessoa responsável pela limpeza (não a conhecemos), manteve o apartamento limpo. No nosso check out não foi diferente, fomos atendidos pelo Ruan, igualmente educado e atencioso.

O pessoal do atendimento é muito atencioso, agradeço ao Juan Pablo pela atenção. A localização do apartamento é excelente ao lado do metrô, com vários restaurantes próximos, casa de câmbio, mercados, etc. Internet no quarto muito boa. Excelente apartamento.

• Ricardo (8/5): Bom custo-benefício - A estadia foi muito boa, mas faço duas ressalvas. A primeira é com relação à limpeza, que não foi ruim, mas poderia ser bem melhor. A mesma é feita de forma superficial e isso não é o desejável. A segunda, e mais importante, é com relação à varanda. Não existe rede de segurança e a altura da sacada externa é baixa, o que trás grande risco para famílias com filhos pequenos ou mesmo adultos após beberem alguns copos de vinho. Uma vez que o apartamento que ocupei ficava no andar 23, nem mesmo usamos a varanda, pois uma sensação de insegurança tomava conta. Julgo ser obrigatória a instalação de redes de proteção, a qual não atrapalharia a vista excepcional dos Andes.

Tiene algunos problemas de limpieza, ya que en los cajones había basura de clientes anteriores y le falta algunos servicios básicos, como resguardo de maletas y servicio alimentos básicos, por lo demás todo estuvo bien.

• Lauren (10/5): Highly recommend! - Loved this place. It's in the perfect part of town, and the spacious and clean room was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a suite to come back to, rather than just a standard hotel room. And we got just that! It was really clean, updated and comfortable. The view from the room's balcony was incredible and great for finishing off the night with a glass of wine. Wifi service was excellent, and the amenities were in good shape. Highly recommend!

• Yuta (10/5): Superb place for enjoy staying at Santiago! - Stayed this apartment for 2 weeks. The location is very next to Subway Manuel Montt Station. Thus very convenient when go to everywhere in Santiago. The room was very clean and could relax, also it was very appreciated for me to keep cleaning almost every day. This is needed to check in at the other side building by the providencia avenue( just across the avenue in front of this residence) but the apartment crew is very friendly and very kind. Thanks to them I really could enjoyed staying at the heart of Santiago. The building itself may old though but the apartment are very well equipped and organized. It couldn't be better! I will stay this place in next time, too:-)
• Will (4/5): Filthy Shower - We checked in at 2 am for a one night stay, this is an apartment building and there was someone at the reception who handed us a letter with the door code. The apartment is small but that shouldn't be a problem, the issue was that the place was filthy, especially the shower which appears not to have been cleaned in ages. The bed was also not great (moved a lot with any movement). I had the place booked for 6 more nights and cancelled.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Don't stay here - The apartment was dirty, unequipped and extremely noisy (as if there were no windows). We had a unique and unpleasant incident that has been terribly handled. We returned from a night out and the door to the apartment, which was operated by a code was not functioning. We contacted the receptionist, Viktor, who showed up after an hour. He had no idea how to handle the situation, and tried a "master code" which did not work. He then went through a series of keys, none of which functioned. After an hour of this, we were told that we would not be able to get into our room for the night. We were given another room to sleep in without any of our belongings. There were no apologies for the inconvenience. The next day, a locksmith showed up and replaced the lock with a manual lock, clearly recognizing the system was not practical. The situation worsened when we tried to check out during the normal working hours but Viktor was not there. After trying to contact him, he told us leave the key under the door. We were not given an opportunity to provide feedback and ask for a reimbursement in person. We tried to contact him after the fact, and were ignored. We then contacted hotels.com, who we had used to make the booking. After weeks of waiting for a reply from this hotel, they refused any reimbursement and maintained we were provided with great accommodations throughout. To our surprise, they claimed that the door had malfunctioned due to force. This was a lie and shameful.

Premium Capital Nueva Providencia y fue un verdadero acierto muy bien todo, buena ubicacion , el barrio de Providencia es muy seguro ademas de ser hermoso, cuenta con todo lo que uno busca al alcance de la mano, el departamento muy sobrio, buena vajilla ,bien equipado ,una muy buena vista parcial de Santiago ( estuve en el piso 20 ), me gusto, sin dudas encontre mi lugar en Santiago, muy bueno el trabajo de la sra de la limpieza y muy amable el trato de Victor en las oficinas, LO NEGATIVO: un dia antes de terminar mi estadia me diriji a las oficinas de Premium a averiguar si tenian algun contacto con taxis o remiss uqe me llevaran hasta el aeropuerto ya que tenia que salir a las 7 de la mañana con el riesgo que eso implicaba, me pasaron por un taxi un presupuesto de 20000 Chilenos , siendo que quienes tenemos muchos viajes por el lomo tenemos experiencia de costos ( esta picardia me molesto ), en consecuencia a las 6.45 del dia siguiente sali a la calle con cuatro maletas ,mi Sra y yo , con el peligro que eso representaba por la hora que estoy mencionando, el viaje me costo 13300 Chilenos, Saquen sus conclusiones.
• João Marcos de Araújo (10/5): Localização excelente - Instalações boas, localização maravilhosa, apart tem tudo que necessitamos. Só uma aviso, o check-in deve ser feito no escritório que fica uns 50m em outro prédio, então reserve tempo pra fazer isso logo em sua chegada, o processo é bem rápido. O metrô fica a 30m da saída do prédio; tudo muito próximo (cafés, farmácias, supermercados, restaurantes, sorveterias); fizemos o trajeto do Costanera Center ao apart, à pé, por volta das 21h..... locais com muita gente andando, sensação total de segurança (pra quem não tem disposição de andar 1.700m o metrô deixa na porta). Metrô, uber e táxis funcionam muito bem....

• Dennis (8/5): Nice apartment but showing its age - Check in was in an office building across the street. The apartments are located right next to metro stop....super convenient. Apartment was on 22nd floor with views of the city and the Andes mountains. Beautiful ....that made the whole price paid worth it. The apartment is in need of a refresh, though. Walls dirty and need paint. Bed comfortable but lumpy. Towels old and scratchy. Great many restaurants around the area was a plus. Safe location.

• Romeu (8/5): As toalhas poderiam ser trocadas mais vezes - O apartamento é bem localizado, perto do metrô e de um mercado. O serviço de limpeza só acontece durante a semana, mas era bem feito. Somente a troca das toalhas que só foi feito uma vez na semana e mesmo assim no último dia de estadia.

El departamento es muy lindo y la vista impagable, pero me molestaron las siguientes cosas... en primer lugar reserve el departamento porque dentro de los servicios figuraba que contaba con cochera, y en ningún momento aclaraba que había que pagarla aparte, en fin.. eso me incomodo bastante aunque tampoco fue tan cara. por otro lado, la limpieza de la habitación deja bastante que desear, se nota que la persona que limpia lo hace sin ganas ni dedicación y el primer día hasta tuve que quejarme que no habían ido a hacer la cama.. en fin.... Por el precio vale la pena pero no esperen demasiado

• Jonathan (8/5): Conveient location but comes with street noise - The worst part of the stay was the check-in process. One had to go to an office building on another block to check in; what if this was not during work hours? What if I had a lot of things with me? Also if I did not speak Spanish, i would not have been able to find my way there without talking to the security guard. There was no mentioning of this on hotels.com. Otherwise very good value for a good sized and well equipped room.
