• Weronika (6/5): - Wygodne łóżko Dotarcie z walizkami z parkingu miejskiego było pewnym wyzwaniem. Łazienki zdecydowanie wymagają odnowienia. Ciemne pokoje, brak jakiegokolwiek widoku. Na 3 osoby dostaliśmy 2 saszetki kawy instant. Wszędzie gdzie byliśmy był ekspres do kawy. Słabo wyposażony aneks kuchenny, brudne naczynia. Bardzo cienkie sciany/stropy - wszystko słychać co się dzieje w sąsiednich pokojach.

Petit déjeuner au café sur la place centrale avec une vue superbe L’emplacement : il faut aimer les marches ! Le logement a été difficile a trouver malgré les explications. Petite chambre sombre et triste. Pas de cafetière ou théière. Petit déjeuner succinct.

• Mina (10/5): - A place to return to! Everything is thought of. The place is very clean and comfortable. Staff is highly attentive and kind. I would definitely recommend.
• Julie (7/5): Good central location but could be improved - Good location in the centre of Castelmola Suite was meant to have balcony, we only had doors that opened on to alley way and looked out over roof tops. We expected at least a small balcony with chairs. Paper thin walls which was quite embarrassing at night !! Let’s just say you get to know the neighbours well. Shower was probably the smallest one I have ever used, I don’t know how any tall or large person would manage. Cooking area seemed a bit pointless would be better to knock through and increase size of bathroom and make it something spectacular.

• Karolina (8/5): Piękne widoki, polecam - Do pokoju wchodzi się z ulicy. Jest bardzo wygodne, duże łóżko. Ręczniki i kosmetyki na miejscu. Pokój przytulny, wygląda jak na zdjęciach. Dostajemy voucher na śniadanie (kawa+ cornetto/brioche) w pobliskiej kawiarni z widokiem - polecam jednak wstać wcześniej, bo ok 9-10 pojawiają się tam tłumy turystów. Trochę ciężko trafić, bo nawigacja błądzi pomiedzy małymi uliczkami Castemola. Obiekt stara się dokładnie wyjaśnić trasę wysyłając video. Samochód należy zostawić na parkingu miejskim, płatnym i iść pod górkę z walizką. Nie polecam brać dużego bagażu.

• Jan (1/5): Obsługa to kompletna porażka - Lokalizacja. Castelmola to miejsce zdecydowanie warte odwiedzenia, a obiekt znajduje się w ramach miasteczka. Podczas pobytu zostawiłem w pokoju kurtkę, którą kupiłem za kilkaset euro, więc zależało mi na tym, by ją odzyskać. Osoba, z którą korespondowałem na WhatsApp potwierdziła, że kurtka została w pokoju i zadeklarowała, że wyślą ją po opłaceniu kosztów. Minęło półtora miesiąca. Po wielu prośbach, przypomnieniach i dziesiątkach wiadomości przesyłka nadal nie została wysłana. Nie spotkałem się jeszcze z sytuacją, by aparthotel nie chciał zwrócić rzeczy pozostawionej przez gościa. Co do samego pokoju, jest nieco zaniedbany. Popsute leżaki, jakieś pozostawione śmieci, łazienka w słabej kondycji, słabe wyposażenie. Zdecydowanie nie polecam, są w Castelmoli o wiele przyjemniejsze miejsca.

• De Sutter (7/5): Treffelijke kamer voor wie geen mensen wil zien. - De ligging. Er zijn weinig hotels in Castelmola. Het onpersoonlijke. Er is niemand. Alles gaat via mails, you tube filmpjes. Ook je documenten moet je online opsturen. Ontbijt is een bar waar je voucher die je weer online kreeg, moet tonen. In zo’n bergstadje is weinig parking. Een dagticket kost 25€. Dat zou duidelijk vermeld moeten worden..

La colazione comprese è al bar in piazza, forse poteva essere un po di più con cose salate e un succo di frutta.

• Rita (8/5): - Nice room in old building, good shower and bed. Located in pretty, pedestrian-only, old hilltop town with glorious views over valley and Mt Etna. We only communicated with staff via WhatsApp and phone but they were friendly and helpful. The building is in the centre of the old town and parking is at the edge. Access is by foot only, and that involved steep sections and more than one set of stairs. Definitely not good if you have mobility issues and carry suitcases. I had not noticed that on the Booking.com site and it really should be included. The soundproofing of the building is abismal. We could hear the people in the next room talk and almost follow the conversation. Doors opening and closing and people walking and talking, all sounded loud, and it kept us awake for a long time. Not good.

• Krzysztof (10/5): - Wyjątkowe miejsce! Butikowy obiekt wpisujący się w klimat Castelmola. Perfekcyjnie czysto. Pyszne włoskie śniadanie w pobliskim barze. Świetna komunikacja z zarządzającymi obiektem. Otrzymaliśmy wszystkie niezbędne informacje, łącznie z lokalizacją parkingu, zdjęciami obiektu oraz tutorialem (!) pokazującym drogę z głównego placu miasteczka. Jeśli w przyszłości będziemy planować nocleg w okolicach Castelmola, to tylko w Borgo Medievale :)
• Urte (10/5): Exelent - Everything. It was clean, check in was very easy throught whats app. We even get not only adress of the hotel, but also the video how to get there. Every questions rised was answered fast. I really recomend! We just expected a balkony with the view. From our window we saw some landscape, bat the bigest size of the view was another house. Outdoor closes a bit to noisy.

• rosa (10/5): Castelmola est une Belle surprise avec des belvédère époustouflantes. - L appartement est situé dans le quartier piéton de Castelmola . La ville surplombe Taormine et la vue est magnifique. Des points de vue sur la mer et l Etna incroyable. Un peu difficile à trouver.

La Spa, la camera e lo studio massaggi si trovano in posti vicini ma separati ed accessibili solo esternamente. La sauna non funzionava, la Jacuzzi necessitava di maggior igiene, il fondo era molto ruvido probabilmente per calcare (spero fosse calcare) bagno turco ok Alla massaggiatrice (bravissima) do il consiglio di stare più attenta con le unghie e di non fumare prima del trattamento 🙏 ma è stata bravissima, molto energica e sapeva il mestiere

• Matilde (9/5): Favoloso - Tutto favoloso, dalla camera, alla pulizia, alla vista sull’Etna, poco da dire BELLISSIMO, siamo stati d’incanto. In più cosa che non è stata specificata ma che a noi è piaciuto molto , ogni mattina venivano a rifarci il letto, ci siamo sentiti molto coccolati, e che dire di castelmola un borghettino fantastico, ci tornerei adesso ne avessi la possibilità!! E host toppp Per noi non è stato un problema essendo che eravamo in macchina , però rimane su una specie di collina e ci sono molto curve brutte da fare e in più non c’è un parcheggio gratuito, noi lasciavamo la macchina al parcheggio a pagamento ai piedi del paesino .
• DAVID (7/5): Bien. Menos lujosa de lo que parece ubicación perfecta. - La ubicación es buena. El pueblo tiene un ambiente local espectacular y la habitación estaba bien insonorizada. Nosotros dormimos en la Merlin. Bien de tamaño pero sin vistas. Daba a una calle una pequeña terraza.no se como serán las otras habitaciones pero esta era muy normal. Nada del otro mundo. La cama. Era de muelles muy antigua y bastante incómoda. Difícil dormir de seguido. La cocina apenas tenía un par de sobres de cafe y no había trapo de cocina. Se lo pedimos pero no llego. Usamos una de las toallas. El chek-out es a las 10.00 lo cual si estás de vacaciones es bastante pronto y si estas acostumbrado a España que son a las 12.00 es un poco raro. Entendemos lo de la limpieza de la habitación pero tampoco puedes entrar antes de las 14.00. El precio por noche por el tipo de habitacion que era es bastante alto en comparación con algo similar en España. Pero teniendo en cuenta los precios desorbitados de Taormina en Julio está algo por debajo de la media.

• Martina (9/5): Perfect location with stunning views of Mount Etna, peaceful atmosphere, and easy access to Taormina — an excellent choi - The apartment is located directly in the historic center of the town, right next to the church, yet it is very quiet and private. The quadruple room features a south-facing terrace accessible from both the living/kitchen area and the bedroom, offering an amazing view of Mount Etna. The location and terrace made the stay especially enjoyable. Breakfast was served in a nearby Restaurant. The Taormina town is easily accessible by bus and views from above were amazing. Such a great choice to stay here!

• Ivana (10/5): - Musím hlavně ocenit komunikaci s ubytovateli. Měli jsme nějaké problémy ohledně dokladů a ještě jednou moc děkujeme za pomoc a zprostředkování vyzvednutí dokladů. Parkování je na okraji vesnice, ale pěšky to je cca 7 minut, sice do kopce ale nic, co by se nedalo. Rozhodně to stojí za to. Místo ubytování je skvělé. Snídaně v místní restauraci ráno (pečivo dle výběru a pití) prostě klasická snídaně s krásným výhledem. Pokud znova pojedu zde, určitě se tu opět ubytuju.

• Pavla (7/5): Room - 10, communication + spa - 4 - UbytováníThe accommodation is located right in the city center. The room was nice and clean. I chose this accommodation mainly because it offers a spa. After booking the accommodation, I received a message with instructions, which explicitly stated that entry to the spa is €30 per hour for a couple (= €15 per person). When booking the spa a few days in advance, I suddenly received a message on WhatsApp that entry is €60 per hour for a couple. In the end, we agreed on a compromise, but I still don't recommend the spa, the sauna was full of mold 😔. It would also be good to send detailed information about the accommodation (where to park, how to find your room...) earlier than the day of arrival. A person on holiday really doesn't have the time or the desire to read long messages and watch several videos. Not to mention that some people abroad don't have mobile data. If we didn't have it, we probably would never have stayed. And the last thing, they asked me several times when exactly we would arrive at the accommodation (you really don't know how long it will take to tour the cities, etc.). I would be happy if the keys were handed over in person. However, you picked them up yourself using a code. Then so many questions about arrival time are really unnecessary🤷🏻‍♀️
• Mary (10/5): Room with a view in Castel Mola - We loved the view of Etna from our window. The room was huge with a small kitchenette area and a balcony. The room was called Guinera and we had a suitable Arthurian headboard which was attractive. The bathroom was clean and worked well. We also used the spa which was fun.

• Antje (9/5): Generell kann man die Unterkunft empfehlen, wenn man keine Kontakte zur Rezeption möchte. - Die Lage, der Ausblick und der Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Buchung mit Frühstück, wer nicht nur zum Frühstück einen Kaffee (o.ä.) und ein Süßgebäck möchte ist nicht zu empfehlen. Dies bekommt man in einem nahegelegenen Restaurant. Weitere Frühstückswünsche müssen dann zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Dies wird bei Buchung nicht mitgeteilt. Man überlässt die Info dem Restaurant.

• Danielle (7/5): Nice place, views are beautiful but you need to be prepared to carry you luggage by hand. - The property is located in Castelmola which is a charming old town, the down side is that you cannot enter by car and although there is parking right outside it’s a tough walk to hotel with your luggage because the town is on different levels and the sidewalks are uneven so I recommend to get there only with backpacks and leave the big luggage in the car. The room was a bit small for two to manage, and getting to the property was challenging with luggage due to the many stairs and uneven sidewalks.

• Maciej (10/5): Świetny nocleg w stylu króla Artura i rycerzy okrągłego stołu. - Ciekawy wystrój pokoju, świetny kontakt z właścicielem, przepyszne włoskie sniadanie w restauracji obok hotelu. Bardzo dobry sosunek ceny do jakości.

• Bing (10/5): 非常难忘的住宿体验 - 酒店是典型的本地建筑，房间很大，很干净，床非常舒服，宽大干净的衣柜，提供主广场上最好的咖啡馆的美味早餐，距离中心广场，山顶古堡遗址，埃特纳火山的观景点，便利店都只有不到5分钟的路程，小镇安静整洁，避开了景区的喧嚣，又可以把周围美景一览无余，前往陶尔米纳只需要步行20分钟左右，也可以乘坐广场的观光巴士，一切都很完美！
• Hannah (8/5): Spectacular position in beautiful village - Incredible views over Taormina and fabulous position in the village - lovely morning wanders through the back streets before the crowds arrived! The shower in the bathroom is tiny (and I'm small!) and the kitchen could benefit from a few more cups and bowls. Breakfast (coffee and pastry) is at the local bar a couple of minutes walk away - great for views but for awareness not right on site.
• Adriana (10/5): Adoramos! Localização perfeita em Castelmola. - Adoramos a nossa estadia. Ficamos no quarto Tristano com uma pequena janela com vista para o Etna. O alojamento tem todo o conforto necessário, boa limpeza e funcionários simpáticos e preocupados. A localização é espetacular! A 2min a pé de um miradouro e da praça da duomo que é muito pitoresca e oferece boas opções para refeições mesmo em horários mais tardios. O wifi por vezes falhava mas não foi um incomodo para nós.

Une vingtaine de messages whatsapp et emails. Procédure d’inscription longue et compliquée. Réception ouverte entre 8 et 10h. Toilette HS toute la première nuitée. Pas de parking à proximité. Pas d’insonorisation.
