• Marion (7/5): - L'emplacement ainsi que la fonctionnalité de l'appartement. Il manquait un balais pour pouvoir nettoyer un peu chaque jour le sol. Et manque d'équipement pour les repas 2 fourchettes alors que nous étions 3.
• Tim (4/5): Een erg teleurstellende ervaring in Belfast - De self service en het eigen keukentje waarbij ontbijt gemaakt kon worden. Het appartement viel helaas best tegen. Het begon al bij het proces in de voorbereiding waarbij kopieen van paspoorten moesten worden opgestuurd. De bedden waren klein. Het waren twijfelaars waardoor je met 2 volwassenen bijna geen ruimte hebt om te slapen. De kamers zijn erg klein en hebben geen kastruimte om spullen op te bergen. Het appartement is verouderd met een oude badkamer en oude keuken. De douche werd om de haverklap koud, waardoor je ook niet fijn douchte. Het balkon kijkt uit op een steeg waar overal rotzooi ligt en het appartment ligt ook nog eens 20-30 minuten van het centrum. Ook deed de deurlock het niet altijd en moest je soms 4-5x proberen om je eigen huis in te komen. Een teleurstellende ervaring. Zou het niet aanraden.

• AMcP23 (10/5): Belfast Apartment - Good size. Comfortable. The wine and crisps were a lovely gesture. Location near shops, bars and restaurants is excellent. Easy walk into the centre. Early check-in was much appreciated.

• Del (10/5): Eden in Belfast - I really liked the balcony. The general layout of the apartment was good. The space of the rooms was great. Had everything that was needed. Everything was clean and tidy. It was impossible to get the TV working not sure what the problem was spent a good hour trying to get it working with no success.

• Adam (10/5): Worth every cent. - The property was amazing. Very comfortable, private, spacious and very clean. Incredible price for such a good spot with a decent view The washer/dryer left a little to be desired, but other than that everything was perfect.

Would definitely recommend and would go back there next time I come to Be - It was very clean and well looked after, exactly as described on Booking.com. Loved the bottle of wine and crisps as a welcome - a nice touch. Lovely view over the city. Felt very safe in the apartment and area. Staff very quick at communicating when I asked questions. No negatives - all was good.

The view from the living room of 2nd floor apartment is really nice as well. There are 2 bedrooms and provided with basic needs. Would like to come back again

The apartment has everything you could possibly need. Very simple instructions on how to operate everything in the apartment were provided. I would definitely stay here again and refer this place to friends and family.

• Y (6/5): Pleasant - It’s nice and clean. All good apart the heating that you need to put it on yourself every 2 hours as it’s got timer to switch off. Also you can’t bring anyone you know to the flat for coffee or meeting wish I found the best strange I had to meet my friend outside.

• Michael (8/5): Nice apartment, a little out of the way and a little difficult to get into as there is no represenat - A little out of the way, but there is a bus service to the center. Getting in was a bit of a hassle as the electronic code device did not accept our input on multiple occasions, especially the first time. A warm hand is needed to wake the device. A cold hand does not work! Then there was the key box. You have to enter a code to open it. Be careful that you don't rip the whole box from the wall, as it was very stubborn and difficult to open the lid so as the access the key. Restaurants were nearby. Having to forward copies of identity documents (passports) whilst travelling the country - means scanning in documents and sending them electronically ==> great if you have access to WiFi!!!! I don't remember seeing any of this kind of information on the Booking.com site. Not being met by a representative. Using a touch device which was not in perfect condition- even the neighbour could not help us at first to operates it.

• Steven (9/5): Great location. Ideal for a short break - The property was clean and tidy. Location was decent enough. 5 minute walk to public transport or 15 minute walk to the centre. Staff were really friendly and even welcomed us with a bottle of wine. The rooms were decent and had all the facilities. The only thing I would say that the bed in the master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable, with many springs coming out. This def needs to be replaced.

• Charlie (7/5): Good location, better for passing short stays - Well adapted for all your needs also in an ideal location Can hear everyone up and down stairs , can hear the front door slamming with every guest all night being the lower front apartment . If the price reflected this I would be happy however it was LOTS of money for not such a great stay. Lucky we was out most the time. The cleaner definitely hadn’t done their job but this was sorted immediately as I mentioned this. I was grateful and thankful for the fast response

It had all the amenities, like a stove, fridge, washing mashine, and the location was excellent (close to the university and the city centre). The team managing the property were wonderful. Communication was very easy, we felt welcomed and cared for. Easy self check-in and check-out. All was great!

• Sean (9/5): Tired in need of TLC but don’t let that put you off it’s a great little price with great hosts at a reasonable price - The location was great short walk to cafes restaurants bust stops and train station The apartment was well equipped and very clean WiFi worked pretty well Staff were brilliant especially Katty nothing was too much trouble and was most helpful The key pad entry was a bit tricky at first then was a breeze once you got used to it Upon entering there was a funny smell I soon detected it was from the shower I poured some bleach down it it solved the smell and made the water drain away The bedrooms were a pain you had to squeeze along the bottom as the bed almost touched the wall and mattresses very thin and quiet uncomfortable It’s a bit tired and needs a little tlc but I’ve come across worse

• Brayden (3/5): Not worth the price. - Unfortunately there were many aspects to this stay that made it absolutely not worth the price. The furnishings are hanging on by a thread, broken chair, flimsy furniture, small spaces. The photos make the property seem a lot larger than what it is. The bathroom needs a lot of attention. Prior to our stay we were asked to pay a £250 deposit, this deposit was required through a seperate entity and not through bookings.com which made it extremely dodgy. We were very hesitant to pay this, 1) that is a huge amount of money to ask guests to pay on top of an already expensive apartment. 2) to have to pay this through a link that wasn’t in bookings.com - it also didn’t help that there server was down so our deposit wasn’t going through, no deposit meant no stay. This just made it a hugely stressful experience. They have also very sneakily hidden this deposit charge in the bookings.com policy, without specifically asking where it is, it is almost impossible to find. We made sure to take photos of absolutely everything that was already broken in the apartment and highly encourage future guests to do the same!

We were also well looked after by letting company who took time to contact us by phone and sms to ensure we had the info we needed to access property and how to contact them if needed

• Susan (8/5): Good basic accommodation. - I liked that the apartment was a secure and clean space to stay. It was close to amenities and restaurants. The bathroom and shower were good. The kitchen chairs in the space were very spindly and fragile - one was broken. They did not seem safe to sit on. The sofabed was stained and could do with a good clean. The flat was a bit cold, even with the heat on.
