- paola (9/5): abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza dello staff e la disponibilità in particolare di Deborah . - comodissimo il letto e ottima la posizione dell'Hotel , essendo vicino al Museo e al centro della città. Il parcheggio riservato a pochi minuti dall'Hotel. Infine abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia e il silenzio . Assolutamente da consigliare .

- Isis (8/5): Goed hotel! - Schoon hotel op een super locatie. Alles ter voet bereikbaar. Het personeel was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Wij vonden het wat warm in de kamer want we zijn Nederlanders en dan is 17 graden warm, maar de airco stond nog op de winter stand (lees verwarming). Dat wordt voor het hele hotel geregeld. Dus kon helaas niet worden aangepast.

- Valerie (10/5): Family trip in Bilbao to visit friends - Perfect location. Few minutes walk from Guggenheim, few minutes from Moyua metro station. Plenty of life till late in the night. Lovely restaurants and cafes all around. A lot of Tourist activities would gather by Guggenheim hence extremely practical location! We went to France through some day excursions, fantastic and great value. Basic hotel however super comfy extra large bed and very friendly staff. Absolutely nothing!

- Kadek (6/5): Pleasant and convenient location, but bring earplugs if you’re sensitive to noise. - The location was very central and close to the Guggenheim Museum. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was very dark and had no natural daylight. The surrounding rooms or neighbours was so noisy, I had to sleep with ear plugs in each night, there was also a neighbouring business playing a clip of a movie on repeat until the early hours of the morning which was rather frustrating!

O Staff muito simpático e disponíveis para tudo o que necessitámos, inclusive com dicas da cidade. Quarto espaçoso, com camas e almofadas muito confortáveis. Casa de banho com excelente chuveiro e comunidades essenciais. A salientar a excelente limpeza diária do quarto. Adorámos! Nada a apontar!

- Hubert (7/5): - Je m’attendais à mieux pour cette catégorie d’hôtel 4 étoiles. Bien situé mais paraît un peu vétuste. Nous avons été surclassé gratuitement en raison d’un problème de plomberie !
