- Susanne (9/5): Sehr freundliches Personal - Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht, da dieses nach hinten raus liegt, vor dem Haus ist eine Straße. Um uns eine Freude zu machen hat uns die Managerin ein größeres Zimmer angeboten, leider lag dies zu Straße. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Leider hatte das Restaurant im Haus geschlossen, dies war bei Booking.com anders angegeben. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein.

- Eugenio (8/5): Pace e relax totale - La struttura è nuova o rinnovata, camera ampia e accogliente con vista eccezionale sulla vallata e di fronte alle montagne. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione abbondante e ricca. Le Terme sono comodissime, come anche parecchi sentieri e passeggiate. Cerchiamo sempre di alloggiare qui. Della struttura mi è piaciuto tutto. È situata a 100 metri dalle Terme di Arta e l’abbiamo scelto per questo. Peccato che le terme fossero temporaneamente chiuse. Ma l’hotel con questo c’entra poco.

Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile..stanza nuova e arredata in stile moderno, pulita e confortevole. Abbiamo cenato poi nel ristorante dell'albergo rimanendo piacevolmente soddisfatti dal servizio e dall'ottima qualità del cibo!!

- Nicholas (8/5): - Friendly, cheerful staff every morning at breakfast which brightened our day. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was cleaned every morning and fresh towels left. The fact you had to leave the room key in an open bowl sitting on the reception desk every time you left the hotel was a bit skeptical at first however the place was extremely safe and full of trustworthy people.

Mobilio più omogeneo. Il giardino è incompleto. Servono più alberi intorno. Inoltre, a capodanno, in molti hotel mettono gadget e prodotti di benvenuto, qualche dolcetto o la bottiglia e il bigliettino di auguri. Spero di aver dato spunti buoni per una crescita.

- Jens (5/5): - Das angeschlossene Restaurant bietet eine gute Küche zum angemessenen Preis. Bewertet wird das Haupthaus, nicht der ca. 30 Meter entfernte Erweiterungsbau, über einen Parkplatz erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sauber, nur funktional, laden aber nicht zum verweilen ein oder sind im Ansatz gemütlich. Die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer ist nicht akzeptabel. Man bekommt jegliche Details der Nachbarn mit, vom Telefonat bis zum Toilettengang. Die Bilder auf Booking versprechen leider ein wenig zu viel bzw. sind sehr vorteilhaft aufgenommen.
