The food at the restaurant was very very good. It had been a long time since I had food that tasted that great. I got the pork tenderloin iron flat lol something like that. My son husband and I will definitely be returning. It is quite a ways out of our way but I loved it. I have no answer for this. I loved the whole experience

Kitchens bathtubs full dining table sofa and recliner. Great Staff! Jordan at the front desk made everything feel right at home. The property is great, I was unaware of the fragrance of Broken Bow. There’s a cattle feed lot south of town so they experience “fecal fog”. I scent I will never forget.

We loved the antique-ness of the hotel! - We didn't make it to the breakfast We had to wait for staff to appear in order to get registered when we arrived. No desk bell or anything to let someone know we were there. Next, we wanted to dine in your restaurant, and we had to stand there for a long time before someone came along to seat us. Finally a gal did, but she was apparently busy and said she would be back to do this. We proceeded to wait some more before she came back to seat us.

- Steven (8/5): - The hotel was quaint. It's a very old building but kept up nicely. It had lots of charm. We liked the restaurant, pub, and cigar room on the main level. Our meals at the restaurant were very good and the locals apparently like eating there too. Our room was clean and like a suite with a small kitchen, dining area, and living area, all separate from the bedroom. There was not much parking near the hotel. We were told there was a parking garage nearby, but it was not close. The only other complaint for us was the outside morning air. There are huge cattle feed lots around the town of Broken Bow, where the hotel is located. The feed lots were very smelly, but not the fault of the hotel.

- Camille (10/5): Large clean & comfortable rooms with wonderful staff, excellent food, a great value. A must stop! - We have stayed here many times and we always enjoy our stay! We love the nostalgic feeling of the hotel, the rooms, pub, restaurant, even the cigar room, including the fact that you still use a metal key to lock/unlock your room door. I also love that your room is actually an apartment, complete with living room, dining area and full modern kitchen with normal sized appliances. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the staff will go out of their way to accommodate any needs you may have. Also, the restaurant has fabulous food and the included breakfast buffet is delicious and plentiful. Nothing, I have no complaints

And ate dinner in the restaurant and the pork chop came out red inside asked them to cook it more and still returned pink! They offered a 20 % off the bill I think it should have been comped and had to ask for dinner tolls and was told she never remembers to bring them out!

Nice dinner menu. Our comfortable accommodation included a bedroom, sitting room and kitchen area. The price was surprisingly reasonable. We will start again.

- Brandi (9/5): Cute and simple, like a little apartment. - this was the 2nd time I've stayed at Arrow. It's very cute, like a little apartment. I travel quite a bit for work and this was perfect.
- Andrew (6/5): Large suite with multiple rooms and comfortable. Looking a bit old in places, that could easily be addressed. Staff need - The bed and room were comfortable. The area was good, although I was only there one night. The receptionist on the first night was rude and unwelcoming. There were some issues with the room and, to his credit, he did address them. He just needs to learn that service comes with courtesy and a smile. There was food left in the fridge also.

- Janene (4/5): - We reserved four nights at the Arrow. When we entered our “queen suite” we were immediately disappointed. The living room area was about 10x7 and only had a loveseat, one chair, and a tv on a coffee table. The kitchen was even smaller with full older appliances and mostly empty cabinets- there weren’t enough cooking pans to even attempt to make a meal. Down a very narrow hallway was the bedroom - maybe an 8x10 at the most- there was about 10 inches on each side of the queen bed to try to maneuver to get in the bed- the bathroom also very small - a bathtub with shower, toilet, sink/ no cabinet. We immediately noticed a meat smell as the space was above the downstairs kitchen of the restaurant. The blower for the kitchen was right below the window of the suite letting in all the grease and smells. The refrigerator top showed evidence as it was grease covered. I went down to the desk and asked to moved to no avail - the staff said since I booked with Expedia they could not do anything. I did an online chat with Expedia and was also told they could not do anything. Sooo we were stuck for 4 days in this small cracker box of a suite. I am still very upset that we paid a premium price for such poor accommodations

Unfortunately, we arrived late at night and had to leave early so we didn't get to enjoy the restaurant or bar. We still had a very enjoyable experience. Our room was spotless (I clean houses professionally and am very picky in this department) and everything was comfortable. I hope we have the chance to stay here again! They should sell the key chains! I would have loved to have one to take home.

- Nikole (2/5): - This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. If you do stay there, do not book 3rd party or they use that as an out to not have to provide customer service. We booked a room on the historic side. I did expect it to be old and different than modern hotels. However, the room smelled and looked like the carpet had not been replaced in 100 years. It smelled very stale. I’m usually not one to over complain about small things but it was so offensively strong I could hardly sleep. When I called the front desk I was told I could not move rooms, even if I was willing to pay the difference, because I booked 3rd party and their “computer wouldn’t let them” The breakfast area did not look clean either. The waffle batter machine was broken so they has a pitcher of batter out but it looked like it was just dry and thick like it had been sitting out for hours. When I told the front desk I was ending my stay early they didn’t even ask why or offer to make it right.

This time I stayed in the East hotel and it's just as thoughtful and beautiful, maintaining the elegance of the original. Very happy with awesome beds, refrigerator, Kuerigs, hot water, wifi. It's so nice to have the pub at the hotel, and breakfast is nice. The Arrow is a major reason I look forward to Broken Bow. It's a classic hotel of the highest regard and I encourage you to enjoy some nights there.

I love having a full kitchen in my room. If you stay in the historic side of the hotel ,which we prefer, you actually have a full apartment with separate rooms. If you don't have something you need in your room, you have only to ask and it will be provided to you. The location also has a great restaurant and pub, and is within walking distance of other food establishments, as well as the beautiful town park and shops. Hot breakfast served buffet style, plentiful and with many choices, is wonderful. I wish the restaurant was open on Sunday. We were only able to stay one night and didn't get to enjoy our favorite restaurant in this town. I was able to cook a delicious dinner in our room though, because of the fully equipped kitchen.

- Rick (10/5): - I wasn't expecting to find a place like the Arrow Hotel in a small town like Broken Bow, but man, was I impressed. This place has character—like, actual history and charm, not that fake old-timey stuff slapped together with barnwood wallpaper. The rooms were clean, quiet, and had a vintage style that felt more classy than kitschy. The bed was super comfortable, and everything worked like it was supposed to. Wi-Fi? Solid. Water pressure? Excellent. Sleep? Uninterrupted. The attached restaurant and bar were way better than I expected. The food was legit tasty (you gotta try the prime rib if it’s on special), and the atmosphere made it feel like a local favorite, not just a hotel afterthought. But the best part? The staff. Friendly without being fake, helpful without hovering, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they give a damn about the place and the people staying there. If you're passing through, visiting family, or just exploring the lesser-known parts of Nebraska, the Arrow Hotel is 100% worth the stop. It’s a perfect mix of old-school charm and modern comfort. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

- TGBidwell (10/5): Great Place and Excellent Resturant - Beautiful restored hotel with very large and comfortable rooms. Excellent resturant with a great menu and lots of choices. We ate there every meal.

- annlT9481FT (8/5): Affordable Historic Hotel - I've wanted to stay at the Arrow for years and was happy to finally have a chance. I appreciated the historic architecture and an opportunity to support its preservations. No complaints about the room at all. FYI it is kind of an awkward configuration because the tiny rooms of the original hotel have been conjoined, with load-bearing walls still in place. Had an easy check-in; ate dinner at the restaurant where I appreciated the very attentive waitress. Big plus is the parking garage during hail season!

- MIKE (10/5): A Real Gem - This is an amazing out of the way gem in a small town. Old hotel that has been fixed up and is quite unique. Quiet rooms with the best nights sleep. Make sure to eat dinner in the restaurant there. Fabulous food. This hotel is worth just making the trip so you can spend the night.

- Amy (10/5): - Really cool historical hotel right in the middle of downtown. Spacious and clean, the family was thrilled with 2 tvs and a recliner and a recliner sofa. The breakfast buffet was also good. Overall a great stay for the money.
