- Marianne (8/5): Vi var i stort sett nöjda med allt vi hade planerat. - Området var bra, nära till det mesta. Lugnt och tyst i lägenheten. I boendet gillade jag inte loftet. Man var tvungen att krypa på knäna för att vara där. Det var obekvämt för den som sov där. Dessutom var det öppet och man fick ingen avskildhet.

Pioveva e non ci siamo goduti il pezzo forte della terrazza. - La posizione dell'appartamento molto comoda Nonostante l'appartamento si consideri di livello alto, non c'era nessun kit di accoglienza, la cucina aveva set minimo di stoviglie e poco accessoriata per cucinare, il bagno aveva giusto il dispenser del sapone. Le lenzuola e coperte ce le siamo litigate perchè troppo piccole.

- Liisa (10/5): Linnat ja kirahvit kiinnostivat. Siisti ja kaunis kaupunki. - Aamiainen oli lyhyen matkan päässä majoituspaikasta. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Lähtöaamuna lento lähti aikaisin, mutta saimme aamiaisen pakattuna edellisenä päivänä. Valaistus voisi olla kirkkaampi sisääntullessa.
- Tatjana (7/5): - The hotel is in a good location, close to the main square. The room was clean. It had everything we needed for a short stay. We specifically chose 7 Korona because it advertised baggage storage, as our flight was late in the evening. In reality, there is no on-site luggage storage — instead, guests are directed to another location about a 15-minute walk away over cobblestone streets, which is highly inconvenient with luggage. The storage area is also not under video surveillance, and we were explicitly warned that we leave our belongings at our own risk. Additionally, despite the hotel being aware that three guests were arriving, the third bed was not prepared. We had to figure out how to open the sofa ourselves, locate the bedding, and make the bed on our own.

- Włodzimierz (8/5): - Duży przestronny i czysty apartament w dobrym miejscu. Miła obsługa. Należy sobie zdawać sprawę, że jedna z "sypialni" jest na antresoli. Antresola ma wysokość około 1 metra, więc można się tam poruszać jedynie na czworakach. Dodatkowo jest położona dosyć wysoko i nie ma żadnej barierki.

Il water è piccolo. Il transfer che abbiamo prenotato all'arrivo per andare all'hotel non si è presentato e il tour di Auschwitz non ti garantisce nessun ingresso prioritario.

La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima ti ritrovi direttamente al centro. La camera da letto al piano di sopra è invivibile il soffitto è alto circa un metro non ci si riesce a stare nel soppalco si può arrivare e sdraiarsi e basta, Al piano di sotto invece la camera da letto ha un materasso terribile ormai fatto a palle agglomerate, come ci si muoveva nel letto si sprofondava, dormito malissimo nel materasso al piano di sopra (materasso buttato per terra sopra la moquette!!!) la stessa cosa per non parlare poi di lenzuola e coperte sembravano lenzuola e coperte di letti singoli adattate al letto matrimoniali non arrivavano o coprirti il petto, o coprivi i piedi o il petto abbiamo dovuto dormire rannicchiati tutto il tempo per poterci coprire sia sopra che sotto, Per non parlare del bagno cieco senza finestre areato con ventole da cui proveniva un odore di cipolla e di cucinato insopportabile, sembrava di dormire dentro una mensa.

The penthouse apartment outside area is a sofa bed where you sleep, it was cold despite one radiator it was very cold to sleep, we had to ask for another duvet which was provided but only when asked. They need to move the sofa bed near to the radiator. WiFi was down for 20 hours which wasnt great.

To jest największe oszustwo !!!!!!! 7) brak możliwości zadzwonienie do obsługi, żeby się dowiedzieć szczegółów przed zakupem Ogólnie bardzo słaby Apartament, przestrzegam. Booking powinien wyciągnąć konsekwencje. Szczególnie punkty 6 i 7

- Marek (9/5): Bliko rynku, warto. - Świetna lokalizacja, apartament przestrzenny, przeszklone patio robi wrażenie. Czysto i ciepło. Trochę nieaktualny opis dostania się do apartamentu, do windy nie jest potrzebny kod. Szukaliśmy windy do której potrzebny jest kod i to wprowadziło nieco zamieszania ale podeszliśmy do niego jak do "przygody" = zagadki, więc obyło się bez nerwów.

- Rachel (7/5): Not for more than 2 or 3 people - Great location, clean apartment There was no bedding for the sofa bed which we discovered late at night when going to bed and needed this bed as we were 5. One of the double beds is also on a mezzanine level which has no barrier so is unsafe.

Não tinha alguns itens básicos como: bucha para lavar louça, algo para fazer café, pano de prato, toalha de rosto. A cama de casal, no quarto, é bem confortável, mas o sofá cama nem tanto.

- Rafal (6/5): Zastanów się, zanim zdecydujesz. - Lokalizacja. Lokal bardzo przeciętny, na zdjęciach wygląda dużo bardziej atrakcyjne niż w rzeczywistości. Nie warty swojej ceny. Wymaga remontu i dopracowania, niezbyt czysty. Generalnie nie polecam. Można znaleźć lepsze zakwaterowanie w tej cenie.

The beds were extremely soft, which was not to my liking. In saying that, I would not let that stop me from staying there again.

- t_h_33 (6/5): מיקום טוב, מרכזי ושקט, אבל יש בעיית ריח קשה ובעיית מים חמים במקלחת - קיבלנו את דירה 10 - רויאל - הנמצאת בקומה הראשונה במתחם הדירות. תהליך הצ'ק-אין אוטומטי לחלוטין - לפני ההגעה לדירה מקבלים הודעה עם קוד כניסה למתחם ולבניין, וכן הוראות לקבלת המפתח. כפי שתיארו אחרים, מתחם הדירות נמצא דקת הליכה מהרחוב המרכזי המוביל לעיר העתיקה, אך הוא נמצא בפינה שקטה מאוד. החלונות גם כן אטומים לרעש. התקשורת עם המארחים מתבצעת בוואטסאפ - זמן התגובה שלהם מהיר מאוד. אפשרו לנו צ'ק-אין מוקדם. הדירה גדולה ומרווחת ומעוצבת יפה. יש מטבח גדול ונקי מאוד. הרבה כלי הגשה וסכו"ם (אע"פ שאנחנו לא השתמשנו בהם). כדי להגיע לבניין (בתוך מתחם הדירות) צריך לעבור ליד פחי זבל. ריח מאוד לא נעים בחדר המדרגות. רצפת חדר המקלחת לא נקייה דייה. אין שמפו. שפופרת המקלחת צמודה לתקרה ואי אפשר "לשחק" איתה כמעט. אין כספת. בארונות המקלחת - סדקים בזכוכית. אך מעל כל אלה 2 עניינים בעייתיים מאוד שפגמו בחוויה: ריח צחנה במקלחת - היינו צריכים להזרים מים במקלחת כדי להעלים את הריח. ביקשנו שיבדקו זאת כדי שזה לא יחזור, אבל הריח חזר למוחרת. לא היו מים חמים במקלחת - פנינו אליהם בוואטסאפ, והם הסבירו לנו מה לעשות (אתחול, ניתוק מהחשמל). ביקשתי שיבואו כדי לבדוק מה קרה וכדי שזה לא יישנה. באו והסבירו לי שזו תקלה שקורית לעיתים רחוקות - אולי פעם בחודש - ושאשכח ממה שהסבירו לי כי אין סיכוי שהבעיה תחזור על עצמה. ואז הבעיה חזרה שוב למוחרת. מאכזב מאוד. לסיכום - הזמנו את הדירה כי היו לנו רק לילה וחצי לשהות בה (הטיסה שלנו יצאה לפנות בוקר). יש הרבה פוטנציאל למתחם - ואולי בדירה אחרת לא היינו נתקלים בתקלות הללו. יש באותו מתחם כמה מפעילים אחרים. אולי שם חדר המדרגות והדירות לא סובלים מריחות לא נעימים עד מצחינים. כן שווה לנסות דירות אחרות כי המחיר זול מאוד והמיקום מעולה ביחס למרכז העיר ולכל האטרקציות.
- Maciej (5/5): I definitely do not recommend this place. - Nothing. When we arrived, the apartment smelled really bad. We had to open the windows, and when we came back, it was cold till the morning because the radiators weren’t working. The elevator operates with a code, but the keypad barely works - each time we tried to enter the code, it took us about 10 minutes. Other couples we met by the elevator had the same problem. The door to the stairs also required a code, but we never received it. The mattress was old, squeaky, and very uncomfortable. The floor panels were also old and coming loose. Overall, I definitely do not recommend this place.

Quiet. There is a sign outside with a phone number to call. Then they send the codes for the front door, elevator and room. We liked it
