• NAHOM (4/5): - La struttura è vecchia ,stanno facendo dei lavori e alle 7.30/8 del mattino iniziavano a trapanare. Praticamente funzionava da sveglia. La zona è comoda x muoversi con la metro. La camera era un po sporca ,sotto il letto c erano bottigliette di plastica dei precenti ospiti. Il letto abbastanza comodo ,i cuscini inguardabili (mio figlio ha dormito senza cuscino che fsceva prima). Lenzuola macchiate (che schifo) , quando pulivano la camera lelenzuola venivano girate..3 notti ,sempre le stesse lenzuola (o le hanno tutte già macchiate di loro ,non so) Il bagno indecente, il water si intasa ,il lavandino si intasa,la.vasca si intasa ; ti vengono i brividi a usare il water o lavarti; la finestra è bloccata quindi non circola aria di conseguenza gli odori rimangono li. Il rumore della strada lo vedo normale ,dato che ci sn ristoranti bar e mezzi pubblici sotto l hotel.La cosa che devo dire è stata la loro disponibilità a tenerci i bagagli dal mattino (quando abbiamo lasciato l hotel ) fino alle 23 la sera senza problemi...su questo sn stati davvero gentili. Non abbiamo fatto colazione in hotel , ma uscendo dall ascensore sei nella salettina e guardando altri che facevano colazione ,abbiamo fatto bene a non farla li. In sostanza facendo una piu accurata ricerca si trova di meglio a parità di prezzo e forse anche a meno. Ovviamente non ci tornerei mai,non lo consiglio. Poi ognuno ha le sue esigenze, ma qui si parla del minimo di decenza , dato che si paga ..che è normale pretendere.

• ascension (6/5): Buenas atención instalaciones antiguas - La falta de aire acondicionado sumado al pico de la ola de calor más que nos alojaron en la ultima planta aquello se hizo infernal todo hay que decir que se juntaron varias casualidades eso fue los dos primeros días luego fue mejorando otra cosa que yo hecho de menos es una persiana o contraventana en Paris en esta época del año añochece a las 10:30 y amanece a las 17:30 por lo que debido a la luz que entraba en la habitación tampoco se ha podido descansar en condiciones. El hotel bastante antiguo pero eso sí limpio y el desayuno bien además del buen precio por otro lado la atención del personal muy buena.

Check-in and check-out were super simple—just picking up and dropping off the key. I booked for two adults, and they kindly allowed us to bring our two children at no extra cost, which we really appreciated. The room was a decent size with a bathroom and basic furniture. It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. Daily cleaning service kept everything fresh, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Having Wi-Fi included was also a nice bonus. The location was excellent—close to everything we needed. There were plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping options nearby. The metro station was just a few blocks away, making it very easy to get to all the major tourist attractions. Overall, a very pleasant and convenient place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily return.

Mas para um 2 estrelas, esta muito bom pra quem quer hospedar proximo de tudo com menos custo. Bairro repleto de bares, restaurantes e supermercados... Padaria proxima na esquina oferece um cafe bom com baixo custo. Valeu super a pena.

• Ester (6/5): - The location is great!! Metro station tight there which makes it easy to get to lot of the Paris landmark. Eiffel Tower is a 25 min train ride! This hotel is in the 15th arrondisement and we felt safe the entire time. A lot of great food options. Often open late and early. Highly recommend DUPONT cafe!!! Convenience store, pharmacy and grocery store all right beside the hotel. The staff at the hotel are amazing. The price is cheap. But you get what you pay for. Minimum toiletries. Minimum towels. The window opened on to the street which was nice for fresh air while seeing the Parisian street. The bathroom was not great. Water pressure is low however I don’t know if that’s just a Paris plumbing issue. It smelled of just wetness (if that makes sense). The caulk around the tub looked black. There hasn’t been updates to the bathroom in a while. The lighting in the room was great. Had 1 double bed and twin bed. Extra pillows(which were definitely needed), extra blankets which we also used as the heater didn’t blast too much heat. But there was one in the room. There was 1 wardrobe which was very old. One small table and 2 chairs. Practical for small stays. We were there for 5 nights and we were ready to leave. Not much amenities. They serve breakfast but we did not purchase as we rather go to Parisian cafe. Stairs recommended as elevator is small. 3 of us and 3 carryons only. But you can smell cigarette smell in stairs and stained carpet.

• Heloise (2/5): Hôtel miteux, à fuir absolument - Un des pires hôtels que j'ai pu voir, et loin d'être le moins chers ! Moquette à trous, tachée, chambre dégueulasse avec des cheveux dans les draps, de la poussière partout. La déco on en parle pas tellement c'est affreux. Cet hôtel devrait être démoli. Les murs tremblaient à chaque passage du métro. J'avais pris cet hôtel pour être proche de la porte de Versailles et comme il ne restait pas de choix j'ai du prendre ça. Même un hôtel à 5€ la nuit dans les pays pauvres est mieux que celui ci. Une honte, à fuir !!!

• Gabriela (6/5): - This is a very humble hotel. Location is good and it’s in a walkable area with several bus stops and metro stations nearby. It’s about a 30 min ride away from Eiffel Tower. Staff was friendly and check in/out process was very easy. However, the furniture is dated, there is a strong smell of cigarette in common areas like hallways. There was no shower curtain and nowhere to hang the hand shower; so, after showering the bathroom was al messed with water. The sheets and towels looked clean. We had to ask for soap since they didn’t put any in our room (neither shampoo, but they gave it to us after we asked for it). There was no fridge neither coffee machine in the room. The room was warm on a very cold night so that was nice. They’ll tell you you have to give them your key if you go out and get it back when you return. In conclusion, we felt safe and comfortable but wouldn’t stay at this place again.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Do not choose this hotel - Stayed in this hotel from Thursday to Sunday. Hotel in itself is old and worn out. The room was cold, no heating on the floor, no place to put the shower head, smell of cigarettes in the hallways and super thin walls which made every noise extremely loud. The room itself was also pretty dirty… As previous visitors stated you have to leave the key in the reception when you leave the hotel, this was ok as the staff was friendly and helpful. All in all I would not recommend this hotel, the price is cheap and very close to the Expo center, but it is possible to get a much better hotel for a bit more money. Definitely a 1 star and not a 2 star hotel.

O banho, além de ser num ambiente similar a um freezer, é muito desconfortável: banheira velha, sem sequer um suporte para a ducha e sem tampa para fechar. O lavatório tem instalação sanitária improvisada. A porta emperrou e nós ficamos presos no quarto. No check-in, sequer nos foi pedido documentos pessoais!

Petit déjeuner complet et correct (avec supplément à 6 euros par personne et par jour). La chambre est de bonnes dimensions, un peu vieillote mais refaite et très propre. Attention l'hôtel est en cours de rénovation. Un bon rapport qualité prix.
• 789kasrap (2/5): BED BUGS and a Nightmare Stay - If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My stay at Hôtel Avenir Vaugirard was beyond awful. The highlight—or should I say, the lowlight—was waking up covered in bed bug bites. When I reported it to the receptionist, they brushed it off as if it were no big deal. They even had the audacity to suggest that I might have brought the bed bugs in myself! Unbelievable. After endless arguing, I managed to get a refund for the remaining nights I didn’t stay, but what about the nights I endured bites? What about the money spent on sprays to treat my luggage, the cream for my bites, and the enormous stress and hassle? They offered no real apology, no proper compensation, and acted as if this was somehow my problem. Let me be clear: BED BUGS should shut this place down. And that’s not even the end of the horror story. The rest of the hotel was just as bad: -The showerhead didn’t even have a wall attachment. -There was no ventilation in the room. -The locks were practically useless. -The internet barely functioned. -The windows did nothing to block out noise or heat. The entire place was filthy. Walking through the hallway, I already had second thoughts, and stepping into the room made me question why I stayed even one night. The pictures online are completely misleading. I booked far in advance expecting a simple, clean hotel—but what I got was a health hazard and a massive inconvenience. We ended up moving to a hotel across the street for just a bit more money, and it was a completely different experience—clean, functional, and most importantly, no bed bugs! Save yourself the trouble, stress, and potential health risks. DO NOT stay at Hôtel Avenir Vaugirard

There was no sheets on the actual bed, just bare mattress. There was no heater and it didn’t feel safe. It was nothing like the pictures on Expedia. They said we have to give them the key each time we leave. My girlfriend was scared to stay there so we left immediately and paid for a better hotel close by. We asked for a refund and they said to ask Expedia for the refund. It was terrible to say the least.

They still use keys which is odd for a hotel in 2024 and the staff asked to see the key every time we headed in or out. I just ignored them though. The room was dirty and unknown bugs were seen. Breakfast wasn’t free so we didn’t bother. They did let us store our luggage on the morning we checked out since our train back to London was in the evening.

Transit is located a short walk away and made it very easy to access all parts of the city. Cons- mold in the top corners of shower, loud at night (not an issue for us but notable), dated. With that noted we would definitely stay here again.

• Louise (6/5): Godt til prisen. - Det er ikke et prangende hotel, men som et sted at sove til en billig penge er det helt fint. Vi havde badekar til mine børn store glæde. Det ligger tæt på metro og hvis man har lyst tager det kun 30 min at gå ned til Seinen og derfra til Eiffeltårnet. Der er døgnbemanding og nøglen efterlades. Sengene bliver redt dagligt og tømt skrald. Super venligt personale.

• Javier (8/5): Bra hotell - Personalen var bra och trevliga. Incheckning gick snabbt och enkelt att komma till rummet. Rummet var lagom stort för tre personer. Hotellet och området var lugnt och vi sov bra på nätterna. Vi åt inte frukost på hotellet då det var billigare att köpa i mattaffärer bredvid. När till Metro stationen Convention.
• Magnus (10/5): Prisvärt - Prisvärt. Bra beläget.
• Hilario (10/5): - Muy majos, hablaban español, inglés, nos ofrecieron toallas, nos sentimos muy cómodos, todos los días hacían la habitación y la dejaban perfecta, el metro Convention a 3 minutos, carrefour a 10 metros, mi hotel para siempre en París, muchas gracias al personal del Hotel.
• Dez (4/5): - Our fault for not noticing the shower set up. But their issue that no cover on the long pillow, too soft of the other pillows, and only one towel suppled for two people.
