When I select the room it said it said king size bed with full size bed pullbout sofa it was like a twin size and did not pull out more like slid out bottom of sofa and was not connected to sofa at all. That was the only thing but we made it work. And I would stay here again. It was a very nice place and very clean.

- Sarah (8/5): - Staff were very friendly and accommodating, rooms and all other facilities were clean. Breakfast was very good. I had the first room off of the lobby and could hear the staff preparing food in the mornings and long was loud at night (11pm-12am)
- Tonia (3/5): Never going back - I had asked to have a room next to family when making my reservation, they placed us on different floors. Dead birds at the pool enternce, more specifically two new ones and one that was decomposing from about two to three weeks. Staff didn't speak English- would ask them a question like can we get more chocolate milk while pointing at chocolate milk, they would say yes and not get any. Asked where ice was, they thought we were talking about ICE. They also sent us to the other side of the hotel.

The laundry room was clean an good washers Id book here each time I'd need a place to spend the night or wrap my Christmas presents 😁. Breakfast could be a little more better an choices 🥞 breakfast could be better as choices. It was good 👍 though Nothing of this hotel is disappointing

- Smith (6/5): Great location, great comfy bed, bathroom clean, room clean. Happy sleepover. - The room had the lights between the beds. This light was controlled by a switch at the door and switches on each side of light. This light was also tied into the power of the desk light. So if I turned on switch at door to power light it tuned on box light at beds and desk light. I could turn off bed light with the switch on it (now that it was powered from switch at door) but it still left desk light on. This caused us not to use lights and use phone lights. Not a good setup. Switch the power to the bed lights from both desk and beds. That they don't c po me on together

- Thomas (10/5): Friendly - Nice Room - Great space - It’s a newer hotel with very nice amenities and very friendly staff. We were there for our anniversary and they were very kind to us. The room was very nice. A bit oddly organized if you wanted to watch tv, but the tv is turnable. It would be great for business travel as it has a very nice desk as well. I liked the sofa that can turn into a bed with trundle. Very efficient!

- Joseph (6/5): Great front desk, bed and lights need upkeep. - Front desk was great and was welcoming. The only issues were the bed I slept in had divots where people had slept before so I was stuck nearly in the same position all night. The light on my side of the bed kept flickering so I had to just leave it off. Overall good stay but the beds need to be replaced for sure and the lights need to be adjusted. I would have definitely called the front desk to maybe get another room but we arrived at 9pm after a full day of driving so I bit the bullet and just went straight to bed after showering.

- Elizabeth (6/5): - The design of the room was incomprehensible. The lighting in the room was horrible. I had to use flashlights to see things. Everything was very dim. One small LED above the desk, too high to do any good. One corner lamp that was incredibly weak and dim and yellow. Two book lights, one by each bed. And very dim lamps by the beds as well. No overhead lighting, and none of the lightbulbs were strong enough, except in the bathroom… which was so bright it caused its own issues. The door to the bathroom was frosted glass and located directly in front of the two queen beds. The light coming through that door illuminated the entire bedroom area. If my teens stayed out late and came in after I was asleep, the light woke me up. The same happened when I had to wake up earlier than my teens. Or if I needed the bathroom in the middle of the night. It’s a horrible design. Also, the toilet section of the bathroom totally could have been a separate area so people could use the shower while someone else used the bathroom. A waste that they did not design it this way. The bathroom had very limited storage space for supplies. No cabinets or drawers! Just counter space. The TV was located in a very inconvenient place, in between the couch and the beds so that neither could see the screen very well. Everything was clean and modern and service was great, but due to these design flaws, I would never recommend anyone stay here. The worst is the bathroom door. Put a solid door on there!!

Once the door is closed and the bathroom room light is turned on, the glass in the door turns into a spot light. Walking into the hotel the strong smell off an offensive smell/ cologne was horrible.

- Ashley (6/5): Clean but pool too small and closed. - Nothing aggravates me more than getting to my room with luggage and kids after traveling all day and my key doesn’t work. Called front desk and requested mobile key on app be turned on and employee said he had no idea how to do it. Had to lug everything and everyone back to lobby to get new keys. Also, very small odd shaped pool was closed the next morning. Kids disappointed they could not swim granted it was small and very narrow. Liked room layout, very clean except for ice bucket and lid.

Still waiting to get deposit back. Lighting in room was dim. TV was not viewable in bed. Located in front room. Grandkids were disappointed about pool. Breakfast was good. Hotel clean. Overall enjoyed stay. Didn’t spend a lot of time at hotel but comfortable to come back to. Looking to get my $60 dollars back for unexpexted incidental deposit.

The room was dark, which is good for sleeping, but no overhead lights and not enough lamps. the bathroom door was frosted glass so if someone isnt getting up, the light from the bathroom shines directly into the eyes of whoever is sleeping. Highly recommended it though. Breakfast is adequate, but they have powdered egss.
