When I was still sleeping at 10.45 o'clock in the morning, a housekeeping staff just came into the room without knocking or anything... even though the check out time was 12:00 when we checked in. 2. They lied about everything Firstly, they said free airport shuttle to which there was nothing when I asked that day for a lift. Secondly, on your website it said $45 usd plus $10 in taxes. I ended up paying $67 usd. Crazy money for the bad room. Thirdly, I requested breakfast the night before to be made for 7am for my departure, to which I woke up to find nothing had been prepared and when they were late for booking my taxi, they gave me 3 boiled eggs and 3 bits of bread. Absolutely ridiculous. I demand my money back as this was complete lying and the reasons I booked were not even offered in reality

Zimmer sauber Sehr laute Umgebung, sehr eng das ganze Hotel, kein Aufzug, kein Strand zum benutzen in der Umgebung.

• Georges (1/5): Bad experience alltogether. Even for someone who has low expectations, you'll be surprised - Nothing, really Unresponsive and unprofessional staff. Bad food / breakfast (also for some reason they cannot boil eggs for you. You have to settle with the bad, very oily omelette). Wifi comes and goes, and is slow (we had better connection on the boat in the same country, in the middle of nowhere). Shower water and tap water are dirty. Yes, dirty. They're of a yellow / brownish color. Window doesn't close properly so be prepared to hear all street sounds and smell what the nearby restaurant is cooking (no joke). For the price I paid, they were light years away from delivering anything close to decent services. I'm not the one to write bad reviews, but when staff are lazy, unprofessional and all of the above, i'm not gonna hold back.

Po 15 h lotu z dzieckiem musieliśmy szukać innego lokum. Nie polecam Chamska obsługa, zostaliśmy na lodzie . Zmęczeni po podróży, bez pomocy . Pan taksówkarz, który nas przywiózł do tego obiektu, pomógł nam znaleź nocleg .

Next to the beach and plenty of restaurants around I had a very disappointing experience regarding payment at this hotel in Hulhumalé. My Booking.com reservation total was USD 82. However, when I arrived, the hotel insisted that payment must be made in US dollars only. When I said I would pay in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR), they applied their own exchange rate of USD 1 = MVR 20, instead of the official government rate at the time, which was USD 1 = MVR 15.42. As a result, I was forced to pay MVR 1,640 instead of the correct MVR 1,264.44, meaning I was overcharged significantly. I raised this issue with the receptionist, who contacted the manager, but I was told that the hotel only accepts USD payments, which does not make sense given that MVR is the local legal currency. Applying an inflated, unofficial exchange rate feels unfair and misleading. Guests should be clearly informed about this policy before booking. I would not recommend this hotel based on this experience.
