- Jack (9/5): Clean, renovated, comfortable stay near Riverhead attractions for a good price. - It's a motel, but the room was renovated and clean. Nice, strong hot shower. Price was the best in the area. I came by bicycle on State Route 25A. The town was probably a little less than 2 miles away. The hotel is actually better situated to go to places like Roanoke Vineyard and Reeves Beach on the Long Island Sound than you would be downtown, or very close to Tanger Outlet Mall. There wasn't noise at night, but before 8-9pm, you could hear the neighbors shuffling around. Would have loved a coffee maker or coffee in the lobby.

- Morline (10/5): - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at Greenview Inn! I really enjoyed my stay at the Greenview Inn. The location is perfect with plenty of shopping areas nearby, which made everything super convenient. The rooms are updated, clean, and thoughtfully designed — I especially loved the abundance of outlets with USB and Type C connections. The room I stayed in was smoke-free, and having a microwave and mini fridge was a big plus. The property itself is very clean with lots of open space for kids to run around and play. It also has a beautiful view of the river (though I wish it was a bit clearer). The breakfast accommodations were a nice touch — bagels, breakfast bars, cereal bars, fresh whole fruit, coffee, tea, orange juice, and Greek yogurt. I also appreciate that the property is under new management (only two months in), and it already shows how much care they’re putting into it. This is a perfect, cozy, and comfortable place for families. I’ll definitely stay here again!

The shampoo and conditioner containers were difficult to use, and the products themselves felt like very low quality. My hair didn’t even feel clean afterward.

- carol (10/5): - I was really impressed with the modern, clean room. I loved the sliding barn door..clean, white bedding & refillable soap & shampoo & conditioner. No more little plastic bottles that never hold enough to even wash one person’s hair. I also lined the separate reading lights. The gentleman checking us in was pleasant and it took a very short time. I would definitely consider another visit next time I am visiting the North Fork of Long Island.

- Michael (2/5): - On the morning of my reservation Expedia sent me an email about fixing my credit card at the Greenview Inn by 11:24 pm or having my room cancelled. It was my screw up with an expired card that declined, but it was a pay at the hotel reservation so I didn’t think it would be an issue. I was already on my way and wasn’t sure I’d make it through Long Island traffic by 4:00pm check in, so I called the Inn to give them my credit card info. They told me that they already cancelled my reservation, and couldn’t help me. Thankfully they called me back after 10 anxious minutes and said they found a room and would honor my reservation. I arrived around 5:30 pm and check in was easy. I got back to my room a little before midnight, and my key card didn’t work. The desk clerk tried to open the lock and could not. He called the manager and when he arrived, he couldn’t open it either. After about a half hour of waiting they offered me another room, but I continued to sit in the lobby, because I needed my diabetic meds before bed. Around 1:00am they said it might be a while for a locksmith, so I opted for the offered room. They came and woke me up shortly after 2:00am so I could retrieve my clothes and meds. Guy said sorry, these Chinese locks suck and that they were ordering better ones. At check out I told the desk clerk my night was terrible and he just said sorry, and handed me my receipt. I was very surprised they did not offer me a discount or something to remedy the situation.

- Cassey (8/5): Great location clean room would not recommend staying outside your room too long in the parking area - I don't remember if there was even a breakfast so they probably didn't have one That they did not have a breakfast with vegan options There was a nice neighbor next to me however there was shady people walking around the parking lot. I do not like people smoking close to my room. There was a guy that was watching me walking by twice that made me feel uncomfortable when I was retrieving stuff from my vehicle in front of my room door in the parking lot.
- rossman1959 (8/5): Greenview Inn Experience - We attended a wedding and stayed at Greenview Inn for 2 nights. The room is spacious , looks newly renovated, very clean. The place has ample parking space and provides breakfast. After the wedding reception, we returned to Greenview Inn and found our room door wide open. Thank God nothing was taken but when I asked the frontdesk clerk, he immediately checked their CCTV and found out that housekeeping staff opened our door and forgot to close it. Very dangerous and not safety conscious. Needs management to discuss this with staffs.
