Também tem muitos hóspedes jovens que fazem muito barulho em horas tardias. O colchão da cama que está no quarto é muito desconfortável. Tivemos que dormir todos na sala, onde conseguimos mais silêncio e conforto, mas mais apertados, sendo uma família de quarto. No geral pareceu ser mais virado para jovens. Se procuram conforto escolham outro hotel.

We had older people and children in the group so not ideal. Said there was free wi-fi but there was not. Would not stay in this accomodation again. Location was good but that was the only positive thing.

Must be very crowdy in Winter, but nice slopes.Great for hiking and mountain biking in summer.

- Daniel (8/5): Prime location, spacious but not a top apartment. - Very good check-in service. Big apartments in a good location. A little bit noisy and the apartment wasn’t in the best condition but totally OK compared to other places we stayed at in Sierra Nevada.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Lo mejor es la ubicación, en la plaza de Pradollano y cerca de todo. El apartamento en general está bien pero tiene algunas pegas: la cama supletoria incómoda, almohadas lo peor, el agua caliente de la ducha da para 2 o máximo 3 personas incluso dejando tiempo entre una y otra (es apartamento para 5), el suelo tenía manchas que no se quitaban, también algunas colchas, ropa sucia de anteriores inquilinos dentro de los cajones, la cadera con café cuando llegamos. Tiene un lavavajillas pequeñito muy práctico pero no hay limpialavavajillas y para unos días no compensa comprarlo, dejan solo 2 royos de papel higiénico, la cubertería un poco sucia. Enchufes en malas condiciones. La TV se veía fatal. En conclusión es un apartamento cómodo que interesa por su ubicación pero en cuando a servicios y limpieza tendrían que mejorarlos.

- Anthony (10/5): Great location and friendly staff - The apartment was in a great location right next to main lift station with bars restaurants and hire shops underneath. The staff were really helpful and apartment was clean just a little dated. Beds were comfy and kitchen was fully equipped. Just be aware if the snow cannons are on in the night, anybody sleeping in the balcony room will need earplugs as there is a cannon at bottom of slope All in all a great stay and would definitely book the place again

Our family were staying local in El Lodge Hotel and we were ashamed to have them visit so an opportunity lost for us to entertain our Grandchildren. I won't be using this apartment again unless an assurance that this problem is sorted.

- Philippe (8/5): Dépaysement total - Très grosse déception car on a louer un appartement avec 2chambres ( une chambre avec un grand lit une autre avec 2lits séparés ) et aussi un balcon malheureusement ce n’est pas ce que on a trouvé une chambre avec des lits superposé et sans balcon Le reste était conforme à là description L’appart propre situation en bas des pistes pa besoin de voiture la personne qui nous a remit les clefs très sympathique (Nicolas) Je conseille vivement cet hôtel malgré qu on a pas eu l’appartement réservé

El personal que nos atendió muy amable, nos acompaño al parking y al apartamento y nos facilitó todo cuanto necesitamos. Lo peor la distribución del apartamento (no es lógico que el acceso al mismo sea atravesando el dormitorio principal).
