Trots att det var i ett område med mycket rörelse var studio lägenheten riktat inåt mot andra lägenheter - Fanatiskt läge, det stora fönstret och att det var lugnt och tyst om nätterna var guldvärt! En gång väcktes vi av telefonsignalen, som vi tror är kopplad till entré dörren för bägge lägenheterna. Utöver det fanns det inga fler problem!

A água do chuveiro ou vinha fria ou muito quente, foi praticamente impossível encontrar um balanço da temperatura da mesma.

• Marisa (7/5): Nice and central - Very central location, 5-15 min walk to everything WiFi was sometimes bad. There was a distinct odor when we arrived but it quickly dissipated after opening the window. The toilet sink was a bit clogged.

A big thank you to the host for being so accommodating and allowing us to check in earlier. It was noisy but it is understandable given the central location. Some coffee machine capsules would have been a nice touch.

A great, clean bathroom with beautiful renovation and everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that might be needed during the trip. Everything is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience.

La camera era piena di armadi per riporre gli abiti, mi aspettavo di trovarci una coperta e un cuscino in più 😣

• VALERIE CROS VILLE (9/5): Appartement sympa - L'emplacement est à côté de campo de fiori avec son marché, ses commerçants et ses restaurants. Le quartier est animé. Nous avons tout fait à pied. Le logement est grand. Un vitrage plus isolant serait apprécié.

• Sandra (10/5): phenomenal! - WOW, it is in such a great location, you can walk anywhere from the apartment. The rooms were very clean, there was AC, and the beds were comfy. There was a lot of closet space, there’s an iron, laundry machines, we had it all! We met the owner and she was lovely and very sweet. Keep in mind the stairs, it’s about 3 floors up. We were aware of this so it wasn’t an issue. If we go back to Rome we’d love to be able to stay here again :) Nothing

• Nicola (9/5): Perfectly located apartment in the centre of Rome - The location could not have been better for us, central for all main attractions and on main bus route to the station. we arrived on a Sunday when the street was pedestrianised and communal tables were out for people to play board games. Kitchenette although small was sufficient to prepare simple meals. Labelling around apartment by host helpful. Accommodation clean and welcoming. On the second floor, very steep stairs and the lift was out of order at the time of our visit. Noisy late arrivals at adjacent apartment, note in the hallway or to guests directly would help with this. Poor quality pillows. No toaster. Used scourer left for us, hygienic to leave a fresh one out or not at all. No canister for sugar.
• Seo (5/5): Had to have cold shower 3 days in a row.. - The location is amazing. The house has little touches that feel welcoming, i.e. some water in the fridge, juice, milk, extra converter plugs etc. There were a few things that made my stay not ideal. Firstly, the description on booking.com clearly says luggage storage is available, but I was told by the staff that it is only available until 11.30am. We had a late flight out of Rome on the last day so this was an unexpected problem. Also, hot water was mostly unavailable (sometimes just none available, sometimes it would run out after 5 minutes of shower, which means the second person has to have a full cold shower) so I ended up having cold shower 3 days out of my 4 days stay. When I messaged the staff, they just said it sometimes happens when many people in the apartment are showering at the same time. So we tried 8am, 9pm, 11pm but it was the same. I was mostly disappointed by the tone of the staff when I was addressing these issues. There was not a single apology. Overall I felt uncomfortable with my stay and communicating with the issues I had. Lastly, wifi is really unreliable as well, if that's important.

• Elad (8/5): Very good - The location was great, the apartment was clean and smelled good, and the host accommodated my request for a late check-out. The overall experience was good, but a few small things could be improved. The bath gel and shampoo seemed diluted with water, the shower pressure was weak, and the hot and cold water fluctuated.
• Anagha (8/5): Cozy accommodation at the heart of Rome without the crowd - Great location - many cafés and restaurants in just 100mts , bus stop is close by and gets you to major sights, also many top sight seeings are walkable from here. The host was very responsive and friendly, the house was clean and had all the necessary facilities The elevator wasn’t working when I visited , the climb up to the room was challenging (2nd floor) for those with physical limitations.

There was some problems with hot water one day, but it’s ok because it’s normal situation in Italy😅 Also the elevator was not working, but for us it’s not a problem.

• Sándor-istván (9/5): Exceptional stay, perfect appartment - steep stairs - Except for the steep stairs, everything was perfect. The property itself is clean, cozy, and well equipped. The host was very helpful too, he explained everything. The small lights on the balcony didn't worked, but he resolved next day. The bathroom was clean, and hot water came after a few seconds. The location is amazing, 50 meters from Campo di Fiori, and the value for this money is awesome! The property is on the highest level (3-4th level), and the stairs are really steep. With luggage or bags it's quite a challenge. Tiny tings: there was no soap and sugar, but that's not a big deal...

• Julia (9/5): lovely apartment - A very nice, spacious apartment right next to Campo de Fiori. I loved the vintage vibe, and original wood ceilings. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen, bathroom, and living room were all very well equipped. The area is lovely, there a really nice wine bar 50 meters from the apartment, as well as countless cafes and restaurants. Francesca was a great host, very responsive and always willing to help. The area can get a little loud at night (people walking home, street cleaners/cars) so I wouldn’t recommend sleeping with the window open.

We were able to walk everywhere from its central location. I only wish we had booked to stay longer! If I was forced to give an area for improvement it would be to have a more comfortable couch.

• Canda (1/5): They ruined my vacation - Don't stay at this property! I organized the trip of a lifetime together with all my sisters for the first time and this place ruined our vacation. Unfortunately our experience was very bad due to the conditions of this apartment. It literally looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The bathroom, kitchen, appliances and walls are full of dirt and mold. Everything is full of dust and webs, there was no closet available or kitchen appliances for cooking, we just had a plastic spoon that was burned and had food remains from God knows when. The toilet was broken and liking and we NEVER had hot water. We had to heat water in the kitchen and take it to the very dirty bathroom to take a bath that wouldn't freeze us. We didn't even have the comfort of taking a shower!. The worst thing is that the host never showed any willingness to help us. They never send anyone to check or try to clean up the filth on the property. We had to stay there since all of Rome was very full and very expensive, and they did not give us the option of relocation (Besides, we paid a lot of money for this booking). I am fighting for a refund since it was the most expensive stay during my trip and the one that was least worth it. If you want to have a pleasant, healthy and comfortable stay in Rome, do not stay in this place

Apartment pretty small and the bathroom not in good condition. Doors are low and the main bedroom has a very low ceiling.

Very well appointed (we only stayed two nights, however this would be great if staying longer as the kitchen has everything you need). Remote checkin was very easy and owners provided very clear communication. highly recommend!

• Tina (4/5): At $AU232/night it was poor value for money considering heat & water issues. - Location was great, handy to everything. Francesca the host was lovely. Apartment was clean and amenities good. Has washing machine and dryer. Free wi-fi. The apartment was very hot with only one small fan for relief which was totally insufficient (see pic). I did request an extra one but none were available. The host said the heat was unusual but it was the same as last year - very hot! Apparently air con is being installed this winter. Water pressure in the shower was terrible, the host did change the shower head for us but it was still insufficient for me to wash my shoulder length hair properly, I had to go to a hairdresser to get it washed. Also the water temperature control in the shower was awful - either cold or hot and impossible to keep it at warm for any length of time. Pillows weren't the best. The morning we left there was a scheduled power outage from 4 am until midday which the host didn't notify us of, I found out from the hairdresser so could plan for it thank goodness - there was a notice at the entrance to our building but I don't read Italian.

• Mark (9/5): Superb - Lovely apartment. Great location. Within walking distance of most of historical Rome. Apartment is on the second floor, but it has a lift. There are a small number of steps accessing the apartment, so it would not be suitable for wheelchair users. It also had wifi, which wasn't listed, so came as a pleasant surprise.
• Jessica (8/5): Great apartment, but noisy - The apartment was very spacious, the owner left some basic foods such as pasta and sauce, milk, water, coffee,… Communication was perfect, Francesca answered immediately every time :) The location was great to reach many sites :) Check in went smoothly! It is next to a very noisy street and above a pub, the windows are old and don’t isolate at all so You can hear everything… one night we put the matresses in the kitchen because there are no windows and it is the quitest place in the apartment… Also there is no possibility for luggage storage. In Rome there are luggage storage facilites everywhere so we found one and it was no problem, but it just is a little bit of an inconvenience… For these two reasons I would choose a different accomodation on my next visit even if the apartment is otherwise very convenient 🤷🏻‍♀️

This maybe easy to use for other country visitors but we did struggle.

The apartment is well equipped and clean. Thank you for providing an excellent base for sightseeing! Very noisy. Loud traffic noise. On weekends, the area is noisy with partygoers. But we were so tired from sightseeing that it didn't really bother me.

First of all, it was a couple in our appartment when we arrive because the keys of the two appartment was in the same pocket and another couple entry in our and use our bathroom, that’s so disgusting. To continue; the host was really anoying about the payment, at first i manage by booking but she was anoying us all the day and don’t leave us enjoy our trip to Roma. She always ordering us to give her my cvc card, so awfully and she wakes us up every morning i don’t know why. Francesca is a very bad host and we wont repeat this experience and we definitely DONT RECOMEND this appartment. Is a waste of money. :)

Not enough toilet paper, it was very poor for 3 night, for a family of 4 ppl. even when we asked and said, it didn't changed and didn't get more. 2. There was no air conditioning and not enough air, only 2 fans and it wasn't enough.
