Denese (10/5): - The staff were extremely helpful, arranging a pickup from the station and tickets to the Infiorata. The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and cosy.

Bei einigen Beilagen (Toast-Brot, Süssspeisen, Fruchtsalat, eingelegte Tomaten, ..) hatten wir den Eindruck, dass diese nicht immer frisch sind. Anreisende Gäste sollten darauf hingewiesen werden, dass das Hotel in einer Fussgängerzone liegt. Lage von naheliegenden Parkplatz sollte mitgeteilt werden.

111JD (10/5): Welcoming hotel - Wonderful hotel. Sorry we could not stay longer. Rooms were lovely. There is an apartment behind the hotel which would be perfect for a stay of several days. Kitchen and washing machine. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. When we first arrived, we became turned around. Sebastian came to the car and drove with us through the maze of street to the parking lot. Again, thank you. Breakfast was perfect. An array of choices.

Pierre Alain (10/5): Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal und eine wunderbare Unterkunft - Ganz herausragend war die Freundlichkeit des Personals, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral an der Flanierzone von Noto gelegen. Über die Rezeption kann man im Voraus einen Parkplatz in einem nahegelegenen Parking buchen, so dass die Anreise und das Parkieren sich als sehr entspannt gestaltet. Wir hatten ein super Zimmer. Besonders genossen haben wir den Welcome Drink auf der Dachterasse. Dort haben wir die Abendsonne genossen und etwas gelesen. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet hat keine Wünsche offengelassen. Es handelt sich um eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Wir würden sofort wieder dorthin gehen.

Nice, quiet, large and very well equipped rooms. Design of the building is strange, with many stairs and small corridors . Access to our rooms was not easy with big suitcases. Breakfast room is small , pity doesn’t have larger windows but we were allowed to have breakfast on the roof terrace and that was very pleasant. We missed a fresh Sicilian orange juice in the morning.

Very nice rooms with everything you can possibly need in the room. The staff could not be more helpful and the breakfast is a delight with everything freshly prepared including amazing home cakes. We were so impressed we would definitely stay again.

Nicoletta (10/5): - Questo è sicuramente l'hotel più bello in cui siamo stati in tutto il nostro giro in Sicilia posizione eccezionale dalla terrazza dell'hotel si vede un bel panorama della città e si è a pochi metri da uno dei palazzi più belli che ci sono a Noto anche la camera molto spaziosa e bella I letti sono molto comodi. In camera l'ospite si sente bene accolto con tanti piccoli servizi che sono delle coccole a partire dagli accappatoi e dalle ciabattine che vengono fornite ad altre piccole attenzioni che non ho trovato in altri hotel a quattro stelle ho trovato anche un bigliettino di benvenuto a mio nome da parte dello staff... molto buona anche la colazione è sicuramente un posto dove Tornerei volentieri.

Javier (10/5): Bonito hotel para disfrutar Noto - El hotel está muy bien ubicado a 100mts de la puerta a la calle peatonal y principal de Noto, dentro de la zona peatonal. Por lo tanto está ideal la ubicación para caminar por el pueblo. Para llegar ahí en coche es necesario entrar conduciendo a la calle peatonal, lo cual puede poner nervioso a más de alguno. De hecho una persona local nos llamó la atención por haber entrado, sin embargo el hotel te pide que así lo hagas. Una vez enfrente de la puerta del hotel, bajamos nuestro equipaje y una persona del hotel (Gabriel) se llevó el coche a un estacionamiento fuera del pueblo. El hotel está remodelado por dentro, con muy buen gusto en decoración, muy moderno, limpio, y cómodo. Los cuartos son pequeños, y a nosotros nos acomodó muy bien. No había ruido en la noche, la temperatura la controlamos al nivel que quisimos, las camas muy cómodas, y el baño muy bien puesto. El desayuno es un bufet sencillo pero completo. Todo el personal nos trató muy bien, y nos ayudó con cualquier pregunta que tuvimos.

Antonella Giunta (9/5): - Tutto. Visto che siamo stati omaggiati di una suite. e colazione in camera....ci sarebbe stato utile un piccolo tavolo dove poter appoggiare il tutto . Cmq uno era fuori in terrazza ma era un pochino bagnato........

Elizabeth (7/5): Basic hotel in a good location. - The hotel is in a great location with lots of public parking nearby. We were upgraded and the room was an ok size with a cute balcony over the Main Street. There was a little coffee machine in the room. The room and the whole hotel had a very unpleasant chemical smell, presumably from the cleaning products used. The bathroom was tiny and cramped and the bed was a bit bouncy for comfort. The breakfast was fine but not excellent.

John (10/5): Excellent stay in a tastefully decorated hotel with excellent staff. - Beautiful hotel in an excellent location with very helpful staff and a wonderful breakfast. The front desk arranged a last-minute transfer for us on the Nov. 1 public holiday, after we realized there were no direct buses to our next location. It worked out great.

The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable. There's a nice view from the rooftop deck. Breakfast was fantastic! Parking nearby. Nothing to dislike. 😊

Panadero (9/5): - Está en pleno centro. El personal es muy agradable. Te recogen el coche y te lo traen a la puerta. Tiene una terraza con unas vistas estupendas. El desayuno muy rico. La habitación cómoda Por poner un pero el baño un poco pequeño
Purogusto (6/5): Kein 4-Stern-Hotel - Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Corso ist genial. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig Es ist einfach kein 4-Stern-Hotel, verlangt aber Preise eines 4-Stern-Hotels. Im Zimmer gab es keine Wasserflasche, nur kleine Fläschchen (2dl) im Kühlschrank zu einem Wucherpreis von 2 Euro. Um zu duschen muss man in die Badewanne einsteigen und sich mit den mühsamen Armaturen rumschlagen. Der Lärm vom Corso beginnt früh, wenn die Händler versuchen, Touristen von ihrer feilgebotenen Ware zu überzeugen.

François (6/5): Bien sans plus - L’emplacement est on ne peut mieux et le personnel très aimable L’hôtel est vieillot et mériterait un gros rafraîchissement. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée était petite et peu pratique. Les portes sont tellement mal adaptées que la lumière du couloir pénètre dans votre chambre et que vous avez l’impression que l’aube en permanence. Peu pratique également pour les personnes à mobilité réduite car les chambres sont séparées par quelques marches.

The room was clean, the staff was awesome and the breakfast was delicious. Watched sunset from rooftop. What an excellent hotel and experience in Noto!
