La limpieza en la habitación brilla por su ausencia, restos de basura en el suelo de anteriores huspedes (pastillas, gomas de pelo, pelusas...) no retiran las papeleras llenas, las camas muy mal hechas tras la primera noche , el inodoro muy cerca de la pared y muy difícil sentarse para su uso.

• Eglantine (8/5): Nous avons passé un agréable séjour - Hôtel bien placé par rapport aux sanctuaires. Les repas sont bons et très copieux. Le personnel est sympathique. La proximité de la gare et de l'aéroport ne nécessite pas d'avoir une voiture sur place. L'état de la moquette des chambres. Elle mériterait un petit renouveau.
• Frista (9/5): - The room is not too big but there was still enough space for 2 people with 2 big medium luggages. Hotel location is very closed with Sanctuary, especially Porta saint Michael. They have a plenty space to park your car. It is also nearby with the local bus station if you want to explore the city by bus. Walking distance with restaurants and Bernadette's House. Elevator is a big plus for us as well. Nice view from Balcony. There is no water bottle in the room.

• fausto corradini (7/5): Perfetto per chi vuole essere molto vicino al Santuario e alla casa di Bernadette - Ottima la colazione ed il ristorante, che vengono serviti nell'albergo di fronte della stessa proprieta'. L'albergo e' proprio vicinissimo al Santuario. La camera e' veramente piccola. Il piccolo supporto che fa da comodino c'e' da una parte sola. Anche il bagnetto ha dimensioni ridottissime. Come sempre a Lourdes il problema e' raggiungere con la macchina l'albergo. Il parcheggio, una volta riusciti a raggiungerlo, e' piuttosto costoso.

The bedroom was basic but Comfortable. The only criticism was that the beds were on castors and kept moving!!

• Eva Maria (4/5): Un lugar bien situado pero con cosas que mejorar. - Me gustó la ubicación y fue el motivo por el que lo cogimos Lo que no me ha gustado nada es que a las 9 de la mañana, que estábamos saliendo de la cama para empezar el día, se nos han metido en la habitación las de la limpieza, entiendo que si llamas a la puerta y no te contesta nadie, debes entender que si esa habitación está cogida para varios días, puede haber gente dentro. Creo que no debes entrar con las llaves del hotel y esperar hasta una hora más prudencial. Las camas simplemente estaban echadas las colchas y ya! sin estirar las sábanas ni nada. Un desastre, la verdad!! El baño pequeño, no, lo siguiente. En el plato de ducha no entra una persona, como ya tengas alguna minusvalía o simplemente seas una persona mayor, ya ni te cuento.

Da im Hotel Compostelle kein Zimmer mehr frei war trotz Reservierung, checkten wir im Hôtel Hêlianthe - beide Hotels gehören zusammen. Diese Bewertung gilt dem Hôtel Hêlianthe: - Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. - Die Parkplätze vor dem Hotel sind teuer. - Die Geräuscheisolierung der Zimmer war unzureichend, wodurch Geräusche aus benachbarten Räumen deutlich hörbar waren. - Die Matratzen hätten etwas komfortabler sein dürfen.

• Paula (8/5): En familia por Lourdes - Nos alojamos en el otro hotel que está justo en frente. El personal súper agradable. Fuimos con un bebé y nos dejaron una habitación más grande con cuna. La habitación bastante bien, pasamos un poco de calor debido a que solo había una ventana, pero todo estaba muy limpio. La ubicación genial, cerca del santuario, aunque nos costó encontrarlo, está muy bien ubicado. Te ponen a disposición los horarios de desayunos/comidas/cenas y el acceso es adecuado para sillas. Muy contentos con el trato y el espacio. Nos hubiera gustado saber que había parking justo en la puerta. Nos mandaron a otro de pago y tuvimos que dar algunas vueltas con las maletas. El ascensor era un poco justo para el carro que llevábamos, pero suficiente. No pudimos disfrutar de la comida debido a que los horarios son muy tempranos (el desayuno a las 9 ya acaba, y con un bebé es difícil). Son detalles, no es que estuviera nada mal.

• Renato (6/5): Good place to stay for a couple OF daya - Staff were very accomodating. Short walk to the grotto Walls are paper thin. Guests slam the doors and guest upstairs were playing basketball I think. Shower stall are too narrow Good luck if you drop the soap.

No iron or hairdryer, but I didn't ask, maybe they do. But 5 stars to hotel staff at the reception, especially Sandra and Romain. Very efficient, helpful & smiling. Thank you for all that you do.

Google map inaccurate. Go towards St Michael entrance at pilgrom site and cross bridge towards east and down to quay and left in small street bh efore Italian resto - tjen you are there. Pay park between 09:00-19:15. Nice and helpful staff. Small room without kettle and fridge

• Regginald (1/5): Hotel from Hell - nothing The room is so small two persons cannot move. The shower is so small you cannot close the door when inside the shower. When leaving the room you have to bang the door shut to enable the door to lock, this is how all the doors are locked, each time a guest locks a door you are woken with a shudder. Hotels of such low quality should not be allowed to be in business. Bookings.com should go and have a look at thees places. We stayed 3 nights there was only half a toilet paper roll no more.
