Anything you need - just ask. We had no problems at all to satisfy our needs. Window shutters keep room from sun heating. Like this hotel much. Definitely will come again. Staff is very friendly and helpful Location, cleanliness, good breakfast for 13 euro, vety friendly staff

Das Personal ist ausnehmend freundlich und zuvorkommend. Königlich bayrische Gastfreundschaft. Nach meinem Geschmack sind die Matratzen etwas zu hart - aber das empfindet ja jeder anders.

Der Mitarbeitender der Rezeption hat sofort reagiert und wir konnten ein neues Zimmer beziehen. Dabei sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.Vielen Dank dafür und weiter so.

- Heinz-Adolf (10/5): Außergewöhnlich - kommen gerne wieder! - Alles: die Freundlichkeit und Kundenorientiertheit des Personals, die sehr schöne Juniorsuite, die Einrichtung, das Bad mit bodengleicher Dusche und Wanne, das Restaurant, das gute Frühstück (gute Auswahl, leckere Brötchen - müßte eigentlich für Jeden etwas zu finden gewesesen sein -). Wir sind schon sehr früh auf Grund von Terminen in einer Klinik im Hotel aufgelaufen. Das von uns gebuchte Superior Zimmer konnten wir selbstverständlich noch nicht in Besitz nehmen. Aber alles kein Problem. Wir konnten ein Frühstück einnehmen und auf kurze Rückfrage bekamen wir ganz umkompliziert ein Upgrade auf eine Juniorsuite. Somit konnten wir uns vor dem Kliniktermin noch etwas ausruhen. Ganz herzlichen Dank dafür! Wir reisen sehr viel und kennen daher jede Menge Hotels im In- und Ausland. Der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war schon außergewöhnlich und herzlich; wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt NICHTS

- Mary (9/5): Great location to train stop, clean, large rooms and very friendly staff at the front desk. - The location was just a few minutes walk to the train stop. The room was clean and even had a beer in fridge when we arrived! The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The one time we ate dinner at the restaurant it was very good as well as convenient for our large group! The fridge in the room was not working (no lights, not cold). The front desk person was very helpful and found a breaker that needed to be rest. The light came on, but he fridge did not cool down. We didn't really need it, so it did not affect our lovely stay.

Gaststätte im Haus super leckeres Essen, Alternativ dazu in 100m eine weiteres gutes Wirtshaus

- Achim W (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft in Großhadern mit guter Anbindung! - Komfortables Hotel mit eigenem Restaurant etwas außerhalb von München-Zentrum in Großhadern. Mit der U-Bahn U6 jedoch super zu erreichen. Schöne und nette Umgebung vor Ort mit Dorfcharakter. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr empfehlenswert! ...hat wie immer alles gepasst!

- Anne (8/5): Habe mich wohl gefühlt - Lage in direkter Nähe zur U-Bahn (U6), der kurze Fußweg war perfekt und ich habe mich in der Gegend auch nachts (weiblich, alleinreisend) immer sicher gefühlt. Freundliches Personal, sowohl am Empfang als auch im Restaurant. Insbesondere die junge Frau am Empfang, die mir problemlos etwas ausgedruckt hat und mir bei der (leider nötigen) Arztsuche geholfen hat. Zimmer komfortabel eingerichtet, Sanitäranlagen recht neu. Im Schrank ein Safe, in den mein 13,3 Zoll-Notebook passte. Ursprünglich hatte ich vier Nächte gebucht, musste aber wegen des medizinischen Problems eine Nacht früher abreisen. Die letzte Nacht konnte ich kostenlos stornieren, perfekt! Die Sauberkeit des Fußbodens ist verbesserungswürdig. Staub und im Bad lange schwarze Haare. Da das Bad ansonsten gut geputzt war (Dusche und Sanitäranlagen), war der Boden vielleicht auch einfach vergessen worden. Das Licht im Bad sowie die Entlüftung (mit entsprechendem Geräusch) funktionieren per Bewegungsmelder. Das ist vor allem nachts unpraktisch, wenn man im im Halbdunkel aufs Klo gehen will, um danach schneller wieder einzuschlafen. Beides lässt sich nicht manuell ausschalten (zumindest habe ich keinen Schalter gefunden). Alles in allem aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

- Kevin (10/5): - The hotel is relatively new (2017) but retains a very traditional feel. Service was excellent throughout, the place was spotlessly clean, we had a superior room, good size comfortable bed and fantastic bathroom and shower. Breakfast was plentiful and good selection of options, bar always quite busy with residents and locals alike, great beer and lots of menu choices. I cannot find fault with this hotel, a few stops from the centre in a quiet neighbourhood, 2 minutes from the Ubahn and only 15 minutes to Oktoberfest. Staff were friendly, plenty of them in the various bar areas, service ran with typical German efficiency

- Jason (10/5): - My second time at this hotel, right off the U6, 15ish minute train ride to Marienplatz. Nice quiet area away from tourists to relax after a busy day. A few breakfast options are close by. Everything was wonderful! Loved everything.
