Their management and staff are so friendly, polite and attentive. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a positive experience. Our church previously rented at other hotels for our Sunday services, but this hotel has been by far the best experience we’ve had in our time renting. I can’t recommend them enough! I needed to quickly find something that would accommodate five people. I was having trouble finding a vacancy until I hit upon this. It was a lot more expensive than what I usually pay, but it was worth it. It was a really nice room, friendly staff, and a conveniet location. Highly recommended!

- dawnlj206 (4/5): Not the Best Experience - This hotel did not meet our standards. In an internet search, it indicated it was the best in Cypress, TX, but I don't think that was true. It was however, the hotel that the bride and groom had a group rate for. The rate was decent, but the room was not. We met family members at the wedding who were also disappointed and had similar experiences. It was dated. The room and the bathroom didn't appear super clean. The phone receiver was pretty nasty. We were supposed to stay 4 nights, but we left after our sleepless 2nd night. I was up until 5am, as the pillows were super flat and the sound of the A/C unit was far from quiet. The room was small, so the cold air filled it fast and we couldn't seem to get the temperature regulated. It was very humid outside and was a bit humid in the room as well. The one compliment I can give is that ALL of the guest services members we talked to were really nice and helpful. They helped print a document for my husband that he made a change to. I forgot her name, but the young lady with long black ponytail at the desk was super sweet, helpful, engaged in conversation and showed genuine concern for us when we told her we were leaving early. They've got the right staff, but they hotel needs some TLC.

The staff made my trip more pleasurable namely Jennette at the front desk and more importantly "Mr. B" Brian Jackson, the chief engineer. He went over and beyond to assist me as I was traveling while injured. He was very solicitous and quite the gent. He wouldn't even keep the tip I gave him. The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable....I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

- 158gangan (10/5): Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Bar Service - Had an amazing stay at Courtyard! The rooms were clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Huge shoutout to Aaron at the hotel bar! Not only were the drinks expertly crafted, but the service was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better

- 911aleshiad (10/5): Great customer service - Aaron was great at the bar!! We were in town for a family event, by chance found this hotel and saw the positive reviews so gave it a try. Very nice bar/bistro area. Bar was not well stocked but the friendliness of the staff made up for it. We had snacks that were great!
- Kathleen C (10/5): Serious Safety Issue - I am 79 years old and fell in my handicap accessible room. Was able to drag myself to phone and a very helpful desk clerk called 911. I was not injured, but could NOT get up off floor due to physical issues. I was concerned because I had locked both locks: key card dead bolt card accesss, plus the lock that you physically latch over for added security. Clerk said Marriott had special tool to get in room. Staff could not locate special tool and after much difficulty and about 30 minutes they had to get some type of metal saws-all and cut through entire lock. It just turned out to be a long ordeal without the appropriate tool. Maintenance needs to know where TOOL is. My fall was minor, but if had been a guest locked in and they had serious injury or heart attack, being locked in with paramedics standing in hall 30 minutes might have been a life & death situation. Your staff needs to know where TOOL is located and be trained on how to use it - especially on doors to handicapped accessible room. This failure to gain prompt access to paramedics is a huge failure to serve handicap guests and a lawsuit waiting to happen.
- Roam65785597154 (10/5): Great stay - Aaron the bartender was amazing!! I truly had a great time. Erin at the front desk was a doll, got me everything I needed. I will be staying there again hands down. Best location ever! I don’t have any bad complaints for my stay there. Will be back

- Anthony (8/5): - The hotel stay was good / average. We have stayed at this same location twice. Our only complaint this time is the room or carpet had a bad odor…. My room was on the 3rd floor. Room was cleaned and we took out all trash before leaving and returning for bed the odor was still present. Asked for air freshener and made us believe it the odor may have been from a/c unit.
